They had us in and out in no time! Really friendly staff and good prices! I highly recommend you go to these guys for an all around good experience!! Do NOT go next door to complete auto care. They're Hella sketchy and will try to scam you. Talk to Chris at H.D auto, I promise he'll take good care of you!

I went to the shop next to Kroger. They were rude and expensive " repair ". Refused to refund me.Well, I ended at HD AUTO REPAIR shop, where Chris, the owner explained to me the issue, clear and offer me options. By the way, I saved hundreds compared to the other place.Honesty, quality, and great attitude is what I found here.Strongly recommend this place for any repairs in Grand Prairie. I feel great about my car!!!

These fine gentlemen have helped me out of a bind twice now. First time, they did a phenomenal job fixing up my oil-well, along with a general tune up on my car and got me a deal and payment plan that suited me. Second time was for my tire. It was much cheaper than what was basically engine repair but of course it would be. It was done in a reasonable/surprisingly quick time for a low price and I got to watch them do it. Excellent service, extremely friendly group of guys, and a fantastic job well done to boot. Not mention the time my girl had to go in for her brakes. She basically worn them down to past the point of grinding (which is really bad for those unaware). However, they fixed her up, set her up good, and by God that car brakes better than it ever has before. Almost as good as mine. For someone who cares alot about his car, and is very picky over who gets to work on it, I can't recommend these men more. Absolute legends. Will definitely be coming back no matter the problem, cause they just take care it better than anyone else around.

"I recently had my tires replaced for my CX-5 at this establishment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, everything was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose the right tires for my needs. The replacement process was quick, and I was back on the road in no time. I went here for a simple tire repair and they got me out the way. Chris ended telling me everything they do here at the shop the next day I came back and they took care of everything that was wrong with my and if you don t have the full payment they have a program for you to sign up onto pay it off. What makes it better he s able to get anything he needs the same day within a hour. I do recommend ppl to come to this shop. This is my shop going forward

Walk in customer with a coolant leak. Diagnosed with a hole in heating line. Mechanic went well above and beyond what he had to do. Very satisfied and happy with the results. Will highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much for your effort and time.

Needing brakes ASAP. I randomly stopped by and spoke with Chris. He immediately looked at my vehicle. Gave me quote. He said he could R&R the brakes n Rotors same day. Excellent customer service at the Grand Prairie location. I feel safe driving my vehicle.

I absolutely do not recommend this place!!! They will tell you to bring the car in to check but do not tell you what they charge for checking until afterwards they basically just looked at it without taking anything apart and if you decide to take it somewhere else they will try and get almost $100 from you for not doing anything but putting there eyes on it, also these guys go by the book they are not trying to help you on price they are charging as if you took it to the dealer!! I took my car somewhere else and paid less than half of what they were trying to charge us!! Do yourself a favor and find a shop that is trying to help you!!

Chris was very helpful, reassuring , and professional. I was a walk-in new customer to HD Complete Auto Repair for engine light on, and engine diagnostic check. He is a awesome mechanic who addressed all my questions and concerns first then repaired my car in a timely manner. Absolutely not! I went in 2 times for an alignment. The first time, their lift stopped working and my car was stuck for hours. I drove out of state and realized my car alignment was still off by quite a bit. Went in again to allow them an opportunity to make it right. I'm sitting at the Acura Service Department now because the alignment is so off, if I let go of the steering wheel it instantly crosses over 3 lanes. I'm done ranting now.

My experience being I brought my vehicle in on a Tuesday to have AP. C. M. ECM replace Chris assured me that it would be done and that he needed to have somebody come in to program it To which he kept putting the time off while once finding out I believe I just kept being jerked around all week-long here. It is Sunday and they were supposed to be be in the shop today. And there's nobody there no answering to the phone calls. Or nothing. I will probably never go back to this shop again. Sorry, Chris, but this is the way it is.
