The lady in the office was very professional. Also, i had an appointment at 1300, but i showed up at 0900, and i had a door. In less than 1:30, the loading was complete.

Shipping clerk was really nice. DC manager was helpful and got me loaded early and fast. Was back on the road quicker than I hoped to beat traffic out of DFW.

Arrived about 2 hrs early for appt. Was immediately given a door. Loaded & out the gate in 2 1/2 hrs. There were 4 other trucks in doors before me.

FYI, if you're doing a drop-and-hook here, you have to drop your empty trailer, pick up and move your loaded trailer from the dock, drop the loaded trailer, hook back up to your empty trailer and put it in the same place you moved your loaded trailer from, then reconnect to your loaded trailer and leave. Make sure you have the seal with the BOL before leaving the office.
