I paid them $2900 cash to rebuild my transmission and they paid someone else to do it and they didn't do it at all my car came back worse then when I brought it in. I try to talk to the lead "mechanic" and he gets an attitude. It is obvious he still lives with his mommy and daddy he knows nothing about transmissions.

Dodge in Plano tried to rip me off for almost 1300 for a $99 part. These guys at gp engine had me fixed in 45mins for less than a 3rd.

Today was my first time at GP AUTO, and I loved it! This shop is owned by a local family who cares about their customers and the vehicles. This place isn't reliable at all. Someone referred us and that was the BIGGEST MISTAKE! They towed my car charging me $100 for a 4mile tow then had my car for 2 days and did absolutely NOTHING! Leaving us with a kid that missing school and work... Then we said something they were very RUDE and said they would tow back for another $100. What a F JOKE! I would not recommend them I will tell everyone I know to stay clear. Bad business and bad people!

Had these guys rebuild the engine in my 96 ford bronco. Did a great job, kept me updated and sent pictures every step of the way. The price was better than anyone else I could find. The folks that work there are very nice.

Today was the first time I went to this place. And omg they r great and funny guys. They fix my widow and they did a great job. I will keep coming to this place for work on my Jeep Commander.

Customer service is no good. I contacted them twice and the girl told me they would call me back both times. Never did. Just wasted my time waiting.

used them as a wrecker and was there in 15 mins, $100 for a quick haul but didnt have to leave my vehicle abandoned.

They had my car for 2 weeks and never repaired a thing...the only thing they did was leave an ant infestation in my front passenger floor..they charged me for parts that they never actually replaced on my car resulting in me paying additional money to someone else to repair my car..NEVER I REPEAT NEVER GO TO THEM!!!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
