The vehicle inspector does not know how to perform the correct test on the parking/emergency brake. While the emergency brake is applied the vehicle is required to hold under load. The emergency brake completely held the vehicle while in drive. The inspector failed the vehicle after it didn t stop fast enough after acceleration of the vehicle was initiated. That is not the correct inspection evaluation. Absurd antics from the employee not knowing her job.

I was having a particularly bad knee day & asked if I could stay in my car during the service rather than having to go inside to the waiting room. It had been standard practice during the pandemic & I was very appreciative that the practice continued up until my visit this year. The lead person graciously allowed me to stay in the car & I was very grateful. I do wish the cost of a standard oil change wasn't quite so expensive.

The mechanics were very courteous and friendly. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend jiffy lube over Take 5, where I spent about 30 minutes getting an oil change. Will definitely keep using jiffy lube from now on.

In the 5 years of being located at Granbury mr Williams was fast ,efficient , kind and the First Gentleman at any mechanical shop to give me my mileage for my next oil change. Definitely going back!

Just retired to Granbury and needed an oil change, so I headed to Jiffy Lube. Excellent and Friendly service. There was not any oversell of other services.

In an attempt to get to work in a hurry, I realized my car wouldn t start. I was already feeling overwhelmed, and went to another shop (and was totally ignored!) - so I ended up here, frazzled and stressed but desperate to fix the issue. These guys really saved my butt. They were honest, straightforward but most importantly, kind. If you re a girl you know exactly how intimidating car repair services can be, but William was so respectful and checked in so many times to make sure everything he suggested was okay with me before just doing it, so I didn t feel pressured into getting more than I bargained for. It was so quick and easy. Now I can get to and from work safely! I would recommend these guys to anyone.Services: Battery, Oil change

Been using these guys for 11 years for personal and our fleet service too. Today, it was different. I always just got a simple oil change but needed fluid levels checked, that didn't happen. I was quoted $38 offered an air filter change that brought it to like $95, so I declined. Then the bill was $58.81. My fluid levels were NOT checked Floors were not vacuumed and exterior widows wiped...not. when I left I needed, antifreeze, air filter $20 the wanted $40. My tires were 45psi rear and 35psi front, because of the weight I carry, look at their sheet. Why say you cleaned window or vacuum floors? The prices they use to post need to be posted again, I will never come here again, Mike Brown from now on, they finished these guys job today.

Granbury Peeps- I want to share my experience with jiffy Lube across from Stonewater Church! I had previous gone to Take 5 and waited over an hour. They then tried to tell me that my car required a more expensive oil. I showed them the receipt from a previous visit and told them -WRONG! They then gave me a sticker that said to come back in 3,000 miles. My oil change should be every 5,000 miles. The employee said that s right, but come back in 3,000 and we will top it off. If I didn t ask, I would have thought I needed a full oil change in 3,000 miles. The next oil change, I went to Jiffy Lube. I cannot explain how incredible they were. The owner/manager said they have heard several negative things about Take 5. He then gave me a 15% discount for having a bad experience at a competing company! I can t emphasize how much I recommend Jiffy Lube in 377 in Granbury.

This is my normal place to get my vehicle serviced, grease job, oil change. A new crew so they didn t check the air in the tires, they didn t check the air filter. They normally wash the front and rear windows. That wasn t done.I was not impressed. I m not sure if I ll return.

The gentleman who works the desk and takes payments for services is the main reason I have continued my patronage for many years. He treats each customer with the utmost respect. Their fabulous prices are a bonus as well. They know their stuff and the are honest.

Paid 80 dollars for an oil change on my car after already getting a discount and they didn t even provide all the services. I noticed and called the shop only for them to tell me that the machine was broken .call me crazy but isn t that something you should tell the customer before they decide to use your service while knowing that it isn t even fully functional.Service: Oil change

I had my car inspected at Jiffy Lube on 377 in Granbury (kind of across from WalMart). I highly recommend them! Even though there were 3 cars ahead of me in line, I was in and out within 15 minutes, without getting out of my car. I use Jiffy Lube for oil changes too, but not today. The guys who did my oil change were great! I asked if I could drop off my car and walk back to work, and they said well we ll be done in 10 minutes, you can stay in the car. And they were right! Honest folks too. They took out my air filter and i was expecting a sales pitch, but he said here s your air filter, it looks good. And put it back. I was impressed and will be back!

Great place for inspections. Not quite as convenient since a corporate person failed to renew inspectors credentials as she was leaving. People can be so hateful. The crew is making the best of it.
