Excellent auto repair store. Get your service done at reasonable price. But they take lot of time for repairing the car. Some way it is good.

At Nepa Auto Repair, Sam is friendly, courteous, and most importantly HONEST car service provider. I do not take my car anywhere else. He texted me pictures of what was wrong with the engine and why my 'check engine' light came on. Gave me an estimate and delivered the car ready to go earlier than promised! Cannot thank him enough. Sam is the absolute best and honest mechanic I've ever met in my entire life, period the end. He NEVER overcharges or tells you to get something fixed that you don't need and is super thorough. My husband and I will only let him touch our cars and refuse to go anywhere else. I've sent people in my family and friends to him because I trust him unconditionally and know that he is a wonderful man and has an amazing team of mechanics that are honest just like he is. Thank you so much to Sam and his team for always taking care of us and our family!

Recently got few things done on my 2008 Nissan Rogue. The owner was very transparent about price and parts he used. The owner worked on the car and sent me pictures updating on what was being done, also sending me pictures of damaged parts. The service took longer than expected but few extra repairs had to be done which we found out later. It was not a problem since its driving lot better again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Sam and his staff are Awesome people. They are professional about all standards. I go to him for all my car needs. A trustworthy, business man that goes out of his way to help. Keeps prices that can t be beat! You can tell him what is going on with your car, and at most cases he can tell you what it sounds like or what it is. Sam has always done me right and would not second guess his opinion.

It's a great place. Sam is trust worthy and very direct. The work done is good although they missed some part but they did allow me to bring my car back so they could fix it. Service is timely and excellent.

Visited a couple of times for my car repairs. I have experienced quality work at a reasonable price both the times. I recommend Nepa folks for any friend or a colleague. Sam is a sensible guy and the staff is friendly too.

I can't explain how happy and grateful I am with this wonderful men!They helped me alot through all this process to fix my car and also fixed the issue great customer service and awesome communication Thank you Sam and Hector thanks Nepa Auto for all your help and assistance.I recommend if you need your car fixed go with them I been with other mechanics and had horrible experience but can't complain about Nepa Auto they are wonderful and Honest!They always have the solution for your problem.And know what they are doing!!!Great Great Great Auto Repair!

Regular customer for 6 years and counting.. Very helpful owner...He builds good relations and takes good care of car..Dependable,reasonable and affordable! Does not charge unnecessarily for diagnostics and other things unless really needed..... Gives warranties on parts and replaces without cost if needed...Does not hurry up to clear car from garage unless customer is fully decided as what to do...

It has been a satisfying experience to me and my family so far. I have been associated with Nepa auto repair for the past four years and they have been taking care of all my five cars and they do a good job so far and i very happy and satisfied. The one thing i like with them is the Honesty and Integrity they have with the customers. they explain clearly the problem and educate you also, what has to be done and their charges are very nominal. I have referred many of my friends and office colleagues and all of them very happy and satisfied . in fact for all my cars whatever i have done i have maintain all their invoices and in case if the same problem occurs , they fix it at no extra cost, but it rarely happens. in fact few of my friends from the near by states come to him to fix their carsI recommend them . in fact i tried so many mechanics in and around and finally settled with them

One stop for all you auto care needs. Staff are very friendly. Sam is exceptionally expert who can diagnose the issue and suggest best solution. The labor quote is extremely reasonable for the work to be done. All these years I have never seen a person who is these honest. Don t give a thought, you can trust them. Highly recommended.

They literally took 6.5 months to transfer my title and even after transferring they mistakenly mailed it to a wrong address, which means my title is lost! how silly mistake it could be? Now it will take me At least 3 weeks to file application. ( funny thing is they did the mistake now i need to give my time to file application)

Exceptional place to get the work done I felt their work is better than most dealers for Honda. I recommend for all. Mr. Sanjeev / Sam is an awesome person who can understand the issue correctly and suggest the right option to repair or service a car

I decided to stop by to get an estimate from this guys for shocks and breaks since they have been squeaking for a while. Without saying a word the older gentleman from the office took my truck for a ride and after about 5 minutes he came back saying that nothing was wrong with my truck and that I owed him $20. Now, im a diesel mechanic, i know when something is wrong with my truck but sometimes its easier and convenient to take somewhere else. I asked the older gentleman to ride with me and hear the noise coming from the break pads every time I stepped on the breaks. Something he refused to do. Clients beware

Perfect place for Car, SUV and for any auto services. Sam is point of contact there for everything. Realistic estimations, trust worthy and try to help always. I went 4-5 times so far and went with referred friends and they also happy. I 100% recommend everyone to go here and try once at least so you know.

I bought my first car here. Very nice customer service. It was a used car, so obviously I had problems but they even fixed it for free. No one else does that. When you buy used cars you buy it "as is". But they really helped me. Didnt have to buy a new battery pack.

I will not take my car anywhere else period. Saj is a great guy and he's never done us wrong. We've sent him so much business because this is the best shop I've ever found and I won't be going anywhere else

I normally don't give reviews but looking at the last review I am compelled to review this business establishment. I have been going to Nepa since 3 years, one of my friends referred this place. I always see this place busy and got my cars fixed it for lower price. I never felt I was taken for a ride or cheated. Sam was honest and upfront with the work and prices. The fact that most of the desi people go to this "street corner mechanic" (By the way, it is very rude to call a business like this) is he does the job well for half the price what Christian Brothers or anyone charges. I am sure all the customers he get is through reference since he is not located in an easy to find place. I would say Nepa Auto service is an asset for us Desi's, offering affordable services.I like the reply that was given by the business for the negative remark thrown at them, they still mentioned the re-marker as bhai (means brother) while replying.Sam, don't get discouraged with this one negative review, Keep the good work going. All the best.

Good service at the best price in town. The best part is that its one stop shop for all your car needs from Oil Change to body work. Ask for Sam, hes was very professional and helpful.

I went to nepa for fixing my check engine light on. Sam was very polite and helpful person to explain the issues and getting things done. He done the repair very economically(2/3rd lesser price than **** dealer estimation).

Customer could always get Reliable service from NEPA. I always trust SAM for any service in my car/friends car. Sam is a really nice person and tell you upfront about any car issue without hiding anything.

Not punctual at all. They kept my mother's car for more than 8 days for a simple brakes/rotors job!!!!! Get ready to spend a fortune on Uber rides.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Firstly you need to answer this? Why did you put in so much efforts and come to USA? One of that reasons would be so that you could avoid getting cheated. But this is again a street corner mechanic who I feel screwed me. I got the sway bar link replaced for the noise. It s always sold in pairs. You can check that in autozone. I was charge double the price for that. But I let it go because I don t want to disappoint a mechanic and compromise on my safety. But I drive out of this place an all the yellow lights on my dashboard turn on - low tyre pressure, check engine, oil and wiper. How is that possible and why would they not care enough to check it? Also they did not give the bill saying the printer isn t working. At least they had sent a picture the next day.overall m very dissatisfied and would go to Christian brothers for atleast being satisfied of what s being done to the car

Affordable and guaranteed service . The owner has helped me to fixed my vw passat which was roamed around in irving area no one could fixed. Finally Nepa auto owner take the challenge to fix it and he proved me.I recommended this place for guaranteed service
