Great service, but I do HIGHLY recommend that you make an appointment in advance... by calling the facility. The online - Midas (website is NOT synced with the actual location) This location is a franchise store. Owner is superb & really takes pride in his site... even offers $1 rentals for the day that your car is in the shop! That's awesome ~ RIGHT!!!!

Very quick service. Had an issue with inspection - Midas laid out their options - another retail was cheaper - and when issue was fixed the inspection was successfully completed. Very satisfied with MIDAS

Can't say more positive things about this place, and their staff! Eric was so incredibly polite and kind when we needed help with our boat trailer. They helped get us back in good shape and on the road, and then would not take a dime for it. You just don't run across that kind of good service anymore. We got in the car and talked about it for 10 minutes! Thank you for all of your help today!!

Friendly, helpful, courteous staff that even gave me a ride home so I could wait on my truck getting fixed in the comfort of my own home. Then gave me a call when my truck was almost done to let me know they would be headed out to give me a ride back to town to get my truck. They went over everything they had done to my truck and what I might be needing done in the near future, without any pressure to bring my truck back for future work done only by then!They were

Staff and techs are very knowledgeable. The vehicle needed to be there for several days to get parts in. They had a loaner car that my wife could use to go to and from work. Did not disrupt our work week.

Scheduled an appointment for a state inspection and to have the emergency brake adjusted. The vehicle went into the service bay at the scheduled time and passed the inspection. Brake was adjusted and the entire process took about 30 minutes. Great customer service, clean and pleasant customer waiting area friendly staff.

Very impressed with my car repairs from Midas. Went in on Friday afternoon, was given a free rental, they finished by Saturday afternoon. They reviewed a previous business's quote and advised some of the repairs were not necessary which saved me nearly $500. Honesty wins in my book every time!

Joseph was quick to get my truck inspected and very professional. I ve had my brakes done, a complete AC system overhaul, exhaust, wheels and tires mounted, as well as alignments performed by Midas Granbury. Went in knowing exactly what was needed; new shocks and alignment. I was quoted an exact price, before I handed my keys over. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and the communication was clear. No attempts at upselling, which I appreciated. I will be back!

"T" handled all my questions, made appointment, & wrote up my Service Ticket when I showed up for Texas State Inspection sticker--She has been my contact & Service Advisor, there, on several occasions, & I will continue to return to this Midas Store in Granbury for my needs in the future! Midas replaced my cd player/ back up camera / radio through our cars warranty. They not only took out a working one but replaced with a completely broken and used one and now one month later we are left with nothing. We paid $250 for a deductible. They also punctured one of the fluid lines and just didn t offer to refill. We came to pick up the car and the battery was completely dead. I am now trying to get a new backup camera radio for my car and they said it s out of their hands and I need to call. Thanks for the broken down car guys! And on top of that I asked for the old(working radio) back and they said they threw it away . Yeah right.Do yourself a huge favor and don t use Midas. They will ruin a perfectly good working vehicle!!

My wife and I brought our car here for several different things. One of them was to have the cd player replaced, which they had forgotten to do the first time around. So we brought it in and we re told a brand new system was put in. Come to find out a broken and used system had been pulled out an old car and put into our car. We arrived to pick up our car and the battery was dead. The manager told us our key fobs obviously were the problem since we couldn t get into the car. Then after I told them it was the battery several times they jumped it and then we noticed antifreeze was leaking out onto the ground. The manager fixed the leak. Little did we realize the cord had actually been cut further down and we had to replace it ourselves. Fast forward about a month. The cd/back up camera and radio system is completely broken and does not function in any way. My wife called. They won t return our calls and when she finally got through they said it was no longer their problem and that we have to talk to the warranty company. Please, please do yourself a favor and do not use Midas. I have experience as a mechanic and I have never seen incompetence as I have seen using Midas. We will not be returning as they refuse to take responsibility for putting in damaged and used systems. Including the fact that they damaged our car and made us pay $250 on top of all this. We DO NOT recommend Midas!!!

Got my front end aligned. Had an appointment and car was serviced shortly after arriving and was done 45 minutes after arriving and alignment appears to be done correctly as the problem I had is gone now.

Work was done. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the estimate for the time it would take to do the job was way off. I was told it would take two hours so I decided to wait. It took five hours.

Read to the bottom.My wife took my truck in to have an alignment done. They tried to scam my wife by telling her that parts i had just installed did not exist. after the service desk called and spoke to me where i told them that i had just installed them myself they "mysteriously" showed back up and they did the alignment no issue then. I will never use at least this midas again.On a good note the owner did call me with more explanation on the techs and issue that arose. The tech was a little green and was under the impression that more parts were needed when passed to a more experienced tech he noted it was possible just. i do appreciate the owner calling me a letting me know what happened. so my overall experience would be good with the owner reaching out and would be willing to use them again.Service: Wheel alignment
