The mechanics were honest and reliable and fixed my van up great! Best waiting room in town. Wished it would have taken longer lol. They were very fast.

Above and beyond! I can't speak highly enough of how well Ron Culler's and his staff handles business!I normally do my own work, but after speaking with a mechanic and discovering how fairly priced the labor was, I figured it was worth my time to keep the truck there and let them do the work replacing a control arm on my truck.The repair was completed that day, in a matter of hours. They even went beyond the scope of my work order and fixed a broken clip on my door causing a terrible noise when opened or closed at no charge.When I picked up the truck, the invoice was for the exact amount we discussed, no hidden fees or extra charges.This is how service used to be, and should be, but is now impossible to find.Great Job, Ron Culler's and staff, thank you for the pride you take in your work and keeping the tradition of small town customer service alive and well!

I took my 2009 Infinity for an inspection on the front suspension because my tires were wearing on the inside badly. The mechanic took my car in the shop checked the suspension and even took me back to the shop show me what he had found and the cost was explained to me. I trust these guys with my vehicles, they are honest, straight forward and respectful of customers needs. I strongly recommend Ron Cullers to inspect and or repair your vehicle.

We've been using this shop for 2 years and i can't say enough good things about them. They are a mom and pop shop that has been in business for years and clearly run on repeat business, which is always a good sign of honesty and good workmanship. They have kept my husband's Xterra going and we couldn't be more appreciative! Would 100% recommend them.

I've used this place 3 times. I work on cars and trucks and do not have the time to do my own repairs now. For those of you do not have the knowledge or skills to do mechanic work are at a huge disadvantage. You have to take their word on the work and parts. The guy they have working at front counter will be nice till you want to know why or what about repairs. And when you know what they are telling you is not true he gets rude. My last and final visit was....i needed about a 6ft piece of brake line replaced...which I could have done in about an 1 1/2hrs. Part would be about $30 dollars. They were going to charge me $900 for this easy repair. I had it done at another shop for $200. They know most people have to take their word. But if you like being over charged.....go ahead....And now they've responded to my review and basically called me a liar. What I have posted is exactly the truth. And another thing this guy at front desk said after I said..."call me before any work is done" he said..."I'll try" I was never told it would a time on labor bill. He told me $900 dollars. This just proves to me they are dishonest and when someone takes the time to speak about it....they call you a liar.

Excellent fast professional friendly good quality service!!! I hope I don t need more repairs. If I do though, i d take my vehicle to Ron Cullers Automotive.

I ve had issues getting my car to start without jumping through a million hoops for over a year. Tore up my flywheel in the process. It was a mechanical mess! Ron s got it in, diagnosed and repaired all in a timely manner and at a fair price!

New to town and decided to use their services based on reviews I read on the internet. Was not disappointed in the least. Fast, friendly, professional and quite helpful with the myriad of things wrong with my Jeep. I would rate 10 stars if I could! Hopefully will not need them any time in the near future, but definitely recommend to all who do and will go back in a heartbeat!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning

The mechanic worked on my Mom's Cadillac, (replaced the battery) but as soon as we drove it away to get the oil changed at another company, it died, wouldn't start. Fortunately it finally did start , drove it back but it would be Monday before we can pick it up. Also, I volunteered to drive it to Cresson and back but was told if I did and it broke down, I would have to pay for the tow bill.IDK, Dad likes them but I still have my reservations.The point is, Scott, the mechanic started to work on another vehicle and couldn't be pulled off, when clearly he hadn't completely fixed my Mother's vehicle in the first place. He should have taken the vehicle for a 15 minute test drive to complete the work before taking on another job.You say he drove it after repairs but clearly more time was needed to be put into the vehicle before he called it done.DO YOU GET MY POINT?I had to deal with my Mother's anger and frustration NOT YOU !!!!!!!!

Called and spoke to two different people first man Scott was nice second was smart ass that liked to talk down to people. Mr know-it-all called me and informed of multiple problems with my vehicle hence why I was bringing it to them. When my wife went to pick up car after informing them that I wouldn't be doing the work they had suggested because of money he preceded to continue to talk to down to her about issues with vehicle. If I was going to do any repairs I will be taking it somewhere else. Please treat your customers with respect and you will gain business not lose it.

Came in for an Alignment after replacing all my front suspension bushings they found the ball joints bad didnt charge me yet. I'll be back after I fix my own ball joints. Would definetly recommend them

Called Faron Tankersley to bring in my vehicle for repair after I had asked over the telephone if he could handle it who told me to come on in. Upon getting there, the gentleman were nowhere to be seen so I wandered looking for someone who immediately turned me away and pointed me to some 2 star reviewed auto shop. I found Cullers who warmly received my initial diagnostic and gave me every detail of what would happen upfront. Extremely understanding.. extremely competent.. and extremely helpful even when put in a tight spot. Will update after the work is done but I am grateful so far.

Looked at my voltage meter at 5pm and knew I most likely had an alternator issue. Got to Ron s a little after 5 and was greeted by Shane. I told him my issue and knew it was less than an hour before closing but really need help. He got Scott and while Shane diagnosed the problem; Scott was locating an alternator. My wiring had been altered enough that they had to get 2 alternators to find the one that would work. I was out of there before 6!We are moving to Granbury and this will be the place where I do all my business.

Wanted alignment checked said everything need replaced had them change from brakes they took off rotor said couldn't be turned wanted over 1000 dollars for new rotors and new brakes, called autoparts store had them delivered to lifetime rotors and brake pads delivered to Ron's left out the door less than $400. Asked to have old rotors they said we're bad, they were still inspect. Won't go here EVER Again, they'll keep the lights on, though.

I bought an 06 ford f150 with the 5.4 triton engine. I noticed it was missing on one of the cylinders. It turned out the previous owner broke a spark plug. I went to his shop and told him "I have an 06 f150 and I need a spark plug removed" he than said "let me guess passenger side all the way in the back" I said yes. Two days prior I had changed all 7 of the plugs minus the plug he just described the location of. Told me $150 and he could do it. After waiting 2 hours for yhe work to be completed he handed me and e3 spark plug of which I put in the day before. He said they were done but it is still miss firing I told him that was the wrong plug he claimed that I told him 8th cylinder and that's what we did. He said he would remove the correct plug but he would have to charge another $150. This mechanic is a crook and I would not suggest anyone go their. You may go there to have a battery replaced and he will change your oil and charge you for that. Save your money and find a shop not looking to rip you off.

Can't say enough good things about this shop, workers, and its owner. Reasonable, Honest, dependable, and Local. More than I could possibly expect and less expensive than my favorite Honda House in FW.

Had a fit when I came in to have a wheel fixed and I asked them to get a power window back up that had failed. Waited four hours, paid $100 for the window, but got reminded how much i was inconvenienced his mechanic about the window request

Always good to me here. Because Jack-Jack works at Granbury Hospital we enjoy a discount, but really it's just solid good work and straight forward business ethics that keep us coming back.
