I purely fan of Discount tire for free rotations and balance. I drive a lot and need it every few months. I got my first set of tires at this location few years ago and was very happy. Today stopped here to rebalance my new tires as felt slight vibration. Customer service in here is excellent! No mansplaining just pure professionalism. I feel like they care about their customers!Would definitely recommend!

These guys were more than accommodating. The exceeded my expectations. Hats off to all of them. Extra extra stars due to the fact showed up 30 minutes to closing time. Great job guys.

Very do dislike their new concept of not having anymore magazines for all of the customers. And even the mini fridge doesn't get cold the water is room temperature at best in the hot summertime. Do better Discount Tires, please do better

I brought in my in-laws car because the Mercedes dealership could not find the leak the rear passenger side tire. Not only did they find the leak, Adal the assistant manager was so nice to repair it for us for free. That's A+ customer service! We will use them for sure next time we need any tire services/new tires

Made an appointment for a tire rotation and balance on may 27 at 9:00 am. I m a technician that works at a shop and I m usually do my own tire rotations but we don t have a balancing machine. Well bringing it in was a big mistake. The people up front were amazing but whoever worked on my right front side needs more training. They forgot to install my wheel lock on the right front tire. I don t know how you guys didn t catch that when you are supposed to torque down the wheel which tells me you didn t do that wheel. I feel like I have to go behind you guys and babysit your guys. Don t say that is was missing prior to service because it wasn t.

Got the tires rotated free of charge they will rotate them for the life of the tires to help you get the best and most mileage possible out of them.Pretty good deal they had me in and out pretty fast professional bunch of guys up there.

Normally I would rate it 5 star but this go around I got air. I had to wait 1 hour just for air. And once again, they failed to put my valve steam caps back on and they lied about doing so when I reminded them.

Paid 1k for tires on a Friday night. I had a blow out that almost flipped my car 2 days later. Discount couldn t refund tire because they weren t convinced it was a bad tire. They advised me that I could have hit something, rubbed the tire on something to cause it to blow. I asked the manager have you looked at the tire? His answer was not yet . After telling him that this was horrible customer service & he reluctantly gave me a credit of $90 which was half the cost of my towing. Here s the tire that they weren t sure was a bad tire. It had had less than 40 miles on it.

You can walk in without an appointment & the savings are awesome! Thanks to Juan for explaining everything well to me. You can t beat the deals here! Firestone & others are very overpriced. I won t go there again.They also fill tires with air for free. Great place.

Took about 50mins to get a balance & rotation (me being the ONLY car in the bay).The 4 or 5 other workers were busy hearing about one of the other's issue with installing his own sprinkler system for his front lawn. But once they actually broke up the gathering & started w/ my vehicle, they were finished in about 10mins.I bought the warranty on the tires 5k miles ago, so it was a free service -- you get what you pay for.

Had an appointment and they started on my car as soon as I got there. Good job. Very courteous workers. Everyone was getting the customers taken care of. Good place.

1/24/24: came back to this place to get all my tires changed for the new year. since i had the driver's seat tire changed here before, i wanted the rest of them changed to match everything as well. the employee who was helping me tried to give me the best tires with the best price but for some reason they don't have the tire i had before. but their manager went out of their way to get me the upgraded tires they have in stock! he went ahead and gave me the other tire for free since it was changed not too long ago. i love how this place goes above and beyond and always meets my expectations! i have nothing but good things to say about the service they offer as well as the employees that work here. i usually do not write long reviews but they did it again!12/28/23: the best place to get your tires fixed! i had a flat tire the first time and they repaired it in less than an hour! second time i went here, my tire was flat and told them to check what caused it. they were able to repair my old tire and i didn t have to buy a new one - no charge!!! literally my go- to for tire repair!!

I have a fleet of 10 vehicles and this discount tire is my choice the service is impeccable and even do high end cars like my Corvette and 1929 Mercedes these guys can knock it out of the park, if they would just put the Schrader caps back on

I came on 8/26 10 mins right before closing, I called prior to be sure that I can be serviced/ helped. Over the phone, person assured me that they gladly will help. I value peoples time & do not like showing up right before closing but I had a flat tire so I needed their help. Super helpful over the phone & even in person. Gladly helped and didn t make me feel overwhelmed or anxious at the fact that I showed up late. Instead they grabbed my keys with a smile, went to work and came back all fixed up with a smile. (A plus is that you guys handed me my tire lock, previous place I went to tried to be slick and keep it.) Thank you for the help! The team that day was the best. All other shops I attended would not have this energy so I appreciate the great attitude. I also did a follow up today to see if I can come by for a tire rotation and person on the phone STILL had a great attitude.

