It's not very often that a manager really goes out of their way to spend a few minutes with you talking shop about trucks and proper maintenance. It's usually all about the dollar with limited interaction. I've been disappointed with other competitors in the area. These guys earned my business! I shopped around for the best deal on a transmission service and they beat every competitor's price! Planning on taking my girlfriend's car in soon.

We were visiting the DFW area when my alternator went out on a Saturday afternoon. The alternator had been recently replaced by another Goodyear affiliate in another town and the warranty folks sent us here.We live in another town and had to leave the vehicle. The manager was very straight forward with us and very respectful of our plight. He got the vehicle fixed up and we returned to retrieve it the following weekend.We had great communication, fair pricing and great work done. I even added a few extras to the alternator work and they handled those for me too. Highly recommend.

SCAM ALERT WOMEN STAY AWAY: called about pricing to replace a sensor. I already studied the labor involved because there are literally 15 videos on YouTube. The guy on the phone started telling me I would need several parts replaced such I attempt to defraud and steal money from me. The service I requested only involves taking out the sensor and replacing it. My car doesn't required additional new parts such as a gasket, etc.

I had given up on Good Year after being a customer for over 25 years. Thanks to Jose and his team, I m back to stay. I will never visit the Bowen Rd location again. The guy at the counter was cold and uninviting. He didn t greet me or speak back when I spoke. I will never go back there which is probably what he prefers. That s perfectly okay with me, I ll be at Jose s location going forward.Thank you Jose for a wonderful customer experience.

This place is terrible! No communication at all. No one is ever at the front desk because they're too busy finishing their cigarettes. They tell you an estimate and once they "fixed it" it's an extra couple hundred bucks more. it's places like this that give mechanics a bad rep. Don't waste your time going here, you're just going to regret it.

Amazing service and price. Took my SUV in after another well known tire and battery place said I need brakes that it was medal to medal. That was not the case my brakes were good. Thank you Rick for being honest that is the reason I bought my tires from them. The tires were not in stock said he could have them by noon. Received the call at 12 went directly there installed and home by 1:30. No time wasted. There was no back and forth trying to upsell on anything.

Had a 2001 Jeep serviced here several times. 3 out of 4 times they did poor work that required a second or third trip to get the work fixed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first two times I had problems. After the third time I was done with them. Hate to say it. I had used the CS Lee Goodyear in Arlington for many many years before. They had recommended we get work done here because they didn't have the parts. Now I found someone different. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I went there yesterday with my family before driving 4 hrs back home to get my tire changed. Luckily we made it before closing. The gentleman that drove my Yukon up to the front after they changed my tire was a short bald Mexican with glasses. Well when we got back on the rode we all decided to take one last family vacation picture. We noticed that the camera wasn't on where I had left it on the side of the door. So I told everyone to look in the bags maybe I had packed it up but no we could not find it. So all the pictures from our vacation were lost because this man had no respect for other people's property. I tried calling back 3 times but of course no one would answer the phones. Really annoys and pisses me off that an entire weeks of family vacation pictures are lost. I will never return to this place and upon reading other reviews i should have seen the signs.

Taken my car here many times in the last two years and nothing has compared to what s happened the last 6 months. I had to pay to get my power windows fixed and taken back 4 different times for same problem then last time they tell me it was something else and I had to pay for that. My car audio system always works when I take it in when something goes wrong with my car. Every other time they mess with it something is wrong with it and they can t fix it cause it s not their specialty . Idk how they even mess with it if I m not taking it for my car audio being messed up. They have yet to fix the leak in my car that they ve tried to fix 3 different times. One time I got my car back from them after it got fixed and my speedometer wouldn t tell me what speed I was going. Get it back a day later and my power steering fluid was all over my drive way next morning. I don t recommend these guys at all. Avoid this place if you can. Never going back again.

Shawn the service manager is a very helpful guy. Straight shooter and does great work. Had to take my truck to them after C & M located at 2465 Royal Ln Dallas, TX 75229 completely took advantage of my lack of knowledge. Tried to break things that weren't broken but thanks to Shawn and his team we ended up finding out the real problem and got taken care of. It wasn't a cheap job but he was honest from the get go!

