had to change the oil on our Enterprise rental and this is where they sent us. very difficult to get in & out of (nearby construction not noted on live maps didn't help matters). not the most comfortable place to wait but they are quick. got us in & out fast, once I flagged someone down to help. friendly.

Always top service! Ryan is very informative and will help you all the way!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! TOP NOTCH! I can t express the satisfaction, confidence and trust I have in this location. Highest level of quality, efficiency, expertise with the sincerest honesty, professionalism and transparent communication from start to finish. It only takes one visit to recognize how uncommon these traits are now a days with most of the competition. Personally, It started with a random visit a few months ago for a radiator flush and now this is my primary maintenance and repair shop for all 3 of my personal vehicles, which I m very particular about. I have recently started a fleet account with my work vehicles as well.Thanks Kwik Kar 925, keep it up!!

Excellent service. Ryan fixed our vehicles' thermostat and sensors that had been damaged by the Texas heat. They are our new mechanics for both our vehicles. Can't thank this crew enough for making it an easy and reassuring experience. They communicated with us through it all. Would recommend them to everyone.

Great customer service and trustworthy!! I m a younger woman and didn t feel like I was being taken advantage of. I went in for an oil change and came out with that along with both filters replaced. Everything was explained to me and didn t feel like I was bothering them with questions. Very patient and kind. Was very pleased with this shop. The guys are not only very nice but very knowledgeable and professional. Also very honest and transparent on what my vehicle needs were. Instead of just telling me what the issue is, they explained why the issue and provided me with options on how to repair. Will definitely make this my go to place for my vehicle repairs. The brake line broke on my Land Rover and Ryan helped source the part and replaced it so quick! All the way through the process Ryan was in contact and explained everything.I have now found someone I trust with my Land Rover, there isn t many shops around that will even work on them!Definitely recommend this shop!This shop will also update your car fax for you. I will be recommending everyone to this shop.

Excellent service. They were quick and extremely professional. Took less than 20 minutes for an oil change and I got to hangout in their air conditioned lobby while I waited.

Love those guysMy car broke down after someone worked on it somewhere else and it ended up with electric shorts and burnt ECUThese guys found the problem and the price was shocking I was expecting it to be very expensive but they were very fair and honestI drive all the way from Frisco to them nowI go here for oil changes as well I don't care how far they are simply because I can't find a better place

I have been going to the Lewisville location and seen Khaled for years and just so happens to be visiting family in Grand Prairie and saw Khaled in the Grand Prairie location! What a coincidence and lucky for me. Amazing customer service and super friendly and really takes care of both my vehicles. I will stay a customer for life and will drive however long a distance I need to have them handle all my cars needs. Choose this location, you will be in good hands! Thank you, Khaled!
