Crooks , service department lie about what was is needed and then screw up car to get more money out of you. Was stuck in their parking lot after they loosened a tie rod to the point it popped off, while doing an alignment and then had to talk to 4 different people before they would issue me a refund for the alignment they did. I refuse to take my cars here and drive to Toyota of FW instead because they actually take pride in helping the people they serve instead trying to milk more money out of them.

They are one of the worst dealerships I have ever encountered. We purchased a dodge 2500 2 years ago and it required a new transmission. Needless to say, a 2 week job turned into over a month. It took us driving to the dealership to finally get our truck back only to discover we had another issue that they found when they ran diagnostics (keep in mind this is done before doing any work to a vehicle). Interestingly, when diagnostics are run, it pulls up everything, and we were never I formed of this other problem. It was as if the robotic service manager was reading from a prompt, feeding us excuses as though we were idiots. We also had to pay a service fee from the 1st dealership we were told to take it to because shottenkirk wasn't paying them, even though they were responsible for it. So our truck was just sitting there. Extremely unprofessional and can only say it's astonishing how they have any business. They did reimburse us for the fee, after showing up in her office expressing my extreme disdain for their lack of professionalism, time management, and overall work ethic. Before this disaster, when we purchased the truck, they didn't even know one of the rims was cracked. Naturally, we also had an issue, but it wasn't as bad as this recent experience. So we had to take it back to them to get that issue fixed. I don't know how they are with brand new vehicles, but with used, they are not worthy of anyone's time. They don't check the vehicles properly and most certainly do not ensure all involved are fully aware of any underlying issues they are supposed to check when they get these vehicles.

Schuyler did a very good job, showed us every vehicle we wanted, nothing that we didn t. No pressure to buy and was very open and forthcoming with details involved with the sale. Worked with us all afternoon and found a way to get us where we need to be in the vehicle we wanted! Awesome!

Not happy with how my sale went. I was very upfront that I didn't want to spend over 40k on a vehicle and would prefer to stay as close to 30k as possible. Trevor showed me two Tacomas for approximately 39k. I said I will not spend that much on a vehicle and I remind him I need to get the price as close to 30k as possible.He comes back with a piece of paper that only says 32k on it. I was super happy and asked is that the total price? he said yes. I thought about it and then asked so that is all I pay with all fees and taxes, the final price? he says yes. I agree and sign the prove offer. What I didn't realize was that price was just the amount to be financed price.I asked specific questions and I thought I had an understanding of what is going on but after feeling rushed to get through the contract and heading home I just had a feeling everything was to good to be true.When I finally come to pick up the truck and get a physical copy of the contract and read over it again, I realize the mistake I made. The truck still costs 39k, not including fees and taxes. The final cost ended up being 52k.I feel absolutely sick about this purchase and am disappointed in myself for being so easily mislead. I don't think I can ever go to a dealership again if sales people like Trevor and finance people like Luis mislead people so much and don't listen to the people they are selling to when they ask for a final price and very clearly explain what they are willing to spend on a vehicle.

Mr. Floroplus was my service advisor for an annual State Vehicle Inspection. He greeted me immediately and entered my data quickly and accurately using a electronically scanning "tablet".I waited in their clean and quiet customer waiting area for only about 15 minutes before my vehicle inspection was completed.Mr. Floroplus immediately returned to the waiting area to provide the required printed inspection report and directed me to the nearby cashier for payment.In summary ... there was no wait to be served, checking my vehicle in was a snap, the wait was short, the documentation was computerized and the customer service was friendly, professional and quick.I will definitely return to Shottenkirk Toyota for future vehicle inspections and will recommend the to everyone.5 stars to Mr. Floroplus, the cashier and the Shottenkirk Toyota Service Department.

Utter disappointment doesn't even begin to describe my experience. I had seen a Toyota Tacoma on car gurus so I sent an inquiry. They reached out to me to discuss the truck and schedule an appointment. We talked about my concerns: money down, towing power, clean title, ect... I also mentioned my credit score and asked if he thought it would be problematic. Long story short, instead of just asking a man IN THE SAME BUILDING THAT DOES THIS FOR A LIVING for his advice, he tells me "No problem, we work with all types of credit." I didn't think anything of it because before an accident that I wasn't at fault for 3 weeks ago, I was approved for a Colorado of the same year that was $1000 more expensive and with $1000 less money down. When I sent the inquiry, it noted the truck I was interested in. So I spent over $200 to get lied to, let down and sit outside for 3 hours. 3 hours, because Mike didn't care. Thanks Mike.

Really disappointed in this dealership.Be sure to read the fine print, and try to find the truth through all the smoke and mirrors if you buy a car from them.We were lied to a lot. All the way from the beginning, about the list price of the vehicle. What we saw originally posted on an ad online with their dealership information which we we re able to provide and show to them, was not the price we were told when we came in to check it out. In fact we were not told that other price we had ultimately started paperwork.There was about $5,000.00 worth of additional fees and extended warranties that were not on the listing they included as a courtesy None of which were beneficial to us because we were in not close proximity and couldn t use their dealership for routine service and or repairs on the added warranty and program Like windshield and rim replacement But the dealership was certain that they could get us pre-approved at same interest rate, with the same payment range. After hours of keeping us waiting they came to us with paperwork assuring us that everything was good in the interest rate and payments would be about the same for what we were approved for through our bank.Although the payment rate was almost the same until the badgered is into additional gap insurance through the dealership. (We we re planning to go through our actual insurance company)After making the first payment we noticed some discrepancies with what we were told in regards to the interest rate. They pretty much lied to our face saying that it would all be the same. The interest rate was nearly double.We should ve looked through the paperwork, and that s on us but we did take them at face value and took their word.So just know they ll lie right to your face to ensure they make sale, which is typical for car salesman.I highly recommend you do your research, and read through things no matter how long they kept you waiting or what they tell you or how genuine they seem.. or honestly maybe just shop somewhere else all together. We definitely already refinanced through our bank and we re able to get a better interest rate and monthly payment buyer beware

Sales person was professional but the car was in really bad shape to be good enough to sell unless it was intentional. The engine smoked from the cold start and never stopped. Air bag light came on during the test drive. The body was more beat up when I saw it live than the pics on the website. The sales person was actually apologetic, which was refreshing. I thought maybe a larger more reputable dealership would have better standards, but I guess not. Always beware when buying a used car.

This dealership is by far one of the best experiences I've ever had . From sales to service all top notch. I'm sold on my Toyota.I have been using this dealership for a few years now and just have to say the experience is still awesome . Great from start to finish.
