Do your yourself a favor and stay away from Graff Chevrolet. Typical bait and switch. Listed price of a car 14.9K , out of state buyer that invested into traveling to dealership. They ended up wanting 18K instead. Dishonest.Can you at least personalize your responses and stop with the canned answers. It s frankly pathetic and embarrassing

Graff was the first to respond to my online shopping experience and I told them it meant a lot to me. I did visit other dealerships' websites. and they also offered nice deals, but I was already impressed by Graff and I had already found what I wanted there. Although I did not pursue it initially, I knew what it was i wanted to drive home.As days passed, Adrian and Carlos maintained communication and kept encouraging me to visit the lot. After changing my mind about my initial selection, I took an Uber to the dealership so see if I could get in the "nicest" of the three possible choices I had made. They had it parked up front and gave me a "walk through" shortly after I arrived. Mr. Tate was well-prepared for my visit and, after a brief introductory conversation, and a test drive, he took me across the street to "Pre-owned" where we began process of closing the deal. The amount my credit union offered was just shy of the total price but he kept saying "We're going to get you in that truck." A short time later the paperwork was presented, an agreement was made, and we went back across the street to complete the financing. I was presented three "workable" options and, once I made a choice, the documents were made ready, signed, and I was given the keys!As most people know, buying a new vehicle can be a timely and often stressful process. Mine really was not! Although I subconsciously told myself several times I was spending beyond my means, I was frequently assured that everything will be okay and that they would "get me in that truck." They did! It was done with a level of professionalism and personalization I hadn't experienced in some time. We even had some down-time to share about our individual life experiences which, to me, made the relationship even more valuable. From start to finish, I witnessed a measure of teamwork I believe every business would be grateful to have. And I, as a customer, believe that made the difference for me. When I watch every member of a staff, in any business, pull together to achieve one goal, "customer satisfaction", I'm sold.... and sold, I was, that day at Graff Chevrolet!Give their team a chance, I'll bet you'll be glad you did!

Diego and the gentleman that manages the finance department were very great with getting us into our new car today! Diego was very helpful and very professional with every step of the way, he made the whole process smooth and non stressful, he pretty much took care of everything we needed before we asked about anything. The gentleman that manages the finance department was very nice and very helpful as well, he and Diego were able to give us a great deal in our new vehicle and throwing in extra warranties just for us letting them handle the hard work for us! This was by far the best vehicle transaction I have made. The entire process took 45 minutes! The sales person and sales manager did not play the back and forth game and we got the deal done in less than an hour!!!I came back the following day to sign papers that were actually ready when I arrived. I was in and out in 30 minutes for financing.Graff Chevrolet will sale me many more vehicles because they checked the boxes that I care about. The price was crazy. When someone says they may need windshield wipers it would be nice if your staff would educate the customer the cost and LABOR for WIPERS! I could have put them on myself and honestly gotten them elsewhere. I would have NEVER paid $60 for 2 wipers and labor. Very disappointed, especially since yall no longer rotate tires included AND your prices just keep going up, the added extreme expense was shocking and unnecessary. I have been coming to Graff for all my vehicle needs for years now but this weekend was the first time I was truly not happy. Do better Graff.

Words cannot express the experience. Pleasant humble experienced staff. From sales to finance to service. This is a real Chevrolet dealership, hometown country feeling where they make deals that make sense. This dealership should be the flagship Chevrolet dealership of DFW. I don't know who the owner is but the staff is loyal and dedicated to this dealership. From online browsing to showing up at 7am they have sales managers and finance ready to go. Out of all the vehicles I have purchased in my life this dealership is the best customer service driven dealership. Ms. Esmeralda is patient and attentive to your request. Mr.Tate, is knowledgeable and you can tell he has years of experience in selling cars and finance. The finance staff is crazy knowledgeable about the paperwork and banks even if you have your own financing they are familiar with it. I wish everyone could go and get the experience they provide. Rather this is your 1st or 5th purchase it's worth going to Graff Chevrolet. I can truly say you will be at peace and feel comfortable buying or even servicing your vehicle at Graff Chevrolet.