This establishment is horrendous please do not go here. The first issue is that the work they do is constantly needing to be redone so you'll be bringing your car back over and over. The more so disturbing thing about this facility is that they will steal property from your vehicle and the owner will claim that he is not responsible! Mr. Chang Lee won't even apologize! After filing a police report and raising a huge stink my wallet was returned to the vehicle in a location that was heavily searched by my husband and I we know it was not there and that it was made out to look as if it was there the entire time. The manager Jose stated he'd let us look at the CCTV but after finding the wallet obviously returned fake a phone call and retreated to his office.. we're then the absolutely no nothing desk lady Taylor finished up the paperwork to pick up my husband's vehicle. I'll add every single employee that I spoke to at this location could not and would not give me any information as to who worked on my vehicle or who owned the shop they were very good at not knowing a thing about anything! Shady business. I repeat do not take your vehicle to this location or the Arlington location I will be contacting corporate.

I took my new car for a state inspection and my experience was awful. My tire light was on and my left front tire was obviously low and I assumed that they'd air up my tire during my visit especially because tread depth and psi are PART of an inspection. They failed me due to my windshield wipers which I had them go ahead and replace so my car would pass which it did. Upon leaving, I noticed my tire light still on and my tire still looked very low. I work for a motorcycle dealership and had one of our guys check my tires. 2 of them were under 20 lbs, my right front was actually at 60 lbs and one tire was fine. Not safe at all. They had no problem taking my money and making me wait an hour and a half, but a TIRE SHOP couldn't even get my air pressure right? RIDICULOUS. I wouldn't trust these people with a bicycle tire.

I was going there for several years until I found out Jose was no longer there. Jose was very professional and knew all aspects of the job and business. The guys there now are just a bunch of blind leading the blind. They really need their backbone Jose to come back to get that shop back on it's feet.

The service guys are pretty rude , honestly that didn't really bother me. What did bother me is the workers smoking on the job. The whole placed was smoked out it was so annoying. Honestly if they hadn't had my car in the air already I would have left. Because smoke gives me hives.

Very dissatisfied customer.Annoying experience.My kia rio 2008 snapped its timing belt. After being refered here my expectations were sky high but to date when i see my car still smoking and when i still pay a loan i used to fix my car i feel raged inside.1. Paid $2900 to fix the problem.apparently i was to get a "new engine" turns out they only attempted to fix the motor plus some bla bla explanations i still dont get.2. They got the car running but had to make several trips back to the garage coz the car kept smoking n loosing power. Again they kept " fixing" it n sending me away.3. On like my 4th visit back its when they realised there was an oil leak in the engine.to fix it they needed another $700 . oh yeah i forgot to mention.after getting me a "new "engine i was given a 1 yr warranty. How the hell again am i to pay to pay 700 on top of the 2900 i already paid??? Then to BS* me more they tell me they will do me a favour n charge only 400. I must be really dumb.4. Tried calling and even wrote an email trying to argue my case but was ignored. To date my car still is not fixed as am still paying for the loan i took to pay for the repairs. Oh yeah, i aint complaining but they too have instore financing for suc repairs.when i applied i was turned down despite having a good credit score.thats weird right?Their last advice was that i" keep adding oil" and it will run fine5. When i first took the car to them my car was in perfect condition except the snapped timing belt.when working on it they broke my KIA engine cover which they we to order n call me to collect.i am still waiting for that call.the last time i asked i was told that " its just cosmetic"All said and done, this remains the worst experience ever. Until i get another vehicle i will let this one to continue smoking as thats a damn reminder of how stupid i was to go to C.S.Lee goodyear.

Been coming here to do repairs, oil changes and state inpsection since 2005. These guys are always honest and show you an issue before working on your vehicle. I highly recommend going here if you need work on your vehicle.

Stole a ladies wallet that had all her information on it.. including social security number. Refused to show cam footage. Refused to give number to the cooperate manager for assistance on the matter. Refused to help AT ALL in even saying who the person was that was cleaning the car... very unprofessional. Thieves work there !! Beware do not take your car there. Afterwards put the wallet back in the car after a police report was filed and tried to play it off as if the wallet was there the entire time eventhough it wasn t when the car was previously searched. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THIEVES!!!!

These guys quoted me a price of $97 to replace 2 studs/lugs on 1 wheel!...my fiance and myself couldn't help but to lol, knowing more than $40 would be a rip off. Seeing as though it takes 10 minutes tops to do the service, but they tacked on an hour of labor? ! Really? Any other mechanic I spoke to said between 30 and 50 bucks tops! Oh yeah, and did I mention we had the parts already?These guys are a joke. We saw when they looked up the cost, they added another $50 just because they thought we were suckers...ummm fail.

Worst service ever, had my car for 7 hours!! I was only getting tires and a battery installed. Will not be coming here again, zero stars would be given if possible. Ever since they changed management it has gone down hill.

I took my car in for repair I did not even make it out of the parking lot before I found issues with there work. Once pointing this out they had to keep my car for a further 24 hours to fix what they said they fixed 24 hours earlier.
