Unfortunately the people here are nice but completely incompetent. We had our van damaged by a hail storm and brought it here for repairs. The first issue we had was they said they worked with our USAA insurance, that was partially true. They were untrained on how to work with USAA and after we contacted USAA they had to send someone to train them on their system. Second issue was our van was in the shop for a month mainly due to their lack of knowledge in working with USAA. The third issue is when we finally received the van back they didn't even put our antenna back on and just had it laying on their shop floor. And finally after waiting about a month for the pieces they had to back order they finally called stating that they had them and to come down and get them put on. Unfortunately they didn't have everything they were supposed to so we will keep having to wait and go back once again. We live an hour and a half away from this shop and this has cost much more time and money than it should have. Beware of this shop

Brett and Eddie were great. Hopefully my family and I are never involved in any further incidents or accidents, but if we are, Crash Champions will always be our first choice for our auto repairs.

Meticulously repaired after my auto accident. Bao Vu, the service adviser, kept me in the loop with frequent updates. Everything that was damaged was repaired. My Jeep has not looked this clean and fresh since I bought it new 8 years ago. Very satisfied.Thank you, Boa!

I got in a car wreak and insurance had me take my car there. After getting the appointment I brought my car in. They were really friendly. They kept me informed of what was going on with my car. My car was totalled. They put the bumper back on so I can continue to drive it.

Took way too long to get a quote. Was told the day that info was taken that it would be 48 hours. Then called 72 hours later a lady answered said they were short an estimator and that i would have an estimate by end of day. That day of course was friday and nothing then tried calling saturday but forgot they closed at 12 so waited until Monday; with no reaponse from them, I called twice finally the manager picked up and he did have it to me within an hour. But if your short people why not just extend the times or let us know if its going to be late. Why did I have to do all the checking up. It was kindof like I was forgotten about. The manager was nice and got me the info I needed and that was great but a simple auto email saying its taking longer then expected would of been nice or something but I had to keep calling to remind them or ask whats going on.

I took my car in for an estimate and they were very nice and service was quick. However, they said they would send my estimate by Monday at the latest (this was on Thursday). I NEVER got my estimate. When I called to check on it I got a voice-mail and left a message. I have called numerous times, can't talk to anyone, never got a call back or my estimate. So after 3 weeks of trying, I've moved on to another service center. Makes me wonder how they would treat my car. I will obviously never go back there. Customer service is very important.

The estimated time for them to finish with my vehicle was a month. They did a fantastic job in getting my vehicle to me 2 weeks before. Great job guys! Hail damage ? Don't go to this place, they'll give you a 20% estimate by the front desk lady taking pictures. No one else tried to help me but the insurance sent me to this place. Of course I didn't leave my truck here for repairs.

They didn't give us a estimate on the job ahead of time before starting the work even though the insurance was taking care of it once we paid the deductible, also there was a place on the vehicle that the insurance company didn't approve to get fixed and they didn't notify us about that until we picked up the vehicle. The work done seems to be fairly good so thus far. I think better communication would help and explaining things to the customer so that they understand things would be helpful too.

The staff was unbelievable! I was referred by a good friend and I was treated SO much better than expected! From the lady at the front desk to the manager and of course the technician I had an amazing experience! Had issues with the insurance providers that had nothing to do with Service King and they still offered to help even though it wasn't even their problem! This place is awesome and they certainly earned my business for life!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When I went to pick up my car, the employee informed me that she had been instructed that a right lower arm needed replacement and was not covered by my insurance or was not part of my repair. When I asked her about the part, she rudely answered that she didn't know, was out of work sick for two days and just came back. All she talked about was excuse and being arrogant instead of letting me know that she will let somebody who was affiliated with the car repair know to call me back. She kept on arguing with me back and forth. My car was shaking when I took it for repair and that's still there. Nobody called me to ask or inform me of the part that needed repair and just assumed if the insurance is not covering it then I can't afford to pay and get it fixed. I am very disappointed and will not do business again with any service king in the near future. They never kept the time promised to repair the car and were 3 days late. There are better collision centers with better services than this rugged place. Do your research wisely and read the reviews before going to any Service King locations. They services suck and this is the second worst experience I have had. NEVER AGAIN....Service: Body & Trim

Went to Service King on I-20 (3060 W I-20 Grand Prairie) the girl behind the counter didn't seem interested. They said they weren't taking or making appointments until January. Called the 800# she gave me, and they did the same thing but went on to say none of the other local Service King locations wouldn't make appointments either. So, we drove to the next Service King (3021 Eagle Dr, Grand Prairie) and the lady (Stephanie Rodriguez) behind the desk was not only NOT sitting on her cell phone but was helping another person but had enough good customer service to let us know she would be right with us. It was our turn and she didn't only listen and help us but went on to take photos for the estimate report on the spot without an appointment. Service King on I-20 was less than in their response to our situation, their customer service was terrible, BUT the Service King on Eagle Dr was exceptional with great customer service. THANK YOU STEPHANIE RODRIGUEZ for going above with your care and customer service.

Absolutely the best repair facility I've used. Had over 5,000.00 worth of hail damage, and they had it fixed in less than 2 weeks. Thomas was just awesome! He kept me up to date on every thing with my repair status as well as helping me with my insurance check getting endorsed and the supplement check getting issued as well. Very friendly staff! Would highly recommend and will use again in the future when needed!

These guys are very professional when you walk in they greet you immediately and make sure you know you are being taken care of. The whole staff is great. Mr Thomas Rosales took care of my repairs, this is the second time I've worked with him and each time he made sure i was always updated on what was going on and whenever things needed to be communicated to my insurance company he made sure it was approved and done asap. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. *Ask for Thomas*

The customer service was SUPERIOR!!! They never made me feel like I was bothering them when I called about the status of my vehicle. Everything was organized and efficient. Outstanding customer service from the front desk to my service advisor Daniel Sanchez. They are upfront and honest with you right from the start about estimated cost of repair and how long it will take. They call you and keep you updated on repairs and any delays. This place should be the standard for auto repairs. Great management and employees at this location. Highly recommended

Don't waist your time. Went to them in April. Was told because of part shortage, and covid they couldn't get to my truck till June. It's July 8th and haven't received one word from them. Called to see when can I get in, and was told they couldn't get to me till July 20th. I could have been had my truck fix by now!

I have used the Sterling Autobody Center two times just recently, one on an insurance claim and one on a personal pay repair. Thomas Rosales was my adjuster both times.On both occasions, Thomas and the rest of the staff at the Grand Prairie location were always very friendly and very helpful. I never felt rushed and Thomas was always making sure I was satisfied with their service before asking me to sign off on the work. The work was performed in a timely manner and upon completion the vehicles were back to their original factory look without any flaws.I will definitely recommend others to Sterling Autobody Center in Grand Prairie.Brian Murphy Arlington, Texas

The staff personnel are super nice and keep you updated with your vehicle the whole way through it s service. Bao was especially nice and welcoming. Helped me with my rental car. Will definitely use this collision place again if needed.

This service king collision repair center is by far the best collision center I have ever been to. They have excellent customer service and Daryl and Brian (manager and supervisor) guarantee a great experience. They are super professional and go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied with their service. I took my Mercedes GLC 300 there and they have better expertise than the dealership. I will always go there from now on.
