The best glass installer I ve ever met. Super honest and straightforward. Very helpful and quick. I ve gotten three of my cars worked on over the years and all while I m at work since they ll come to you. Needed help today and again got great service.

Don't let the lack of reviews fool you. In this case it is more a matter of quality over quantity. Dealt with Jaimie who was very knowledgeable and professional. Came to my job and completed the replacement and payment all onsite while I worked. Very dependable and trustworthy. Definitely worth the price, which is competitive and even cheaper than some major installers.

Called on Wednesday about a quarter sized crack on my windshield to get it filled. Said they wouldn t have any openings until the following Wednesday but I need it sooner so they were able to squeeze me in that Friday! Jamie was wonderful! Got the fill done in 15 to 20 minutes and you can barely tell it s even cracked. 10/10 would recommend superior auto glass!

We recently had a hail storm and it broke the windshields of my car and my husbands. One of his friends referred us to Superior Auto Glass. Jayme came to my job and fixed it before my first break. Jaymie was fantastic. Highly recommend Superior Auto Glass. Due to a mix up from the contracting company she had to come out a second time for a rescheduled appointment. She was knowledgable and experienced. Her prices are very fair for her level of expertise and quality of work. You could tell she was an expert at her craft. She was friendly and chatted me up while she replaced my window. She shared experiences with other companies that led her to start her own. Great work, fair price, awesome customer service.

Excellent service and price!!! Jaymie was extremely helpful when we called to get a quote and schedule for a new windshield to be installed. Due to rain and this crazy Texas weather we had to cancel my appointment, Jaymie was very accommodating in rescheduling and working me in to get my windshield done asap the next day. I will definitely recommend Superior to everyone!

Car was broken into so I'm needing to get the window replaced. After leaving home to drive from Grand Prairie to Dallas to get it replaced somewhere. I stop by the gas station omw out and a van pulls in with Superior Auto Glass sign.... so I think perfect that's exactly what i need right now so I pull up next to the van to inquire about services scheduling etc.. the woman driving the van would just look at me and ignore me. I'm signaling for her to roll her window down and she's litterally like no... after about a minute she finally does but at this point I'd rather go out my way than possibly have her service my car and I state 'well I just had some questions but you obviously don't want to be asked any questions' and let her go on abour her day...... Maybe don't work in service if you have a terrible attitude or no people skills it's counterproductive to the business. Extremely unpleasant encounter.

Jaymie is amazing! My rear passenger window was shattered and BMW wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to replace. I called on Monday afternoon and Jaymie drove 30 minutes to my work to replace the window for an extremely fair price the next morning. Very experienced, professional and friendly! Don't hesitate to call if you have any glass issues!

Called around for quotes to get front and back windows replaced; spoke with Jamie that explained what all the job would be, gave me a fair price quote (over the phone I might add, not knowing my ethnicity.) Jamie arrived on time and did a meticulous job; I was a little hesitant at first having a woman show up but I can guarantee you this was a far "superior" job than received in the past, this woman knows her craft. I found out she has over 30 years in the business and has been called on to repair many a shoddy job that were done by various other companies. Don't hesitate if you want the job done correctly, fair price and quality outcome.Services: Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

Jaymie is awesome! Came out within 2 days of calling. Did a fast install and even took all my stickers off the old windshield and put them on the new one. Was very professional. Price was unbeatable. Less than half of what I d been quoted by other companies.

Jaymie is super professional & does a wonderful job. She was able to work around my schedule and even came to my home to replace my windshield within 48 hours of contacting her. I have had the windshield replaced by her on several of my vehicles & can t imagine calling anyone else. Thanks Jaymie!

Absolutely the best! After more than one horrible experience after another with two big name Auto Glass companies, I am SO thankful I took a chance with Jaymie at Superior Auto Glass! A simple windshield replacement resulted in body damage caused by the technician with Safelite, who tried to hide the damage with a black marker, shady!!! Once the body damage was repaired I called Superior to go to the body shop to install the new glass, on my new car, that had just been newly repaired...get my hesitance!?!?!!!! Anyways, Jaymie's communication prior to my appointment through the completion of the repair was timely, professional and reassuring. She is a perfectionist who knows what she's doing, as seen in the job on she does. Since then She has replaced and/or repaired the glass on a few of my vehicles now, as well as a few friends that I have referred to her, she's got my business for life!! If you want the best service, warranty and price, give Superior Auto Glass a try, ask for Jaymie...you won't be sorry!!

The gentleman on the phone was far more professional and courteous than any of the others I called. Jaymie called and asked if she could stop by my office early to replace my front windshield. I said yes and she took care of the rest. I watched on the cameras as she performed the work and she was detailed with the process, the trash and cleanup when she was done. I would recommend.

Someone broke our window last night. We called Superior Auto Glass at 11am, she was here by 11:40 and the window was replaced by 12:30. She was quick, their prices were very reasonable, and she was friendly and professional. My truck got a windshield chip after only a few months of me buying it - contacted Superior Auto Glass and was very happy they were able to take care of it right away. Came to my work place and only took a few minutes to take care of it so it will not turn into a crack. Will use in the future, very professional and friendly service.

Jaymie is meticulous and expertly knowledgeableShe's been doing this for decades apparently, and knows all the crappy shortcuts used by some, like inferior supplies and methods. She pointed out the problems with the last windshield replacement I had on the vehicle and tried to remedy what she could, by priming some rusty areas.I'd summarize with these words: Friendly, courteous, expert, professional, clean, quality and inexpensive. Don't hesitate.

Amazing service! Came to my work, replaced my window on my Jeep Wrangler. Best price by far on the front windshield with all the Jeep emblems on it! I will only use Superior Auto Glass!

Fast, friendly and very professional. I called to have my driver side mirror replaced the technician noticed a rock chip in my windshield and took care of that too. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
