Slow / Poor customer service.Went through 3 transmissions just to have the original overhauled.They had the vehicle 3 months. Months.When returned had car parts in bed of the truck. To which i was told we don t need them you can throw them away.Also forgot to install the skid plate under the vehicle to protect the components.Brought the vehicle back in for the skid plate. It was installed but did not want to put gas into the vehicle after this was already communicated for the time and error as i live 2 hours away.Only to put $10 in it.Crappy service.

Frank in sales was absolutely amazing! Everything was done over the phone he got me approved to the point all I had to do was go in and pick up my new car! Fantastic customer service and was extremely polite and understanding in what I needed! Would refer 100%

My car loan was transferred to this company around the time that I also sold my vehicle. The check they received to pay off my vehicle exceeded the amount due and I ve been waiting on a reimbursement check for 4-6 weeks. I ve spoken to a customer service representative over 4 times (and been sent to voicemail more times than I can count) for updates and I ve been told they re looking into it and will call me back. I have never received a return call and at this point I ve been more than patient with the customer service, title, and collections departments. I ve asked for confirmation of the amount I ll be reimbursed and no one can confirm the amount. I ve asked what the issue is that s prolonging this process and no one will explain to me what s happening. From my perspective, based off of my experience, there s a complete lack of transparency and accountability to the people that are paying thousands of dollars to them.I would not recommend this company.

These rats play with you and your intelligence, while trying to gather your personal info, and NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES. I kept saying, what car dealership doesn't answer, but only one guy texts you left and right, also from his personal phone! SCAM/SPAM AND FRAUD ALERT!

Customer service use to great.Iguess they're hiring anyone that is willing to work and don't care how the talk or treat people. Argelia needs to take customer service classes and the maintenance workers need to be more professional when having someone else's vehicle In their care. Why would management allow these guys to eat and drink in the cars and leave their trash behind at least have the common knowledge to throw your trash away.If you take your car to be repaired be aware that their communication has also gone down hill. My daughter was suppose to get her car back on Friday and never once did Argelia call to give an update on what was going on. I called multiple times and each time i got a different answer as to what was going on, but every time they told me that Argelia was the advisor and she would contact us with any updates or approvals that need to me made on the car. We NEVER HEARD FROM HER AT ALL! Today, picked up the car and they gave it to me with low air, HELLO the light is on showing the tire needs air, please add air. I've gone to other repair centers where they'll check those things as a courtesy, well apparently they lack courtesy. Anyway, told Argelia that because of the lack of communication and the disrespect displayed that I felt as though they should waive the deductible but she was so rude and with the attitude of a teenager refused to even hear us out. I cannot wait to pay off this car so i can wash my hands of this place.

They kept me updated with every step and told me straight up now long they will have my car was not able to get a rental so I had to resource that but hopefully the policy will change on that other than that they own up to the warranty and very greatful they helped me thanks for all that you do :)

I m so thankful I came across this shop! Everyone has been very friendly and responsive. Valerie B. in claims was amazing. She walked me through the whole process and explained everything that was going to happen with my repair. Everyone knows how awful insurance is to deal with but she made the process painless. Ramon, the shop manager was amazing. He got my car fixed sooner than the quoted time. From start to finish this place has been exceptional. If i could give 0 stars i would. I highly DO NOT recommend this place or organization to purchase a vehicle. It s 2024 and people are still selling lemons to people. Haven t had the car a full 3 months and it s already having serious issues. Also, they list certain things under their warranty so you will have to pay out of pocket. Please run your car fax on these lemons. Customer service is also horrible.

Left my mother without a car she had her car for a couple of months and kept giving it back and they re saying its fixed then she gave it back to them for the last time and they ask her to pay $4,000 and says it needs a whole new transmission. They waited until the car warranty was up to tell her that.

DONT DO IT!I thought it was a decent deal, NOPE!Wait til your credit is high enough!!!After paying for 2 yrs my balance decreased by 2,000 .They sold my account but never updated it to reflect such. So Apoyo was collecting my money but Adonis was updating my credit report monthly.Then when I couldn t deal with the high rates anymore and decided to have them VOLUNTARILY REPO before any late payments incurred, they waited 3 months til my account went delinquent to take the car.Put late payments on my credit first, then hit me with involuntary repossession.Yes I m aware my credit was going to be affected negatively regardless but at least I wouldn t have had poor pymt history.

