Such kind men, able to work with you if you have not the best credit and low down payment!! Me and my mom totaled our cars in the same week and were in desperate need of a vehicle and he was a god send!! Good quality cars and they won t screw you over at all!!! Definitely going to come back and refer all my friends and family!!!

Acts like an Addict. Promised to meet us Yesterday. We drove 2 and a half hours to buy a pickup. When we got there the place was all locked up, even though the hours of operation said till 5pm. It was 12:30. We tried to contact him on all phone numbers till nearly 2pm. He ghosted us and wouldn't answer his phone or texts. We left without any contact whatsoever. Avoid this place like the Plague.

Went to go look at a car from their website and the car was not the same car from the pictures. I talked to the owner JJ and he was very misleading about the condition of the vehicle. Said it was very reliable but once he turned it on it was misfiring and said it just needed to warm up. I left at that point. Buyer beware this dealership is not where you want to buy a car.

My daughter, who lives in Dallas, and I visited this dealership for a vehicle. We worked with Eric and although we didn't buy a vehicle, I was impressed with the attention and call backs Eric made to answer questions and concerns. A quality lacking in many used car dealerships. Would I ever go back to JED if I move down to Texas for a vehicle? Definitely, and I recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to pass by and ask for Eric. Thanks JED and Eric for your great communication.

Bought a car from Eric and it was a great experience. He was honest and upfront about all the info about the car we were interested in. He made the buying process very easy. Hands down I would highly recommend them. Will definitely be coming back next time I need another cash car. Thank you so much for making our buying experience a great one

Not sure about car lot but mechanic needs to be taken out back and disappear. Fixed the problem on my car and when I picked it up the brakes were going to the floor, come to out he obviously stuck a needle in my brake hose causing me to lose breaks and could've easily ended in tragedy for myself or someone else. If I could prove it I'd call the police and have him locked up

I got a car with them at first Erick was so nice but I told his that the car has 2 lights on and the car stop on the middle of the road he told me to that was normal cz the car was just setting there I did that and the engine light come up I tooked to the auto zone and they said it was the sensor map I call him and the only answer that he give me was to use the extended warranty and that warranty dosent cover that and now he dosent give me my plates and he doesn t answer me

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Very dishonest people. My mom & dad bought a car here, within a few days it had a check engine light on the owner Eric & his brother told my parents to put fuel injector stuff in the tank since it s been sitting , that s why the light is on . Even though the machine said catalytic converter so my mom did that the light is STILL on; and it also has its days where it does not want to start. The battery is fully charged so not sure why it s not starting sometimes. The brother Juan told my mom maybe your not turning the key all the way over . Like REALLY???!!! Now Eric the owner is not responding to my mother at all and told her on the last message they will not fix anything if it s not the motor or transmission . But yet sold them a car knowing it had issues taking advantage of my parents is definitely NOT cool. I can t believe they did this especially to someone who has a disability (24 hour oxygen tank) WOW.

Bought a 2012 Ford Fusion 2 weeks ago for a good price .. Nothing wrong drives smooth like new.. Owners were very helpful. Will be buying another one soon from here .
