Took the car to get brakes and it has been right since. Brakes sound like rubber rubbing for 3 weeks now took it back up there after paying $300+ told me the redid it and everything was fine, charged me another $140 and it still made the sound not to mention my car completely shut off after picking it up from them I do not recommend

4 Brake pads change front and rear. Midrange price for work/parts. Friendly atmosphere. No issues with service or work completed at this time. Carlos doesn't try and "sell" you, he address what you came in for only.

Had all 4 brake pads replaced on 2017 Kia Forte. Price was midrange on the "average" price estimates I researched. Friendly and good communication.

I took in my '04 Forrester after I explained the issue I was having with it over the phone with the owner Carlos. (The car sputters after being filled with gas and struggles to start) I was told to take the car in. The car was left there for a total of 4 days only to be told they couldn't fix the issue and referred me to the dealer. I was charged $140 to have my car "looked at". If the issue wasn't fixed I shouldn't have been charged. Engine light is still on and issue remains. Good Luck bringing your vehicle here. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Update: they put engine oil in my power steering rez. I suspect in hopes of my return in the near future for more repairs. AVOID this scam shop.This is our local Shade Tree Crook's shop. Took my car in for a power steering hose replacement. Leak fixed, NEW sounds and clunks are now present. Took it back, Carlos Urbina says it's other problems like motor mounts and exhaust gaskets making those noises. $800 later, new problems still there and these mfers want u out of their shop as soon as they get ur money for nothing resolved. To top it off they had my car for 5 days, gas tank empty (light on), & With an additional 200miles on the odometer. Beware of these shady guys. I've used Carlos for a few things in the past, dude flipped a switch on crooked work.

Carlos Urbina really cool dude, he's honest prices are fair and he only fixed what needs to be fixed. He replaced my brake pads and serviced my AC in about 4 hours. Im making him my new mechanic from now on

Horrible place ripped me off after breaking my ac after vacuuming the system and costing me so so much more to fix . Do not go here they will be dealing with the bbb I want my money back . And they wouldn't even fix thier mistakes and denied me a warranty. Very bad business Carlos you are a thief.

These guys are great! First time I had been there, belt broke on my box truck right in front of their location and I was in a bad situation. Could not have treated me better. Replaced both my belts and sent me on my way quick. They were such a blessing and I m looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.Highly recommended these guys!

This place was recommended to me by a friend who had work done on his vehicle there months before. He told me that he was satisfied with the job they did, but he couldn't use his credit card to pay for the service because their machine was down. He had to give them cash.I am also satisfied with the work done on my vehicle, but I asked an employee to give me an estimate on the cost before the service was performed. I never received that call. I did receive a call, after the work had been done, giving me the total and telling me to bring cash.In closing, I asked to be given an estimate and did not receive one; and what if I didn't have cash? What if I needed to use a credit card? I didn't realize cash only was the only option.

Carlos, the owner of Urbina s is amazing! As being a female and my father teaching me how to take care of my car, Carlos has been so understanding and patient to explain to me what s going on with my car. His prices are very fair and his turn around time on your vehicle is very fast! I will be back for all of my repair and maintenance needs!

We had a good experience with Urbina's. They're prompt, fair priced, & provided warranty. Carlos is friendly & knows how to speak to someone that doesn't know much about cars & has jokes lol... highly recommend Urbina's

It's a great place to get your vehicle serviced, whatever you need. They're very professional and honest, hard to find qualities in a mechanic. The issue that I have with them is that they're so good and popular that he's always super busy so you have let him know ahead of time your dropping by.

Had my truck towed to them running bad. replaced spark plugs and wires. That didn't fix the problem,said it was head gasket. Charged me $1,300,They only wanted cash!!! They fixed my truck, running good, but who walks around with $1300 dollars on them? Had a transmission leak,took it to Lynn's.....

Would not recommend, took my truck to get a engine swap. Said it would take a week or two max. After he took the engine out he took almost a month an a half to put everything back together. He tells you one thing and after he has your vehicle in his shop he puts it to the side. He will not guarantee his work, wires are left hanging, screws are stripped, overall a horrible experience. After a week a few oil leaks from the engine and trans started, he will avoid your calls and give excuses after excuses. I bought all the parts brand new from summit. Ended up taking it to a different shop to get all the issues fixed. Will never take another vehicle to him. i have pictures and receipts if needed.

I came in with all sorts of expensive ideas about what I thought was wrong with my truck. He took a look and said let's start with the simple and obvious before you spend money on things that still work. I just knew I would be spending a thousand bucks. Nope 135 plus tax and problem solved. Definitely found my new mechanic today

Taken my car there two different occasions to get my breaks changed. Neither time did they bleed them. So it caused them to wear out faster. It seems like they rush their jobs to get the money and move on to the next

The diagnosis for most repairs are free and they charge much less than others. They take longer though.
