Ordered and paid for an overhaul kit and tires for my kids ride in October 2023. I have been strung along with promised ship dates and now ghosted by this company with no communication or refund on my order after several attempts to reach them. Going on 6 months now, I will never deal with this company again.

I m not sure what these other reviewers are talking about because customer service is not great, etc. I tried their text us feature before I ordered because I had shipping questions. Never heard back. 2/3 of the items I ordered were not going to be available until almost 2 months out from my order but I was willing to wait. Never shipped the item that was in stock. Then I get on their website and find the availability of the 2 items had been moved back another MONTH without any communication to update me at all. Theonly thing they were prompt about was my refund because I said I would be contacting my credit card company if they did not respond.

Just an absolute horrible company to deal with customer service is ridiculous if at all possible find somewhere else to deal and if you have to deal with these people pray to God your order is 100% correct so that you can get in and get out because any interaction with this company is absolutely unacceptable

Great customer service! I wasnt sure which wheels I needed for my kids Dune Racer, I sent a message and the representative asked me for a picture and told me which ones I needed. I replaced the wheels and they fit perfectly. Seems to be the same quality as the original wheels.

My granddaughters Frozen Jeep stopped working after a few minutes of drive time. I called the 800 number on the inside sticker, I was directed to Kids Wheel LLC, through a brief phone call and explaining the issue, I was told it was the battery. They were very professional and could have insisted it be brought it to be diagnosed, instead he told me what the problem was for free. I highly recommend this business & if the need arises I will definitely do business with them in the future.Connie Lowrey ~ Temple, Texas

There is zero effort put into customer service was my experience. They dragged reply s to emails on for days and then took an attitude when I asked for help from a supervisor as the original tech was obviously not someone who put much effort into there job. There reply was go somewhere else. I ordered parts they said should be the issue the 1st time and it fixed nothing. When I went back not even asking for a refund but further help figuring it out this all went down.Keep in mind when you call this place it s for kids toy parts. They have no care at all in helping you get your kids broken toy fixed.I also found the parts I did order much cheaper elsewhere 25% there cost and the ones they sent we re not represented properly as they were the wrong color then disclosed online.If the effort they put into telling me to go elsewhere was put into helping a customer find the problem and buying more from them I would not of wasted a week of my time and it would of been all set already. Funny how when they were telling me off I got email and text total 5 messages in one day but when they were said to be helping me I was lucky if they replied the following day with a one sentence email.

This place has the absolute worst customer service. I contacted them asking to return a package that I no longer needed. When I did get a response, they are quite rude and very unorganized. They told me I must pay return shipping and 20% restocking. A bit much, but whatever. I sent the package back and got an email from them asking what I wanted done with it. Well, like the previous email stated, I wanted a refund. First week, no response, no refund. Second week, no response, no refund. Third week, no response, no refund. Even after emailing them and asking for an update. See a pattern here? So I then opened a case with the Better Business Bureau. Thinking that would spark some interest into their customers. They responded basically stating they didn't want to give me a refund, but after a couple days of arguing, they processed a refund. Which happened to be more than 20% restocking fee, but rather than arguing over 10 dollars, I let it go and couldn't be more happy to be done with this horrible company. Obviously all they care about is money and not making their customers happy. How they are still in business with customer service like that is beyond me. And I am not the only one that thought this. I saw a bunch of BBB complaints for the same thing. Too bad I didn't research a little first. Live and learn. Hopefully this helps someone else make a better decision and go elsewhere for their needs.

I have had a very poor experience with Kids wheels. I ordered a part on November 24th 2021 with an expected ship date of December 15th 2021. I contacted them on December 22nd 2021 because I had not received shipping conformation on the part. I was told that I needed to wait 2-3 more weeks for the part. I then contacted them on January 15th 2022 asking for a shipping conformation or a refund. I was told the part would be shipped the middle of next week, the week of January 16-21st 2022. It is now January 25th 2022, I have not received the part, shipping conformation, or an email update. I payed for the item through Paypal and have now filed a dispute. This was a part to fix my 5 year old son''s electric tractor that he has anxiously been awaiting for 2 months. I am now back to square one and am hoping our local equipment dealer can find a part. I have one very disappointed little boy. I will not do business with Kids Wheels again.

Ordered weeks ago a set of 4 wheels. Still yet to be delivered. I call no answer. I text their stupid sms service no answer. Their customer service is beyond atrocious. They do not operate in a transparent way. I wish they would just have some Indian off shore 3rd party handle their customer service just so I can talk to a human. This company deserves 0 stars

Placed an order for a circuit board in early April, never received shipping or tracking information. Called a few times on different dates, no answer. Left voice-mails, never heard back. Now well over a month in, requested refund. Don't like to leave bad services reviews but just a heads-up, difficult to get a hold of them!

Wish I could give a 0 star review! I ordered what I thought was the correct part for a child s favorite toy, part came and it wasn t correct. Customer service said I could return the item if I paid for shipping and a 20% restock fee! What a joke! Save your time and money from these crooks!