We are a repeat customer to graff and though they did a great job the first time we really came in with an uphill climb this go around. Being upside down with our trade in and credit not being as good as the first purchase our salesman Nathan Awe did an absolutely amazing job. Honest, upfront and most of all worked quickly so we were not there all day. He worked hard and got my family a great deal on a new traverse. We definitely appreciate his professionalism and hard work when my family definitely needed it. Thanks again Nathan, and I would not hesitate to do business with Graff again.

Went to Graff for a used car my daughter wanted to see. Was meet by Pedro Saldivar, he went and brought the keys to my daughter and shower her the car not me . That was very nice feeling that he knew it was for her and not me!!! Everything went smoothly and was done within 1hr. Never been more pleased buying a car. Highly recommend Graff and Pedro

I was at the location with a friend that was there to purchase a vehicle and can I say, the man named Diego, was a true blessing in helping my friend successfully purchase a car that he was in great need of. Diego was able to provide excellent customer service and kept things clear and precise with what the services were, what type of vehicles they were offering and the ones that matched my friends style. It was like he could read us. If you ever read this Diego. Thank you for being patient with my friend and blessing us with your knowledge and time. He loves the car he picked!

Awesome experience, had to be out to get to work and they got it done. Since I got the vehicle, The engine has messed up, electrical, won't work with car play it turns everything off, can't get the key out off ignitions with out pulling and messing with it. Said they would help have had no one call about any of it. 3 times and won't go back again. They had their change and they blew it.

They do excellent work. Have been using their service to change the oil in this Malibu since buying it at Graff new. Probably high quality of oil not having typical problems with oil usage with the Malibu 2.4 engine; screen gets plugged up causing excessive oil usage. Car has 137k on it.

Absolutely the worst treatment I've ever experienced at a Graff!!.. I'm out of Michigan, and I've bought several vehicles from Graff. I'm 1200 miles from home and I got a engine light and reduced power message, I stopped in hoping they could help me and I was treated as if I was bothering them! I had to plead with them just to plug my truck in the he told me it wouldn't read it. He got a different scanner, plugged it in and verbally told me the code, and I had asked to ask him to printed it out for me so he went in and got me a generic Google print out of one code... I literally had to go to an autozone to get its scanned properly and get the codes printed out which it had different codes the he gave me!! I then confirmed the codes through onstar and autozone was correct.I actually had to contact the Graff Chevrolet in Durand michigan (Tony) to help me, They directed me to a dealership about 30 miles from here that's going to help me and actually cares about customers that are stranded so far from home...

The salesman was very difficult to work with. I caught him playing salesman games and lying to me several times about the price of the vehicle and the price of additional items I brought up. I would have walked away if it wasn t for the finance director, Phillip, intervening. He was honest and interested in making a fair deal with me.Recommend you train your salespeople on the importance of being honest with customers.

Bad experience with used car sales. I started back in December with 1 salesman and then I got switched to another one by the time I left within a months time of trying to purchase a truck and finally getting around to my third salesman after me telling them what numbers and down payment I had they still came back about 10 times with higher and higher numbers and no purchase. I wouldn t recommend these guys to anyone due to the sales people need more training and they want to sale you what they want and not what the customer wants.

I bought my 2022 Chevy Malibu at Graff Chevrolet the way it sits today. I go to try to get an inspected because the registration is about to expire in March. The inspections is not going to pass because the tint is too dark, well I bought the vehicle this way. So now you want to say you can remove my tint and not replace it? Dwayne was the guy who inspected it last year and he's the one inspecting it today, not passing the vehicle becaue of the tint. They're coming up with some excuse that I did something to the vehicle, and I have not done anything to this car. Graff wants to be like that, and they said it can remove the tint. I bought this vehicle with tint so you should replace the tint. I swear these people get on my nerves

Do not ever trust their service department they will tell you what ever will cost you the most money . They are not your friends and are not about the customer. Had anti theft system issue. Called and was told I had to towe the truck in and have them reset it. Me not being satisfied with that as an answer. Messed around with the truck a little while and was able to reset the anti theft system using a series of functions in the truck. They would have cost me hundreds for me to do what was free. All they had to do was walk me through the process. But there is no money in that is there

Preston is fabulous. I left a message on the online site. Once he reached out to me, he was great at listening to what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay at and the type of engine that I preferred for gas mileage. No other company would listen to what I was looking for because I m a female. They suggested what I might like. Ladies, please visit Preston at Graff Chevrolet in Grand Prairie.
