This shop provided excellent service from start to finish. Prices are very fair. Mechanic was very knowledgable and got the work done swiftly. Very satisfied. Highly recommended

Mechanics at the shop are great but management are scam artist beware of this shop very unethical unprofessional.. they say their hourly rate is 100$ hour but have different prices for different work doesn t make any sense to me.. y all be very careful dealing with these folks. Charged me 2400 for three hours worth of work unbelievable

The owner is typical semi mechanic shop swindler. Not a man of his word or any integrity of business. He thinks he has the best deal but the shop across the street does better business and faster with reasonable prices. This comes from trying 2x with this guy.

He suggested to much money for less job it was not acceptable for me.I don t know why all repair shop is like that they thought the people are stupid they don t know repair price or time of repair We should be human we should be right do not trying to take money for nothing. Humanitarian is better than money.

I came to this shop just to put more Freon to the A/C of a Cascadia . I came back after one hour and he asked $1500 for new A/C compressor, flashing and installationHe called me to let me know that he has done it, he was supposed to call me for approval, instead. His arguments was that I was helping you . I did not order replacements in the first place . He looked like someone in debt or suffering from severe financial stresses because I was one of two truckers in the shop on that day in September. Other shops were supper busyThe other driver was complaining the same unordered services in the rear axleThe thing is that, had I been certain that he installed a new A/C, I wouldn t mine paying him his I ll-gotten money. But I still have my original A/C on the truckHis neighbors are called Kasala, they are very honest,skilled and fairly priced mechanicsI regret going to this horrible man and his son scamming truckers like me

Awesome work! Brought in my truck in the morning with a with a differential leak and the boys got right to work. Michael the manager made sure that everything went well and had a parts/truck ready to go! By the afternoon truck is ready to go and mechanics did a very great job!

I've been using this mechanic shop for over 4 years and now they have new manager Mike who's very helpful. They very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. They have experience in many makes. I did Overhaul and it was done perfectly. Highly recommend.

They take their time fixing your truck because they are a greedy company that puts customer service on the back burner and then change prices and claim to fix things just to over charge people. You can not fix or claim to fix things without letting the customer know that is against the law!You will not continue to do business like this and get away with it!
