One of the worse places to get a bike from! I been waiting on them to fix my bike for 3 months now, every time I call up there to check on my bike they always say the parts ain t come in yet or they just emailed them to see where the parts at! Do not go there for anything

Awesome deals , amazing service and have a variety of models to patiently decide the best fit.I went to several places and Pioneer powersports has been the best shop so far. I dealt with Max and had other guys and lady help me out through out the process.I also did maintenance which is 5 mins from their shop. So I was satisfied. Other places *** not gonna name them, had double priced warranty but no mechanics to work on those.

Came in looking for a bike to be able to ride to work and i was helped By Max who helped me choose out some bikes that would work for me, on my first visit he wanted to show a dirt bike but they were out but when i came in today he had them in stock and showed me their tires and gave me the choice to switch over and needless to say, i think the hawk looked alil nicer and im happy with it!

Had good service and communication when looking at a bike.Had an issue with a leak on a bike I had and they fixed it with in a day and made it right. I will for sure be getting a bike for my wife here when we re done paying off the bike I got.

Awesome service and a nice updating collection guys.I had been browsing for a Golfcart for a while and ended up finding these guys . I ended up getting a X model on one of the 4X4 models and a dirtbike.Very easy financing , did not have to put anything down and still managed to workout the bestest price for a reasonable Apr .The dirtbike I got was an Apollo on the upgraded model on the dirtbike and also saw few Reasonable (comparatively cheaper ones ) too and was surprised how these things are well built with easy maintenance.P.S : I read a few negative comments which I think is some maintenance on the owner s part . Never use your machine like a knife guys any bike needs maintenance even if you spend triple the amount going for a more renown brand.I d give them 10 stars if I could .

Was sent to location after being told they have bike in stock well when arriving they all of sudden didn t have it in stock anymore , so I ended up getting a different bike that was not built and was in a crate also it supposedly saved me 200$ but when I got home and opened crate bike was damaged I called and told them and even showed them pictures he told me there was nothing he can do about it and that the bike was sold as is . On top of that he sold me training wheels that will not work on that bike and when I tried to take them back he said no refund and told me I can sell them on facebook. WOULD Never GO BACK.

I bought a Hawk DLX efi new the first 800 miles it ran ok and then it broke a valve guide in the head, so I ordered another one on Amazon that fixed the problem until 1200 miles it spun a main bearing now it's pretty much junk. The engine will need to be replaced. Should have just bought a Honda instead of chinese JUNK

Bought a new 150cc powermax scooter from here about a month ago. This was to be my vehicle to get to school and work, so I bought something new so that it would be reliable. I have had nothing but problems. The high/low beam switch did not work from day one. The trunk fell off while I was on my way to class. The oil cap fell out and blew all the oil out of the engine. (I immediately killed the engine and was able to add more oil without issue and replace the cap). Today was what pushed me to write this review. The muffler fell off and the rear nut HOLDING THE REAR TIRE ON fell out! This went from a large annoyance to a major safety issue where I could have been killed because the thing is falling apart left and right.

trail master best go kart i ever purchased for my family we all take turn riding it, its a lot of fun come check them out they have a huge selection of atv go karts, dirt bikes and a lot of other models they are open i believe through out the week they have huge christmas sale going on right now, ask for kevin he got me the best deal

I ve bought bikes and 4 wheelers from here for my family many times. I have never had any issues with any. The people here are polite and willing to work with you and are quick to answer any questions I had. They know their product and don t hesitate to make your purchase the best experience you deserve. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

I bought this bike on September, and I ve used it around 3 times and ever since I got it it has had issue after issue, and now the bike won t run and if it does it ll stop at any stop light or stop sign and won t turn back on, I have changed the battery already. So my overall experience so far has been bad. I ll update if anything happens (New update) So I called and long story short told me to take it which is fine (I guess since it s a new bike shouldn t have any issues) but that s not the point of the story, the new update was that after posting this review they called me to take it down, I suggest to everyone to not make a purchase here, save some money and get yourself something from someone else just not this place. That s what reviews are meant for to give feedback to others so they decide whether to go for it or not.

Edit:So I bought a Chinese scooter from here and I put several hundred miles on it so far not much but the bike is still running solid. Takes awhile to get started and idel on a cold start/ in the winter time. I've been riding during most of winter on and off and it's still a solid bike!I dealt with Kevin and had a very smooth transaction.he helped me with alot technically paper work and helped me with trying to get my money all in order great service highly recommend. And I'll be going back for a bike for my wife

First and Foremost you get what you pay for . There is a reason the Chinese built motorcycles , UTVs and motorcycles cost half as much as the Japanese built counterparts. Purchased a Grom Clone ( Condour) 150 CC and the motorcycle does exactly what s it supposed to do . The battery will need to be upgraded and go back and tighten everything again but that s no big deal .Customer service was great and they were helpful in offering financing options if needed . You want to be cheap then expect small issues . Lol . You want NO issues then go spend twice as much .

I had the worst experience with them. We want to by my boyfriend a scooter. So they had one that they had ordered and was on its way. So we put a deposit down and we decided we was going to go to another place. When i called first they said ph yea we will refund you. Now they will not refund us a deposit. I went round for round and no one will give us a refund. Don't use these people they will keep your money and do t care

Do not buy anything from here. These guys are a rip off. Spent $3,000 on go cart and it stopped working after 3 uses and they said I need to pay them $500 to fix it. It is supposed to have a 1 year warranty. They don t give any instructions or good paper work and don t even keep copies of the invoice they give you. Also try not to give you any invoice details.

Worst experience ever. They are liars! Spoke to Harry for almost a week getting details and prices and all of that. What he offered seemed to be a good deal. Drove 1.5 hours to get there only to find out harry wasn t in. I showed the other guy all of the messages back and forth from harry and I stating the prices. They argued with me and told me they would not give me the price I was offered. Even had proof of it. Then when I tell them I would go elsewhere they didn t seem to care. Went maybe a half mile down the road and got the same exact atv. Better and outstanding customer service and one hell of a better deal that you just can t pass up. This place is a living nightmare and I would never recommend them or ever step foot back into their door!!! DO NOT waste your time here!

Beware!!! We purchased an ATV at this place December 28 2021 for our son s birthday. A week later it began to have issues. Then issue after issue until finally a month to the day of purchase January 28 2022 it completely stopped working!!!!!

These guys were great taking care of us. Very polite and professional, stayed late to make sure we were taken care of.Less than one week after purchasing, we have nothing but issues. One of the 4 wheelers hasn't ran since day 5. We've replaced clutch as well as other minor parts trying to get it running. No luck.

Only had one color, not the one i wanted. Absolutely no gas in the bike. The bike was having problems starting after getting gas across the street. I was told one price over the phone, but a bigger price in person. And missing the tool kit. Gave 2 stars because i made it home without it messing up on me.

My step-son, Tanner, Glenney, bought his 1st bike here last week and they took very good care of him. My wife had to go up there and they were very fair with her and took good care of any issues they had. We were very pleased with the purchase.
