Needed my brakes done before a cross country drive. Got an instant quote with a flat guaranteed price, and an appointment that same day. Tech texted saying he could be there even sooner freeing my afternoon up to get ready for my trip. No pushy upsell, informed me of status of other parts and how many months until I would need to address them. Finished quickly and done well in my driveway. Highly recommend, will definitely be back for future services.

Was needing my break serviced, but didn t have the opportunity to take it with school, kids and busy life. I found Brakes to you during a search and found that they are originally from my home state Texas. I reached out late in the evening, and I promptly talked and texted with a representative, and was scheduled for the weekend. We were a little iffy that this was a scam, because they asked me to send a pic of my license plate for parts, but they were legit. They even reached out earlier when they had an earlier opening. The whole experience was effortless and we received the best customer service.

Replaced my car's front brake pads, however i was told they removed and measured the rear pads which makes terrible grinding noise while driving (without braking) No response after complained and now they blocked my number! Stay away!Service: BrakesService: Brakes
