We are rv newbies and our very first trip out, we ended up with a split in our water heater tank creating a large water leak. He fixed it same day and was really great to work with! Highly recommend!

I reached out to Thone(Tony) with a major dometic toilet issue. After some research we figured out what we needed for parts. He said to call when they came in. A few days prior I told them they would be here by Monday night. He text me Monday around 4 to see if they arrived. They did so he was here a little after 5. The pump had to be rebuilt which was a crappy job! Lucky we had gloves and a hose! After about 3 hours he said give it a try. It works!!! So happy he was able to do this job! He was very personable, didn t nickel and dime me, and didn t push other products or services. As a past business owner I enjoy doing business with these types of honest and hard working business owners! Give this guy a call for any rv needs! Thanks again!

Tone came out promptly to repair a broken slide on our 5th wheel. He knew exactly what to do to get the slide in so that we could continue on our trip.The best thing Tony did was to make us aware that we had a very serious issue with the bracket to the leaf springs that was already starting to cut into both tires. This would have been extremely dangerous because we would have been on the freeway when both tires would have blown out. As he was not able too repair this issue he possibly saved our lives by suggesting we get it repaired before we leave the area.Tony even called back the next day to see if we were able to find a repair person for the bent bracket.Thank you Tony - your service was wonderful. As a new travel trailer owner, I am entirely grateful to have hired Tony to work on our trailer!Tony is the epitome of what great customer service is! During an impromptu weekend camping trip with my family, we'd discovered our hot water heater had exploded and needed to be replaced. It being the weekend nearly no shop answered and we're open. Tony called me back asap with a legitimate eta and an enthusiasm about getting the job taken care of, despite the hours and the heat outside.He kept in communication with me thru the afternoon up until he arrived and began to take a look at what had happened. He went the extra step to take a look at all the plumbing components and we found more leaks! All the while, Tony ensured to share his knowledge of the how tos and essentials of the trailer operation. He took his time and didn't rush the job. The parts that weren't available Saturday, he secured Monday and came to my home to repair them!Tony is a man of his word, takes pride in his work and has a great sense of timing and urgency when coming to repair a trailer being occupied by a family with small children!I'll be using Ts mobile repair anytime we are ever in need!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

First and foremost if you need any type of RV repair, CALL T s!!!! Excellent communication! He answered our call the first time we called, gave us an estimated time of arrival, responded to our text, and even let us know that he was on his way.Our story:After driving 4.5 hours from Oklahoma in the strongest wind we ve seen, we finally arrived at The Vineyards Campground in Grapevine, TX. My husband began the set up process, telling me to let the slides out and get the air going. After several tries by both of us, nothing was happening with either one of the thermostats. It was a hot, muggy day and we knew we had to get that thing going. We proceeded to call SEVERAL mobile repair services. Most did not answer or return our calls. One did answer and said he would be there late afternoon/evening as late as 6:00. We waited and waited and waited. We texted him several time with no response. We still haven t heard from him TWO days later! We repeated calls to the other techs as well, with no answers, AGAIN! We ended up spending the night in a hotel not far from the campground. The next morning we started with calls, again! Finally, an answer from T s! He answered, arrived, and repaired our AC in a very quick manner! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and urgent in repairing our RV. He knew we had been without AC since we arrived at the campground and that we were far from home. We often travel to Texas to see our grandchildren. We won t make all the calls again! We will call T s the first time!Service: Air conditioning

Had a bad leak with my shower. Call the man, he came out, and had it fixed in a matter of about a half an hour. He explained to me everything that was going on, where the fault was in the wall, and how it would be fixed.The price was good, the work was good, and the gentleman that came and did my work was very much the expert.I recommend T's Mobile RV Repair, and will use him again, should the need arise.

We re from California, stranded in the Texas ice storm with a frozen awning topper that broke. Tony not only disassembled the topper, he also swept off all the accumulated ice on the roof and slides. Thanks to him, we should be able to be back on the road tomorrow, once the sun comes back. Nice guy, quick to respond, highly recommended.

Tony was gathering parts same day and to us the next morning to repair a broken shackle on our rv leaf spring. Not only was he quick, he was friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Look no further because T is your guy!! His prices are very reasonable! I will go nowhere else for my RV repairs!! He came out the same day to replace a dump valve. His work was excellent! Everything was put back just like it was.

This guy is a scammer, he comes and install a broken AC never works, he never come or replaced from the " warranty " as he says. My electrician bill come very expensive, I tried to contact him numerous times and never answered. Now is raining and all the water is coming inside the RV from he's bad work AC instalation...Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I bought a used 18 year old neglected RV with many issues and broken or nonfunctioning systems. Thone was able to fix all the issues! With Thone and some TLC from me, we have this old RV up and running on all fronts.
