Placed my order online because the website stated 1-2 day turn around. Received a call from their sales team letting me that I would be getting a shipping label to send my core back in for a credit of $200! Really appreciate their service and making my experience with them memorable.

Well. Be proud you have ripped off a 72 year old retiree for$1295 who is on a fixed income!! You claim it s because I didn t send back the defective part back in 60 days. You now have your defective part and I have nothing. You claim the part wasn t defective but it didn t last for 1 1/2 hours of drive time. Again sent back for refund. (You don t even offer a partial refund)U you are probably familiar with the states attorney general since this seems to be the way you guys operate. I will be doing everything in my power to get my refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! they paint a pretty picture up front on there website. THERE IS NO!!! iron clad guarantee they are all talk. They will not help you once they have taken your money. I purchased an ECM, had it installed by a certified mechanic and it wasn t working. I called speak with a tech to see if they could help with a few questions. The receptionists who sounds like she doesn t like her job was very rude, told me there was no one available to help. She then said someone would contact me, which of course no one called. I called on three different occasions to get someone to help. I then realize they don t care about helping out their costumers. I return the item and called them after a week, for them to tell me they were not going to refund anything. They said that I damage the item. I told them if they think I damage it could I at lease pay for shipping to get it back, I ll just get it programmed elsewhere. They said NO. So I guess to make a long story sort they just shot me the finger and said have a nice day! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Man if i could give six stars to these guys i would!! The sales manager was great, he took the time to answer my questions and was able to find the correct part i needed. Gave me a great price, and the module runs amazing. Thank you guys for the great service and amazing professionalism!

Zero stars if possible. Ordered thru website charged for product, didn't receive till i called and threatened to arbitrate the charge almost three weeks later. Once received and installed check engine light on 4 codes dpf, trans range, and two for programming. I called customer service (had to block number for them to answer) they told me unfortunately i order online and if i had called an order in I would have been made aware that additional programming may be required. ONce i clarified i had called in numerous times looking for my product John then backtracked on what he had said. And as follows " well you were made aware through your email that additional programming may be required".NEVER was DECEPTIVE business practice. Would have been better off taking to the cat dealer to begin with DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY> I will be reporting to BBB

order a ECM unit on Monday and sent all the information requested, called every day to find out the status of my order and always a running around. send emails, left voice messages and no one returned my calls or emails.Finally today with the same excuses and no item shipped I decided cancel the order and try in a different location.But on friday evening Johnathan did call me and informed that by saturday morning I would receive the piece that any cost for the saturday delivery they would handle.And sure he did, I did got my part and it all resolved.I appreciate the length and dedication that was done to resolve my problem.It took some challenge but it was resolved.

Don't buy or order from them we ordered a part never received it and was waiting on it to come Everytime I called it was a different story. We were waiting on the part like two weeks to get our truck back on the road . So when I called today the guy was rude and hung up the phone on me .we will spend our money some where else. And I shouldn't have given them a freaking star.

I will never by from them again! Abel told me that my new ECM was going to be ready for plug and play. To my surprise when plugging in new ECM, my engine wouldn t even crank over. After speaking with them, they said a new ECM was on the way, I called them for an update a couple days later and I would hear a different story. Finally they told me that my truck had to go to the dealer to have the ECM programmed. Please don t trust these people, their thieves.

Ordered an ECM for my C15. Mine went out while under an oversize load. Told sales person that I was in a time crunch and needed it as soon as possible. Their shop is in DFW area and I was in San Antonio. I was told because I ordered it before 4pm it would be shipped that day and overnighted at my cost. I asked them to reprogram horsepower to 475 and they said they could. Next day no phone call or anything. UPS shows up at location with no ECM. So I call them there excuse was well reprrogramming took longer than expected so they were not gonna do it till today. I asked why didn't I get a phone call to tell me this and I would have said not to reprogram it and send it stock so I could finish load. Their answer was we don't do that. So not only was my load late an extra day had to cover 2 days hotel for driver and pay for wreckers to load.load onto another trailer for delivery. Also the ECM came without a cruise control program and was told it didn't come with a cruise control. Now I have to take ttuck to peterbilt and get cruise control turned on another 500 dollars thanks diedel ECM definatly will just pay more at wagner cat next time

Bought an ecm for my Duramax from here. It arrived in a timely manner, but the VIN # was incorrect. Despite that, the ecm worked fine. Never received my $100 core return. Contacted DieselECM numerous times and all they said was "we'll look into and contact you" which never happened. If they weren't going to give me the core return, they could have at least given me a reason. The ecm I sent in for a core worked. The product they sell is decent, but their customer service sucks. So be warned.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! I PURCHASED AN ECM LASTED 1 MONTH AND SENT IT BACK AND THEY CALLED BACK SAYING THE WARRANTY WAS NO GOOD!! DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!!! WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DO NOT BUY!

Sent ECM for possible repair Was informed at that time that if not repairable I could purchase a refurbished, fully tested ECM at additional cost Receive call that my ECM capacitor had melted down and ruined motherboard Agree to additional charge for refurbish unit Received unit, did not work No one even asked what issue was Sent refurbished ECM back and got mine back Seal had not been broken and capacitor was in damaged on mine After numerous calls I received partial refund When guestioned about that I received additional funds As of this today I have called 22 times today to check on $795.00 balance owed with no answer My biggest error not checking with consumer reports

Orderd a ecm for my truck sent them all the info they needed got it out of box bad took it to dealer told me I needed ECM. told diesel ecm I wanted refund since I was at dealer went through some headache to try to get it they told me they would give me a refund after 150 dollar restocking fee but customer service was nice and I was always able to get someone on phone so I would have to give customer service and timing a 5 star
