When did they stop hiring people that actually know something about automotive to work at any part store? Man sold me the wrong oil filter 2 times and didn't even refund money that got wasted on the ground from where the first one fell off after an oil change. Very stupid

Gary was amazing! My car wouldn t start the day before moving across the country we were feeling in crisis mode. Gary checked our battery and got us set up with a new one. He also taught me how to install it back in my car. Car now works to head across the country (: Thanks to Gary!!!

I don't go to auto parts stores looking for knowledgeable car guys. Yes, they do exist at auto parts stores but not necessarily. I've met many who wouldn't know how to help you if they didn't have a computer telling them what to sell you.Matter of fact, this extreme reliance on computers is why I stopped shopping at the Granbury AutoZone. One of the AutoZone salesmen was incredibly condescending because I use a larger oil filter for my truck than the size that came from the factory, and thus not the "recommended" oil filter. I have my reasons for doing it and they're based on sound engineering principles. That factory size oil filter is what I would use on a four cylinder and not an eight cylinder. It wreaks havoc on my oil pressure when I use a good quality filter and not a cheap cardboard fram filterWhat I like about this particular O'Reilly's is that they're not second guessing my decisions. I buy oil, I buy my filter, and they don't berate me for doing so. Most of the time I walk in with having already researched the part numbers I need before I show up. I generally try to purchase based on part numbers and not what their computer says. It doesn't always work.Their customer service could use a little work. I don't expect happy smiling faces every time I walk into an auto parts store but I would be helpful.

Not sure which location it was but quoted me 39.99-79.99 for a bulb for my headlight... bare in mind, i have that individual the VIN number to my vehicle. Nope that 1 little bulb was 104.00. Professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

Great service. Needed bulb so asked counter person what number and I'll find it myself. They looked it up and came from behind counter to show me the right bulb. Didn't have to do that but did anyway. Everyone there always in good mood.

O'Reilly's always has what I need and their customer service is great. They aren't afraid to come out and help you with your car right there in the parking lot. They also give a Veteran's discount. I enjoy supporting businesses that support service members.

Mark is the type of employee that keeps people coming back, great customer service, great attitude. I stop because it s convenient, sometimes the computers get screwy, but I was about to just keep going to the auto zone down the block. Even if they can t fix my issue, this dude needs a bonus or a raise. That s the employee that keeps people coming back.

Lately I've had to return the parts because they're wrong for my car...condescending salesmen refusing to look at my account may be the problem. I'm going to "get in the zone" with Autozone from now on.

I went to get a quart of oil. The guy was very helpful. Let me use a funnel and even put the oil in and checked it for me. Great service as always.

I like O'Reilly's but in this case they didn't have what i wanted. I needed a 40 amp fuse and Autozone one in this case.

I'm from Austin, and while my wife and I were visiting my parents my ignition switch stopped working. With it being Sunday, we needed to get back to Austin for work. I walked in and Anthony Grimes, an employee at this store, called 3 different stores tracking down this obscure part. He managed to place a last minute order to a delivery truck, and a few hours later we were headed back. Every other store/representative said it would take them until Monday afternoon at the earliest, and this guy pulled some strings and saved the day. The guy definitely deserves some recognition for going above and beyond. If you're reading this, thanks!
