I pulled up, told them my problem and they were on it right away. I was shown exactly what was wrong. Unfortunately, I needed a new tire and wasn t prepared to purchase it then. But I appreciated how helpful, kind and courteous they were, especially Rafael.Thank You

Hands down the best in town. Got my trailer tires installed here they did it right away wait time was 0 minutesPrice was half of what DT and did I mention no wait.Thank you guys at 3bears. This is the reason I support small businesses especially when their service is this good.

Do not have good customer service.Inattentive and rude. Walked in wasn t acknowledging. Stood at the counter for a few minutes no one even looked up.Asked about a tire said immediately they didn t have it. I m 99% sure they didn t even bother to check.

Looking for a good honest price. Then look no further. This company is very reasonable and fits any budget. They do extraordinary work for the fraction of the price you pay for another car service shop. They literally saved me 1000. Dollars in car repair and maintenance. Please pass the word and stop by. You could not afford not to.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place has just gotten worse and worse. This used to be my go-to place for tires and I have even referred my friends to this place but the last two times I came I was treated like an inconvenience and they kept trying to make me buy new tires instead of used. When they couldn't answer my questions, they told me that I should go to 3 Amigos Tire Shop instead. And I did...and will continue to do so and refer my friends to go there instead. I'm sure they will be fine losing just 4 customers but it's really not a good way to do business. They seem to be just fine with that. Thanks for the referral to somewhere that wants my business.

Had a mounted tire with a slow leak. From the time I pulled onto their lot, the tire was removed, problem located and fixed, and was remounted in under 10 minutes. That type of service in today's uncertainty requires commendation. Thank you....

This place has employees having customers buy new tires. My car and tires are fairly new and unfortunately, the gentleman who worked on my tire went too low into the rubber. I had to bring car to another tire shop for repair as i still had a leak. Never again will I visit this place. WOW! Why would we take it back to someone who grinded the rubber down almost all the way? No,

They are the best tire shop in town. I have been going to them for 25+ years and always leave satisfied with the work they do. They are fast, honest, and reliable, best customer service from any other place around. Very affordable come and see them if you have any issues, they are more than a tire shop they can take care of any vehicle issues you have to a extent. Thanks again for for great service see you again if I have any other issues.

Super impressed! In and out in under 30 minutes with 2 new tires while about 3 other cars were there too! I called in advance for a quote and the the price they said ($80) was what it was! No disposal fee, no balance fee, or any of the other nickel & dime charges I've paid in the past. $160+ 13.20 tax = $173.20 out the door for balanced new 60000 mile tires. Awesome!

Went got new tires they put over size tires on my car causing bad tires. My tires were ruined had to get a new alignment all because of the new tires they put on my car. STAY AWAY THEY ARE A SCAM AND LAZY!Lucky I caught in time I should have had a blowout or several!

Honestly it sucked, 4 guys in the shop 3 were on the phone one was working, I changed my own tire put the spare away myself as well. Yeah I want be back and will tell others to stay away, sorry for the bad review but it's honest

Just got new shoes thrown on the truck! I was like the 4th person/ vehicle in line and they got to me super fast. Used to go to Regio's Tires off Cooper in Arlington.. no more though -these are my new go-to tire experts!Cheaper and way better service!

Horrible customer service. Wasted my time. The girl at the front-desk, with glasses, didn't tell me there were 2 or more locations when I called to get a quote. So I drove to the wrong one and they directed me to this address. When you Google it, it pulls up their other address. She was unapologetic and very indifferent when I arrived and explained. She said I should have asked. Excuse me for assuming your small business only had one location that corresponded to the Google address online.The service guys put on the wrong tires after I waited an hour or so for everything, because the same girl made a mistake and quoted me a price for used tires instead of new. I asked her several times before the work was initiated if the price was for new tires and she said "yes." When I went outside and saw old tires on my car and asked the service guys what was going on....they then checked and realized that due to her profound incompetence and indifference, she gave me the wrong quote and told them to put on the wrong tires. I told them to put my original tires on and that I would go and have them changed somewhere else. Between driving to the wrong location and the incorrect quote, I wasted 2 hours. Of course, the incompetent girl at the front-desk didn't acknowledge any of her errors or my inconvenience. She instead spent her time behind the desk drawing on her eyebrows and painting her face. How "professional!" Will NEVER be back, nor will I recommend!

Michael was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, informative, and no-pressure. My husband had an alignment and tire rotation, and Michael showed him the before and after alignment report which we have never gotten anywhere else. It was definitely money well spent. We'll be taking my car soon!

I went in a few weeks ago because I herd something rattling coming from my driver side front for over a month now. Some guy came out and checked it and said it was my strut mount that I should go ahead and replace the front struts. I told him that I would order my own cause I could get them cheaper that it could be a few days. He said it was fine, that it would be $20 bucks for checking it out. I then told him that if the $20 would go towards the $120 labor that I was quoted for the front struts, which I already knew it should I was just testing him, he said yes. I came back a week later and they didn't even want to do the work. They just kept given me the run around. I knew it was to good to be true. I've never herd of anyone doing front struts for $120. I will NEVER come back to this place! First and last time! I hate when people waste my time!

Technician Edger scammed me. Told me to go get parts for motor mount replacement. While care was there Edgar did not once call me to let me know what s goin with the care,When I called to check on progress Edgar kept changed the price.Drove off car was still shakingdrove home looked in trunk for replacement parts nothing was there but one motor mount and 3 missing. Motor mounts Where s my parts.

I had always been taking my vehicles here even my parents, brothers and cousins but after the incident that happened today. I will no longer go there my husband took his car there to get serviced and he advised them that he would be right back, and left his car there instead of letting advising him that his car was in the way and giving him a chance they towed it. What type of service is that? for your customers I will make sure no one that i know goes there anymore. Now we are out of pocket $300 that they should reimburse but they refuse.

Horrible experience, I got a used tire from them. And by the time I got home it was already flat. Went back, they had said a nail had pierced it, how convenient. But didn't want to make a scene, so I told them to just partch it. Which they still charged me 8 extra dollars which is not expensive. But they couldn't even accommodate for the drive I had to do. But then I get home again and I got another flat. I called the manager this time, because I did not want to waste another drive back. And the manager said he could not do anything because I didn't have a receipt which they did not give me. He starts giving me an attitude and tells me to call onother number to fix my problem, which I called and to my surprise it's a non existent number. Never will they get my business again, and I hope those who read this. I help them from making the same mistake I did by going to them.

If I literally could give this place a zero I would omg worst customer service ever. I walked in two guys looked back did not greet me was debating with a female and she said nothing until I asked where they open. Wow it s so disgusting the service who ever owns this place should really check on their staff and how they handle customers and make sure other a consistent thing even when they are not in the building. So disappointed like omg unbelievable

The service was excellent and the mechanic who virtually saved the day was kind courteous and friendly! All employees are wearing face masks and keeping social distancing at the forefront of the service bays! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
