After getting a bid of $2200 to replace a slideout seal on my travel trailer I went looking for another RECOMMENDED repair business. These people were recommended by a competitor of theirs that was a mobile repair only and didn't want to tackle this. They did a fine job and Jessica kept me updated. The final bill $732! I now have a friend in the rv repair business!

I originally went with another company for their stellar 5 star ratings. Figured I couldn t go wrong. Well, it ended up not being stress free as their name states. So far, all I ve received from the other company is a lot of waiting. 6 weeks of waiting. I m STILL waiting and I even paid them MORE $ for the very little they have done. I called Lake Granbury RV and they had my issues taken care of SAME DAY. I m very pleased with my experience with this company. They deserve ALL the stars and a TIP on top! Hopefully, one of these days I ll get my exterior propane door back from Dale and I can go leave an honest review on his site!

Best RV customer service I have ever experienced. We were really blessed to find such a wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and friendly bunch of folks to replace the passenger side landing gear assembly on our 5th wheel. We were really treated like family and so was our dog, Trooper. I hope we don't need their services again, but if and when we do, we will drive a long way to get our RV to their shop for any repairs necessary. I would give them six stars if I could.

These guys are friggen fantastic. It took them no time to get the parts and install. Very nice guys with a very low price. Lol i dont want to need them agen of course, but they would be the first i would call.

I needed a routine repair on the underbody cover of my travel trailer. I was able to call and schedule within a couple of weeks. If it had been urgent, they would have seen me sooner. Rodney called before arriving and arrived promptly as scheduled. He was very professional and personable. He completed the necessary work under the camper quickly and efficiently. I am pleased with the work and will call them again if I have anything else I need done on my travel trailer.Service: Body & Trim

We wanted to swap our RV fridge out for a residential. Rodney and his team were able to remove our old fridge, make necessary modifications to allow for the new fridge install and did all of the trim work in under 4 hours! It has been hard to find someone who would do this fridge swap. Before scheduling Rodney called me to discuss what we wanted to do & said yep, go ahead and book it. It was such a relief! Others I spoke with wanted me to do all kinds of research prior to scheduling, including calls to Heartland and Dometic. Rodney knew what needed to be done, did it so quickly and the trim work looks amazing! We are only in Texas for a few more months before we hit the road again but if we need any RV work we will call Rodney 100%! Highly recommend Lake Granbury RV! Thanks Rodney!!

We can t thank Rodney and TJ enough for the excellent service provided to us while passing through Texas. They came out within 2 hours of calling. TJ fixed the problem within the hour. On the return trip home we stopped at their service center and had a few more issues fixed. Thank you Rodney, we wish your service was closer to where we live! Perfect Service and Perfect Customer Service. Our RV Club recommended this company and stated that they were the best. Boy, were they right. Rodney's expertise and knowledge of motor homes is exceptional. Additionally, he repaired our motor home the day after my call. He actually would have done it the same day, but we could not. The customer service by both Rodney and Donna, Receptionist, cannot be beat. They were so friendly and helpful. Just as our fellow RV club members, we will remain loyal customers. Rodney is the best mobile RV technician we have found. Very thorough, accommodating and trustworthy. We have used him twice and have been very happy both times. Jessica in the office is great to. 5 + stars.

Rodney was very responsive when I asked him to check out my trailer. He did a detailed list of all problems and contacted my insurance company. He did the work when he said he would and they did a great job of repairing the floor of our slide out. .Will use him again .

We called on the road and ask if tbey could replace roof mounted air conditioner that had gone bad. We sent info to them and when we arrived in Granbury, everything and I mean everything was great! Fast knowledgeable and courteous. All at a very reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks so much to TRISH & Rodney.

I have lived in my RV for 2.5 years now and it is a 2001 model. Rodney has helped me in so many ways. I would not trust anyone but him to work on my RV. He has replaced my electrical converter, installed a new A/C and updated the electrical component to that as well as updating my thermostat to a digital one. Oh, and helped me with my washer and dryer, water leaks...I am sure there is even more than that. He has been invaluable to me. I could not continue living in my RV without having him to have helped me thru everything.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning, Battery

Super friendly attack dog. Super nice family owned and ran business. Ive been doing business with Rodney for at least 8 years for those campers who come to the campground I work at and need a mobile repair person. I was very happy to hear they now have a parts store. If they don't have it you can bet they can order it in for you.