The customer service quality here is awesome. I felt comfortable bringing my truck here and did not get any pressure on buying what I did not want. Plus Will helped me find a good range of tires for my wants and needs, which was longevity of tire as well as traction and the terrain I would be driving. My truck is a pavement queen so I went with all weather and for highway use. As I was there waiting I could see how helpful the guys were on the phone in helping customers and the customers they attended. It's great, the reason I come back to this place is because the attention to detail yet prompt service. I had not even realized I had a nail in my tire but they took care of that and patched it for me. As well as doing the water submersion test. Another thing while I was waiting and all the tires were off my truck I asked if I could go out there and check my brakes. Which they kindly allowed me to. And when I was out there checking i really didnt know where to look but the technician that was there helped me out and showed me how to check and pointed out valid points on when you would need new brakes like 'squeking' or brake pedal all the way down or taking longer to stop. It helped a bunch and my brake pads are still thick. :)

They do free air checks and plugs (if it's pluggable). The warranty is very good and worth the money (it is a one time use but you can re-up if you use your warranty up, I recommend you do this as it is not expensive but could save you hundreds). They have always been professional with me.

Friday night August 11th drove my car here and Zeke helped me out, it was closing time and he was so nice and did not seem to be in a rush due to closing. He ordered the tires I needed. and I did buy 4 new tires. He has great customer service skills. Kudo's for him, it's hard to find people that really care anymore. He treated me like he knew me forever.Zeke, called me on Saturday, Aug. 12th which was the next day and I drove up and he took care of me to get me setup to get the tires on.I like how they have it arranged to have 2 guys per bay as I always watch people when they are working on my car.Both guys were great, but Anol (I think that is the spelling) is a go getter, I watched him before he got to my car and I thought wow that guy is on the ball. Anol took me to look at my old tire as I always want to see what was on there. He drove the car up to the front and brought my car keys in and the keylock. He looked at me in the eye and ask me if there was anything else.WOW! Great Customer Service Those 2 guys had my car in and out, I told my husband and family members, I expected to be there a while. Organized and Team work does make the dreamwork.Give everyone a raise there, they deserve it, it's so hot outside!I seen everyone in the bays just working away and working as a Team and they were busy.I spoke to the Manager to let him know how much I appreciated the guys and I was all about Great Customer Service.To the Manager: Keep the employees happy, you have a great team and they seem to work with each other.I have always bought tires from here but really this was very good experience.

The service is great! Very helpful guys, i would like to Thank Thomas and the technicians, you guys are super nice and very respectful especially to women, you guys take the time to talk to us regarding our tires situation and try to find a solution for us, you guys go above and beyond. I just want to warn people about a trick this company is doing. I called them to ask how much they charge for patching up your tire and the guy says it s free. I asked him if their was any catch to this and he said no. Only to find out that when you get here they find an excuse to try and sell you new tires and tell you your tires aren t safe. The people here are very rude and seem to be ready for disappointment from people about this. I spoke to the manager and he was the rudest of them all. Stay away.

I came here for a tire patch at 7:55 which is 5 minutes before they open I waited at the door with 3 other people, it s now 8:57 and they just now told me they need to replace the tire while others were out in 15 minutes MAX

We needed a tire the tread was thin! This place was busy with steady people pouring in. Great customer service with at least 4 people steadily calling next customer forward and taking turns to look at the customers to say that they will get to customers as soon as they can. Another customer accidentally spilled water and an employee was fast at cleaning it up with a smile on his face. Even cracked a joke!! Our tire was around $167, the wait for the car to be serviced took about an hour. My husband was even able to look on his phone at anytime where our car was in queue , in bay and job finished. I think thats so helpful. I would come back if in need again.

This crew at Discount Tire were more customer centered and a lot more polite. Each member of the team I encountered were respectful to my requests and assured I would have quality service on my tires. I miss having a great cup of coffee, though.