Pretty sure this is a sham company. Contacted them to file a warranty claim. Online system didn t work, so emailed a week later. Then I m kicked over to Kalee Support who approved part. I get a USPS tracking #, and the package has been sitting with Kidswheels for 5 days now. Also, don t bother calling. Nobody answers and the mailbox is full

Do not give this scam of a company your business. We had the wrong wheels sent and they gave a whopping refund of $6 off of a $40+ purchase to return them. Best part is they didn t say the amount of the refund until after we sent it back and had the right wheels ordered. Absolutely terrible customer service. There are better companies that sell the same replacement parts with great customer service, feel free to message me for the better company s name.Update- then they ll reply to a review by blaming the customer, that should tell you everything you need to know about their customer service.

I purchased a front bumper and charger for Kids Ride-On Jeep. Parts arrived very quickly and fit perfectly. The prices are incredibly reasonable!I would and will recommend this site as well as I will use them again!

I ordered a battery online. Received email asking for picture because there were different options. Before I replied to that email, I received a ship notification. The battery that arrived was incorrect. When I told them it was incorrect and I wanted a refund, I was told they would not pay to return the battery. I told them that I would not pay for return shipping as it was not my mistake. They told me oh well. I told them I would challenge the charge on my CC and file with BBB and they said do what you want and hung up. The gentleman was extremely rude and callous and I would suggest to anyone to avoid doing business with this company at all costs. Owners name is Flavio. Just a crook.UPDATE: They replied to my review to tell me that they didn't make the mistake when it was 100% their mistake. They did not wait to receive pictures of the connection they specifically asked for before shipping out. The BBB has been contacted. I have left reviews here and Yelp. The cc has been flagged. I've done what I can to remedy this situation with a dishonest company. Funny, every bad review on here they reply that it's not their fault. It's always somebody else, ain't it...?

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from them. After a simple request to have my shipping refunded due to my item taking FOREVER (whether it be their fault or USPS, either way) the OWNER I had been emailing with was so rude. He even told me never to purchase from them again! How can the owner expect to run a successful business treating people this way?

Terrible customer service, and poor quality products! I purchased one of their trucks through the Summit Racing Store in Ft. Worth, TX. 4 months after I purchased it (my son had barely driven it) it quit working. Conveniently just outside of their warranty coverage. So then Summit passed the buck to Kids Wheels, who promptly passed the blame on to their supplier in China. Much to my disbelief they passed me on to settle it on my own with the supplier in China!! Neither Summit, nor Kids Wheels helped manage the issue or work with the vendor, basically I'm emailing a guy in China and having to try and trouble shoot the issue on my own. After 6 months of back and forth sending pictures of parts and pieces of the truck to them so they can determine what parts to send me so I can fix it myself! Pretty pathetic on all accounts. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor service after the sale all on a $500 piece of trash that I'm now going to throw away. Never buy from Summit Racing, or Kids Wheels if you are thinking about it!

Do not buy anything from this place. They completely ripped me off, and did not honor the refund. A set of wheels cost me $26.50, plus $15 shipping, and they refunded me $2.60. Plus they would not fix their mistake on the order, and made me pay return shipping back to them of $35.45, then also added a 20% restocking fee. Get your powerwheels from somewhere else or via Amazon. In the end, I am out about $50, with nothing to show for.

placed an order 5/13/2021 and have not received a confirmation email or shipping email. Have been calling for a couple weeks to get a status on my order and they have me on hold for 30 minutes and then the line drops. i have texted the number posted on the website and received no answer. i have also emailed my concern to the company and no one has answered. This company is a fraud and i will be reporting to the BBB and filing a police report for theft. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Company is not in business but still taking people's money

They had what I needed at a great price. I had an issue with one of the items I ordered, but it wasn t their fault. They were able to take care of the issue in a timely matter, so I couldn t be happier with their customer service . Ordered a part for my daughter's jeep. There apparently 2 different parts with same part number. When contacting with pic of what was sent and pic of what was ordered. They sent out correct part. Will do business with them for all my needs.

Terrible customer service. Can't get through to an actual person. Ordered a part and was told to "reverse the polarity" whatever that means. Going back and forth with emails to someone who obviously does not care to solve the problem. Charge outrageous amount for shipping. I will never buy from here again unless things are resolved.

As per many other reviews this company is the worst. They sent a repackaged product that was damaged. When calling customer service several times they basically do not answer. Left message and no returned call. Avoid this company. Expensive gift for grandson is junk.

After dealing with Flavio Leal who I believe is the owner I can't say enough good things about him. If I was not able to by a toy from him I would make sure it's one of his product lines. He doesn't just sell toys and parts he is really good at diagnosing the problem over the phone. Thanks to him my 5 year old John Deere Perego Gator is up and running for a 2nd grandson and just in time for Santa, than you Flavio.
