Chris was so friendly and helpful. I called several places for a quote and Texan glass had the best price and service by far. They got back to me right away and were able to get the special order glass we needed delivered and installed by the next day. We have a 1991 Mercury Capri. After a month of searching for a windshield with "national" glass shops, we contacted Texan Glass in Grand Prairie, TX. They said they could have a windshield within one day. we made an appointment to have it installed. The day came for the installation, they got right on the car. the glass they had received was not correct. we left our car with them and returned to Waco awaiting word. The staff went out of their way to locate the correct glass. We contacted them later that afternoon and they had located and installed the windshield. The staff was extremely apologetic for the inconvenience we experienced, and even reduced the amount of the cost. We were not expecting THAT. They are totally Awesome. 10 out of 5 stars for this company. Very professional and courtious.

My experience at this location was a good one.Christina Ibarra was very informative and kind on the phone and in person.The two gentlemen who replaced my windshield Ricardo&Nate were also kind and easy to talk with.The whole staff was very professional and attentive.I highly recommend everyone to go to TexasGlass&Solar Control.

I love this place. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They treated me amazing from start to finish and made sure I was very comfortable in the process .not to mention they were very fast and got me in and out!!!