I own and operate Mobile RV Service and would like to acknowledge some of these reviews. First of all some people are not able to be pleased. Also If I go to a place that is so nasty that it is an absolute health hazard to just be there, I will not go back. That is the case in most of the ones that say I ignore them. I don t understand how some people live the way they do. Also I fired a couple of guys a while back that continued to run around and do work as if they still worked for me. Believe me this has caused some problems. In reference to the one that burned down, it was due to the countless wires that rats had chewed up and the owner did not want to fix. In fact he stated that he hoped it would burn down and that was when I decided to not deal with him anymore and he never paid for what was done. We are a small company and just can t get to everyone all at one time. However we do the best we can. Thank you and Happy New Year

Rodney has done a wonderful job for us when we have needed him. We have basement air and he was the only one who knew how to fix it. That was our first experience. Our 2nd one was to fix my refrigerator and the canopy over our slide. Jerry and I are very satisified with his work, his professionalism and courtesy.

Like to give a shout to Rodney and his family, owned and operating business. These guys go above and beyond to get you fixed up. I have been dealing w/ these folks for around 2 years,all I can really say is that, I wish I would have found them 8 years ago when I got my first camper. Just want to say thank for getting me back on road and heading to the house.

Don t waste your time with this RV repair vendor! He will have you drag your RV over to his shop telling you he will do your repairs, only to then decide after your RV sits there for two weeks if he wants to waste your time and tell you he has decided to pass on your repairs. Also don t expect a quote before any work starts because apparently that is too much to ask so you ll be shopping in the dark with him. If you need an extra part from the dealer while he is ordering parts for your repairs he will expect to mark that part up and make a profit on it even though he is already ordering parts from them for the repairs you will be paying him to do. Most unprofessional experience ever! I d also take note that the owner felt compelled to give himself a 5 star review in these reviews to bump up his own rating to try and nullify any honest reviews. What does that tell you?

I ve been working with A Action RV out of aledo due to their close proximity to where I m located. Cut to $475 later with issue still not fixed and several phone calls, excuses, and no shows later I gave this company a call. I left a message after hours, they called me back first thing the next morning. Came and fixed my RV within 48 hours for a lot cheaper than A Action had charged. Extremely professional and outstanding customer service. 5/5 will recommend to anyone that needs RV service.

I called a couple of places to get a 2nd AC unit installed in our 5th wheel. Mobile RV Service gave us the best deal and had it in stock and installed it the very next morning! The other places had a million questions and was going to have to order the unit. They even had added the shipping in the quote which was about $900 more than Mobile RV Service! I will only call Mobile RV Service in the future!Service: Air conditioning

Rodney is awesome! His prices are reasonable and his repairs are done with integrity. We drive from Crowley to have him service our Rockwood. Highly recommended and worth the drive.

I needed emergency Aqua-Hot replacement while traveling thru TX. I found a unit on Ebay and shipped it to this place. The owner is certified Aqua-Hot Tech. He was on vacation, and due to my emergency he rescheduled his work to start the day he returned. He performed removal and replacement and fix a few other items. I highly recommend them for Aqua-Hot or any other items they can service!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They came out to fix a problem we had and it did not get fixed. They refused to come back unless we paid them EVEN more money to fix what they did not. We were told we would get a discount but believe me that was NOT a discount. They took FOREVER to fix it bc of course they charge by the hour. We were chewed out and threatened if we did not pay the full bill. We should not have to pay for their mistakes. Now we have a leak. They are ignoring the leak issue. I will be taking this issue to BBB.

I bought my first RV in 2012Rodney had taken Care of me for 10 yearsWhen I told him once we had reservations in Colorado in 4 days he was there and got me going. Today I planned to leave my RV with a minor problem(Commode would not flush) he said hold onI am sure we can replace the valve and you will be on your way . I was there less than ahour. Would not consider going anywhere else!!
