My elderly mother in law went to get an oil change. They put the wrong grade in her vehicle. They also broke the oil sending unit putting a filter on and lost the cap to her windshield wiper container. They even left their tool under her hood. When she went up there to speak to someone they just kept telling her they didn t do any of that. She said a guy there just kept yelling at everyone to hurry up and move faster. I m not pleased or impressed about how this place runs their business.

Excellent service. Very good attention from the staff. Everyone who works there is very cordial. They checked my car at no cost. It s a comfortable place to wait while they check the car.

Went in for a State motor vehicle inspection and there were many cars in line for that. I waited for about an hour until it was completed. However the inspector Amber Williams was constantly and rapidly going through the state checklist and working very quickly to inspect the vehicles. Amber was fast, meticulous, and very cordial in performing her duties. Looking at some of the other staff's work ethics, I'm sure the owner is proud of Ms William's work ethics. This was a good experience. There is handicap accessibility and the lobby is clean.

Serviced my truck there, they were up-selling service including a Rear differential oil change to make sure my truck was properly maintained. However they failed to notice a leaking brake line that had leaked onto the differential. A+ for the proper oil change, but I can't count on them to notice obvious issues and bring them to attention.

Only place I have ever been to that tells customers to leave vehicles unlocked with keys inside of it. Because they cannot take possession of my keys - but they inspect the vehicle. Of course the have zero responsibility for my vehicle while sitting there like that. Come on 2025 with no more shake down inspections!!

I had 30 minutes to get an oil change so I could be in Stephenville for an appt, I told the young lady that when I pulled in, I was out in 15min-flat. I've been going there for years, everyone is kind, curtious and professional. They go out of their way to please you. Your not just another number.Dawn Hawk

Friendly staff. Decent prices. I had my brakes flushed in addition to an oil change and a few other things. My brakes were soft after I left. I brought it back and they fixed the problem quickly and professionally. No hassles. I will go back.

We were on a weekend getaway outside of town and my check engine light started flashing. It ended up stopping but I did not want to risk a long drive back home in a few days with a potential problem brewing. Stopped by here and they quickly ran a diagnostic test and checked all my fluid levels and put my mind at ease. I appreciate the quick service and education they provided.

Went there very bad service terable srevice rude and the young girl there was running people off. She ran off cars. She spoke very bad about other people that use to work there. Just dont go there. I will be calling the home office

I Kwik Kar of Granbury for my oil changes in Hood County. Yesterday, I called for an appointment, but none was needed. Come in anytime before 6 PM. There were no false promises in their name of Five Minute Oil Change, and little time spent in line, although their small waiting area was filled at noon. This might be because the place was well staffed. It only took 15 minutes to complete the whole process! I was satisfied, for the most part. Although I had asked the attendant to reset my dashboard lights when after testing the tires air pressure, he failed to do so. In addition, he forgot to reset the warning for oil change due signal, a critical error in my estimation, as that s what keeps me coming back for service. I will be back today to have both corrected. I do recommend this business for its friendly, quick service!

Used this location for years with no problem until I had multiple major issues. They incorrectly installed the oil filter causing all the oil drain from the engine within 10 miles. On another vehicle done just before this happened turned out oil plug was installed incorrectly, cross threaded causing oil pan to have to be replaced. They clearly have training issues with the guys in the pit.Also they are tougher on vehicle inspections than other places in town.

I brought my old car in for an inspection and oil change. I was worried it would be complicated. I told them I only had 20 minutes as I had to get my son from school. They said no problem and had me in and out in 9 minutes. Amazingly fast and great customer service, to the point. It was my first time there but I'll definitely be back. Thanks guys!!

Anyone who goes in for an inspection should double check their Vin number and the date and time on their receipt. Immediately was greeted when I arrived. They got me fixed up in no time. Had my oil changed and a check engine light looked at as well. My first visit here was good but I returned this weekend and was far from impressed. Starting with the guy who came out to my car, the most impersonal person I ve ever dealt with. No smile, body language showing that I was inconveniencing him by taking longer than a typical customer as I needed to get my stroller and son out of the car. VERY poor customer service by him, wish I knew his name but he didn t introduce himself.Service was fine and the younger Hispanic guy (didn t get his name) that checked me out was very friendly! But not 2 hours after I left, low windshield washer fluid indicator was on. This is the 2nd time they didn t fill that. I ve NEVER had my oil changed and that not get filled. I spent $235 on oil change + extras they said I needed done and I can t get windshield fluid filled?! I hate leaving bad reviews (this is only the 2nd time I ve ever done it). My wife got her oil changed at this kwik Kar today 04/15/23. While driving to Gatesville the under body plastic that which covers the oil filter came undone due to the bolts falling out and fell to the road and got tore up. It is a 2019 kia sorento. I had to drive to Gatesville to make sure nothing else was damaged and to get her back home. If this place is still ownered by the same family that opened it or not I would very much appreciate a explanation sincerely Steven GentryService: Oil change

Awesome place. I was reluctant to get a quote because many of these chains will try and price gouge you. They fixed my destroyed rotors and break pads for about $75 cheaper than my trusted mechanic. Also managed to get me in and out and back on the road the day after I got my quote. I ll be using these guys for any service they provide from now on.Also changed my oil and transmission fluid for a very reasonable price on a previous tripService: Brakes

Has to be the worst place to go for an oil change or registration I ve ever been. Been before and has issues but went as the place is right next to registration office in my city.I pull up and a guy comes out. Before I even tell the guy what I m needing, a guy in the shop starts yelling tell them it s going to be 30-45 mins.I then tell the guy I need an oil change and he said we can do now. They guy in shop continues to keep yelling 30-45 mins. I talk to the guy at my car about this guy and his customer service skills. He then goes we don t really like doing registrations so that s why the other dude is upset. Well sorry I came to your business to do anything. I would have gladly waited for the work. The way it was handled was awful. I d rather spend my dollars elsewhere. Had issues before with this business and this is the final straw.Service: Oil change

Best said that I will not go back. I have had my vehicle serviced by the kwik Kar in Benbrook for over 5 years and I guess the service I got spoiled me. Plus here wasnt even sub par at $100.

Pulled up and waited forever for someone to come out and see what we needed. Waited till removed fuel filters before coming to let my husband know they Do Not have them. Sat over an hour waiting on 2 oil changes with no customer service because everyone was new and not well trained. Manager sat inside office and never came out to check on why customers were displeased. 3 more walked in with issues after being there the day before. Won't be back. Finding new place to go. This used to be my number one place to go.Service: Oil change
