I am writing this review for my father per his request.I am happy to write a review for Mr. Bill. I recently had an electrical problem with my 40 foot Northern Star. I called another RV service out and after several hours of trying to fix the problem, he replaced my transfer box (switch) but it did not fix the problem. At that point he gave up. I then called Mr. Bill's company out of Granbury, where I reside, and what luck! First off, he was the nicest guy I could hope to meet! Next, he started checking my electrical system and found the problem fairly quickly. The first guy had wired the new box backwards. Mr. Bill, whom I now call, Mr. Magic, rewired it, and everything worked great! His charges were very reasonable, and I highly recommend him! Thank you Mr.Bill aka Mr. Magic!Ken Rickman

My review will never hold a candle to the moment Mr. Bill took my call the day he left my home after the 3 week nightmare we endured.I called Mr. Bill in tears. After the manufacturer of my six month old rig disregarded the urgency of what we had go horribly wrong and could have been devastating.My partner walked in the Kitchen/tv area to find smoke coming out of our breaker/fuse box. He contained this as we all lay asleep. We woke up and I contact insurance s and manufacturers and dealers. The only real compassion was my insurance company and man beyond simple reviews and 5 stars. Mr. Bill.He came to our home on his off time to a women a wreck and grabbing at straws. He was very informative and extremely knowledgeable and he went above all else to be ever kind to our tony humans.I honestly do not know who else I would rather call. Mr. Bill is 100 percent worth every dollar and he works hard while making you feel human again. His wife and parents should be darn proud!!If you want quality work and a person you can just trust. I would call Mr. Bill. I sure know I will and I hope next time is on a maintenance basis and not emergency! Thank you for being you!!Services: Electrical, Battery

Wish I could give 10 a ten star review! My older 5th wheel that my wife and I bought for hunting was road ready and that s about it. Had electric, some cold water and I really thought it was gonna be a big box tent. Bill showed up when I called the next day at high noon. He repaired the toilet, ran new lines to a sink and kitchen with hot water and gave us central heat. Showed me how to work everything in the whole fifth wheel( with 3 slides). Best thing it s super safe to sleep in and my wife is happy. This dude is magic, took him 5 hours and my rig is probably worth 5000$ more than when I bought it.! Best thing was it was the best price u could have ever imagined !!

Gotta say, Mr. Bill really got me out of a tight spot. Damage my pull out sun shade and he helped me get the right parts delivered and installed! Everything works as it should, looks as it should with little to no issues during. If you need your RV worked on Mr. Bills should be your first call!!! Thanks for help

Bill was on time and friendly. Did a propane pressure test, changed out my hot water heater relief valve and plug after flushing the tank. He also replaced my black tank valve that was sticking. The pricing was affordable. Overall I would highly recommend his services.

I had been waiting over a month for previous RV repair person to repair RV toilet. I called Mr. Bill this morning; he picked up the part, and toilet was repaired by 4:00 pm. Reasonable price. I will certainly call Mr. Bill next time.

Mr Bill's, replacement of my roof mount AC system was great. Very fair and transparent on his pricing. I got on the roof and watched his installation, very impressive, Bill was meticulous on his installing the unit and concern on any possible roof leaks. He also helped me out on some electrical issues and suggested a surge protector for my 50 Amp service. I didn't even know that existed, but I am sure it will cut down on electrical glitches. I can recommend Mr Bill's RV repair to anyone looking for an honest service Technician.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Mr. Bill's was a life saver. We had our camper in storage for 4 years and decided to head out camping with the Grandkids for a week. We got the camper all set up and went to hook up the water and found out my hot water tank had cracked from the winter cold. I called Mr. BILL'S and he ordered the part right away. This was on a Monday, he said the part should be in the next day but would not be able to install till Friday. We expected that it may take a while but were a little disappointed having no water in the camper. Mr. Bill went over and above knowing our situation. He had called us on Wednesday and said he was in the area and stopped by and bypassed the hot water heater so we could have running water, he then rearranged his schedule for Thursday to install the water heater. I highly recommend Mr. Bill's for any of your RV services. He is great to work with and was even great with our Grandkids. Thank you Mr. Bill's for making our vacation a little easier.

Mr Bill did some rewiring in our RV after we had a small fire under the kitchen cabinet. He did a great job, and explained what had happened with wear on the wires. We now have complete confidence in the safety of our RV. Highly recommend.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

A great service man. I had my 2 daughters and grandkids coming for the weekend. I live in my RV. I needed a new toilet installed and a little floor work for it and a serious water leak not sure where it was coming from. I had called another service but they could not do the job. I googled rv repairs near Stephenville Mr. Bill service popped up first. I called him on Friday he was here on Monday and on time. He got my water up and going found out my water heater had a hole in it. He explained everything to me and showed pics as he went. He ordered parts needed. couple days later he was back got everything up and going. Cleaned up after himself. I have a couple of small other things and will have him back soon. thank you Mr. Bill for all you did.

Hot water heater tank sprang a leak. Called him up a day ahead of our arrival. He came out as planned an on time. Removed the unit and the weld around the intake broke. So the unit was trash. He ordered one the same day and by the next day at noon was here to install new unit. Did a tremendous job and was a joy to visit with while working away. If you are ever in the Glen Rose Texas area and need help he is the man to call. Also he is the man that shows up.

Excellent customer service and maintenance skills! Mr Bill is professional, thorough, and organized. I feel comfortable taking my 2019 Flagstaff pop-up off grid now that he fixed my electrical issues and did some preventative maintenance. Thanks Bill!
