Quoted something else and paid something else...when I asked about the price they were rude and I found this rim in back seat after I came home and it was broken.... Such a bad place

This was also my worst and most expensive experience ever. I paid $2,850 to have the transmission rebuilt. I had to take it back over three times within five months regarding issues with the transmission. One time it was knocking so bad, I called my dad out of state (a retired mechanic) & he could hear it over the phone, he said a screw was loose in the transmission. When I had it towed to Right Choice, I told him what I thought it was & that was the case. Another time it was leaking transmission fluid, he charged me $250 for a hose but didn't tell me what kind of hose it was. In another case, I remember his wife calling me asking me if I needed a new battery because they couldn't get it started & was wondering if the battery was under warranty. I told Nelda, I didn't need a battery & just to worry about the transmission. Each time they had it, I had to get a rental car or catch an Uber. Javier is rude and very threatening. If the work would have been done correctly in the first place, I wouldn't be in this situation. I finally had to get another car. I was spending too much money on rental cars and getting stranded isn't a good feeling. I can keep going on with my bad experience. But I will never go back. It was the worst. Do your homework, the cheapest quote is not always the best.Services: Transmission, Transmission replacement

This place is awesome I called was able to get Great same day short notice service. Honestly never never you should take your car to this shop for any big or small repair.If you do keep in mind you will have to return and you will end up over paying and with a bad service. Is just not worth your time nor money

This is the only shop that I use I trust them with my vehicles and very fair on their price I have had a lot of work done and they have a very good turn around even when the parts are hard to get for some older vehicles. Beware of this company. Make sure all prices for services are in writing before handing your vehicle over to them because they will up the price when it s time to pick up your car. The lady in the front is very rude and will cut you off mid sentence without even thinking twice about it. I do not recommend this establishment for your auto repair needs.

The worst experience ever. $4,100 down the drain and my car is still sitting in my garage not running. I was originally quoted $3,000 for an engine rebuild and ended up paying $4,100. If the work would have been done correctly then I wouldn't mind spending the extra money but that was never the case. I kept having to take my car up to them at least once a week because the engine kept knocking and there was clearly an exhaust leak as well. The mechanic finally admitted to bending my header but they never replaced it and the knocking was the main bearing they supposedly replaced SMH... I can keep going on with my bad experience but I would recommend you use a Craigslist mechanic before you use them..... Right Choice for screwing people.Service: Engine repair

the work that Javier and family does is absolutely top notch. I've had 2 service done, and the work is perfect every time. I definitely recommend you call ahead, and then prepare to let your worries go. best mechanic around

Right choice is great. I ve used them for years.I have had brakes replaced, transmissions repaired, fuel lines repaired, and engine work done.Javier and his team know what they re doing. I highly recommend them.

At first they will quote low price and later they will say something else and increase price such a scammers never coming back .also they were rude after I said about the price and showed a little piece of paper telling they showed me that but that never happened..me and my friend we were shocked because we both went together and we weren t shown that paper before. I guess they wrote that paper instant just to show.