My 2013 Chevy Silverado had an oil leak since my last oil change. After explaining the leak issue to George and when it started he booked an appt for me to bring my truck back to get diagnosed. I brought it back 1/30/24 and the repair was completed and the diagnostic fee was waived since it was my 2nd time coming back. George was very helpful, professional and courteous. Overall it was a great experience.

I have a 2009 avalanche I purchased almost a year ago and I live the vehicle and sometimes things happens and the vehicle had a malfunction with the theft system and it was not working and what I love is thru it all to get it solve and fix they work with me even through disagreement! And the financial manager was wonderful and understanding of the situation and made everything great and that s all you want from a company in general and I am happy to be apart of the Adonis family I recommend being apart of our family

I recently bought a 2018 nissan altima, i was so excited because i was discouraged from all the other places that turned their backs on me. I cried after finally driving off the lot with my car because i thought JC got me a good efficient car. Im not mad because he was doing his job, im just upset that the car wasnt properly checked before so it was more problems than i expected. It just saddens me to the point where im not sure i want this car anymore. Ive had to do oil change already before the expected time because it wasnt done prior to getting the car. Now the car shakes badly after reaching 55-60 mph. So theres anothrr light on saying maintenance other. Im so overwhelmed that i just wanna cry. The service department is not helpful, i shouldnt have to be paying what i assume will be alot because people have told me it could be a alignment or affecting the motor to where it starts knocking. I just dont know what to do anymore..

Please don t get a car here I have had my car for a few months and it has been in the shop 4 times! The longest they have had it was a month got it back day 3 of get it back they cut it after sending me messages saying they ll put the other 295 to the back of my payments they called Monday to tell me I ll be put in another car I just had to pay the down payment

They had my car for three months and I was upset at first, but then they worked out things with me put me in a loaners and then when my car returned is running right now really good they are really good. You just have to be patient with them.

I went in for a routine oil change. The lady told me it was going to be like an hour wait I was only there for 30 minutes. The service was quick and customer service was good. Thank you, Adonis.

So I had a appointment on the 1-3-2023 where I came in at 10:03 am and left at 4:30 pm approximately look long story short I was getting my vehicle diagnose my service advisor was Lucas wonderful service on his end but horrible service who ever was under my hood because when I got there I was not leaking any oil or anything like that . but now I am I will most definitely be there Soon because I was not leaking anything at all until y all service my car horrible technician y all hired. My car started over heating so I had Adonis tow it to their shop during the whole process every representative in the auto shop was nice and professional I get my car back on the 15 paid $1003.32 to be fixed this month drove it nothing went wrong the first the next two days I m on the side of the road car over heating and now it want start I just know Adonis didn t PLAY WITH ME LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

1St the lady u will talk to is THE RUDEST SECRETARY EVER SHE CUTS Y OFF MID SENTANCE PUTS U ON HOLD AMD DOESNT SAY ONE SECOND (LEASERS BEWARE) they sold me an unsafe car the wheel feel off and they have the nerve to ask for full coverage DLNT DO IT they screwed me again this company they seem to push there CPI insurance and sell there high mileage over priced cars to people that can barley make it in this world and expect us to get full coverage for a car that has scratches & dents on them so if I was u go to Discount motors they don't hound u & r there to help not break u,u deserve better.

Well did anyone else receive an email or phone call about them selling our portfolios to other businesses? Is it even allowed with our personal info in those files like DL numbers and SS Numbers and such? That was bad on their part. Can anything be done or is this a normal thing that businesses do among each other?

******NO STARS****** MUST READ******I recommend a different car company for they do not work with you on your payments. I been paying 231 every week for 3-4 months now. 2 weeks ago I've paid 1200 for charge back plus the car note 231. Paid 231 again the following week right along with my rent and was given another charge back fee 231. It was agreed on that I would pay the full 462 the following week and 3 days later they disengaged my vehicle saying I need to pay before turning on. This is a money hungry company that you do not want to do business with, they dont care about you they just want whatever then can get from you.

This place is a joke they take people's money and do nothing to help them o recommend staying away they also make you pay for there cpi insurance and when something happens to your car it's no longer covered but you still pay for it every payment you make they clowns plus they came and picked up my car it had a blown motor I had it less than 5 months they took it to there repair shop they wanted to charge me 2800 to ix it I was still making the payments and they said I would have to pay for storage at there own place it was still there car

Came here for an Oil change. 2 and a half hours later.. there is so no way for a job like that by a trained professional to take that long. Totally unacceptable. Not happy.
