We bought a used vehicle with the little money I had to spend and was told the car was in great condition and runs perfectly, after 2 days the car stopped starting and I had hell with it after 2 weeks. So I decided to stop buying parts that I thought it could be the issue and brought it to Jeremy and Fast tune and lube. BEST DECISION!!! He assured me he would keep my vehicle until it was running top notch and he did not fail! Today my car is running great for a 33 year old vehicle and it gets my family and I from point A to point B thanks fast tune and lube!!!

Seriously horrible experience! A worker DROPPED a ladder on my truck, didn't apologize or try to fix the scratches it left. Then they told me they had to drain some oil out because they "put too much" making me think I brought my truck to people who don't know what they're doing. The place is very small and cluttered, It's a tight squeeze getting in the back to line up for the oil change area. Don't waste your time or money. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

Normally come here for oil changes. I dropped my car off and said the AC wasn't working. The mechanic had it ready with the new parts installed the next day. They will not change your filter.next time anybody goes check your oil filter it will nor be changed out they did this to two of my cars and check your oil to see if it's newService: Oil changeService: Oil change

When you know about cars youll know when things are done correctly and fair, and, this isn t one of those places. I asked for wheel alignment on a 97 Chevy, because there was wear on the inside thread of my tires (hence a toe adjust;tie rods) they said 90$ and when working on the alignment they came back and said there s an up charge of 140 for adjusting the camber bolt which is needed too complete the alignment. That s like charging 100$ for an oil change then coming back and saying another 50$ for the filter. OF COURSE you can t do a full alignment without the camber just like you can t do a oil change without a filter! I said yes because I was in a time crunch. They do what they did and I pay 240 for a wheel alignment and right when I pull off going 30mph my steering wheel pulls to the right with resistance. If you re going to rip me off $$, at least do the job right

One of the most honest shops in town. I drive 50 miles to take my company cars to these guys.Absolutely pleasure dealing with them and as long as they're in business I'll not take my cars anywhere else.

Best mechanic shop in Dallas! Since 2010, I always visit this place for oil change, some mechanic works, and inspection. This guys are doing excellent works. They are very knowledgeable about mechanic. They can send you affordable tow truck to your place and pick up your car and they finish the repair just in time what they promise. Excellent repair service!

I went to get an oil change, it was super fast and it seems like it lasted way longer than walmart. And we drive to Tulsa OK (5hrs) every month. The date said return 06/19/20 and it is now 08/03/20. Normally when it is time to get another oil change the date is off by like 1 week or 2 at most. Thank you

Just now left the business to go down the street to another place. I have been going to this business since 2004 and within the last several years has gotten worse. Today I pulled in and sat there for over 10 min. Two mechanics looked at me and did not acknowledge I was there. I called the number after the 4th ring someone was walking to answer it by that time I was leaving and they both just watched ss I left and still said nothing.

In 2015 January I bought a car, a 2003 Impala from Jose, one of the `mechanics` there. Not only they lied to me about the car's history - they never fully fixed the problems that started to occure shortly after I bought the car (for $3500!!!) for the hundreds of dollars they charged me. For inspection I spent $600 in November 2015 for them to repair whatever problem it caused the check engine light to be on so it would both be safe for me and others in traffic + could pass the inspection. Just a month later the damn light came on again - not to mention Ziya is always so chill `Don't worry - the CE light doesn't matter`. Soon after the car started to have a heating problem, they `fixed` some stuff - on my way back home the car started to shake like crazy at red light stops. Awkwardly every time I went in there something else would come up on my way home - at last after the car shaking for no reason, I had to voice record them and threatened them to go to court if they don't fix their mistake. Guess what just the day before when it took them freaking 6 hours to fix `a heating problem` (just to change the water pump and to replace the belt) after my court threat it took them less then 15 minutes to get me on my way. I don't even want to mention the problems hasn't stopped even after that visit that cost $350.Last night, the car finally died in Denison, 76 miles away from home, leaving me there to find a cab for 3 hours at 10 PM. They assured me that the battery was brand new when I got the car - yeah, we can see that. Today my NON MECHANIC boyfriend made a lucky guess, offered me to check my car and change the battery. Guess what! The car is now running better than any other time since I bought it. I bet this is something they already knew and just didn't want to fix it so they can bring me in to the shop for various reasons and get more out of my pocket! Thieves! Do not trust these people! I did such a stupid mistake, don't do it yourself! Go else where: save your time, your money and steer clear from the stress these people may cause you - especially if you're not a car person!I will never ever spend a dime to these people ever again - and all the hard earned money I spent you until now - karma will make you pay for it all!----edit: 10/13/2017-----And it seems like Ozan Aki, who used to be my friend and is the person who referred me to those con artists - is their cheerleader. Good thing I have them all out of my life now. I'm pretty sure Ozan Aki who's bragging about their good work got a piece of what I paid for that piece of trash I spent another $5690 to get it back to where it should have been.

Down fall is they guess alot on your issue and you pay for several jobs before your issue is found and fixed!
