The guys are all so helpful. Anytime I need any sorts of fluids or parts they always get me the best price and part. I know if I have any questions I can always just drop in and ask. Austin was very helpful when I was using my lifetime warranty on a part. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Check them out.

AUSTIN IS AMAZING. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE I GOT THE RIGHT FUSE TO WORK FOR MY CIGARETTE LIGHTER PORT TO CHARGE MY PHONE . ITS NOT LISTED UNDER CIG LIKE BEFORE .ITS LISTED UNDER POWER OUTLET

Jose was professional and very helpful. He was eager to help put my headlights in after i left two other o reillys and they told me that it would be to difficult to install. He popped the old one out and installed the new one in less than 3minutes! Very outstanding! I approve of this O'Reilly! Jose deserves a raise and i will definitely be back! Thank You Jose!

I came to O Reillys to order some door locks, and the part was wrong and the manager Melissa took her time and patience and found the correct door locks. This is the perfect spot that will work with you and has patience and time and thank you again, Miss Melissa.

I spent over $700 on a new AC compressor the compressor does not work and I went back to O'Reilly's to let them know about the compressor and to let them know I needed another compressor. Miss Marcella want to charge me an extra $100 to get a brand new compressor I already know that a used compressor is at least $100 to $200 so why am I paying extra for a brand new compressor when I already spent $700 . Marcella was very rude and hung the phone up on me and I do not feel like I should have to pay extra for a brand new AC compressor. She need more training on how to speak and to take care of her customer. I have to have this compressor taken off and put back on I asked her will I have a compressor on Wednesday she wanted me to pay an extra $600 today to get a new compressor and get the compressor put on Wednesday which does not make sense and bring the old one back. I will not use O'Reilly again I thought by using a rally I'll be a little more secure but I was not thank you for your service and I will not be returning to O'Reilly's again. Queen

Honestly the company as a whole in Gp is a joke hiring young lazy kids but spent $300 on a battery with a traded in core only for them to say "its too hot, change the battery yourself." His counter number is 684076. The lack of professionalism and laziness is insane. I'd hope that this kid gets at least spoken to on customer service and what his job entails. Never returning to this location.

Came into the store there were three workers here I got a hello and that was it as I look around none of them ask if I would like help. Considering I was the only customer there you think they would help me, but they would rather share stories of how they told another customer off from the previous day.(would recommend the autozone across the street great service there)

HORRIBLE store this must be the Black sheep of all their stores, I went asked in to ask a question Diego the worker rolled his eyes like a little girl and was upset he was having to step out the store to take a look at my issue. He then again when we were walking back into the store made it known to another worker walking out by shaking his head and rolling his eyes. Either way he didn't help me and I went to AUTOZONE across the street where they helped and had great customer service.

Employees greeted me when I entered. Didn t offer to help find what I was looking for. When I ask if they had or offered what I needed, I was told by the lady that all they had or offered was there on the aisle, and the young man stated that there was none behind the counter. I used to work for O Reilly s and this type of customer service was unacceptable in my day. SMH. I will just go to the dealer.

Best store in the area! The guys greeted me right away and I had a good in store experience. Quick to answer my questions even when busy and Javier even helped me save a few bucks. Go to this one for sure.

I had a great experience. The staff was very nice and always teach me new thing about my vehicle . They are very helpful.guy named Austin helped me change the battery in my car . He was very patient and always willing to help . He always give me the best customer service .Thank you Austin!

Excellent Customer Service, over the phone and In person. Made a call to this location, Technician, Austin, did not hesitate to answer my questions over the phone or during my in-person visit to the store for a battery purchase and installation. Austin and crew are great at this O'Reilly's location. They treat everyone with courtesy and respect as I observed during my visit. Will return to this location for future mechanical needs. Y'all have a customer for life. Man named Toby waited on me and if he gave me excellent customer service even installed and help me pick out what I needed excellent above and beyond. Give that man a raise!

Please don t come to Oreillys , at least to this one. Came to it to buy a new battery, put the new battery on my car and a week later car still needed a jumpstart very often . I went back to it twice since then they told me both times the battery was charged, the last time I went the young guy (who helped us three times) told me it was actually my alternator going bad, mind you I have a 2020 Toyota Corolla. I don t know if all Oreilleys work like this or it s the guy at this location who doesn t know what he s doing but if you have a problem with your car just go to an actual mechanic. I could have bought a whole alternator for my car and that wasn t the problem. Went to a mechanic shop and the battery was weak. They had to charge it.

They were very helpful. I had to buy car oil and they told me what I needed. I also got the front wipers for my car. They got them for me and offered me to change them but since I was in a hurry I said 'no thanks'. After I left I was regretting it. Location is also great since it's close and easy access for an in and out trip.

After a bad customer service experience at AutoZone, I knew la Raza over at O'Reilly's could take care of me better and that's what happened. Carlos was super helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service as well. They might pay them better here or something but yeah big difference here . Everyone was happy to be working there

I came to this store a few weeks ago to buy a battery. Gary (employee) was able to help me by taking off my old battery and putting on the new one. He even went out of his way and used his own personal tools from his truck! Thaannkk you!!!

The people here are so helpful! My windshield wiper broke before the rainstorm. I found the right set and then a gentleman came out and installed it for me showing me how he did it. Very nice!

Gary and Bridget on South Carrier store were very helpful and resourceful in helping me find and order a service manual that other stores couldn't find. Great service and very courteous. I highly recommend if you cant find a part to go see them. Thank you again ...

Great store. The manager, Romel, placed an order for a part I needed at 9:30 at night and the part was at the store when I got there at 8:30 the next morning. Very impressive. Also, it is obvious that Romel takes pride in his store. After he handed me the part in the morning he was outside sweeping the parking lot. Keep up the good work Romel!

Staff fail to understand basic requests. If the computer doesn't pull it up, they have no idea. A shackle bolt is not a rare item... it's used on EVERY vehicle with leaf spring suspension. I have never encountered staff in an automotive store with so little knowledge.

2 Night guys working this day! Went in for a check engine light, asked the guy (although there were two of them talking to each other with no others customers in the building) if they could check my car, the check engine light was on and one guy looked down, kind of chuckled, looked at me and said it was too dark for them to check my check engine light. I was like whhaaaattttt??? Then ok no problem, thanks. They continued to talk like nothing, I looked outside and the lights were on in the parking lot. I was confused as hell trying to figure out wth kind of response was that as I entered my vehicle. Alright onto Autozone! Highly disappointed with oreilys staff here. Ive never had this problem at any other O'Reilly's! Won't ever be back to this location either!
