David and His son did excellent transmission work for my Nissan Juke. The previous owner had fried the clutch up and just a few months after I purchased the car, the clutch was slipping terribly. This shop had a quick turn around for a reasonable price, the car runs perfect now!

Does not honor warranty, expects you to pay some one else to fix what he was supposed to! I live in colorado made a special trip back to Texas to have him fix it correctly, it leaks worse than it did before. When I call to come up with a resolution owner hangs up on me. Wow how professional! Unless you want more problems than you started with I suggest you go some where else!

Initially took a truck in to have a TCM replaced (which had been previously diagnosed through a GM dealership by the person we bought it from). From the very first time we spoke to the owner, he was immediately trying to say we needed an entirely new transmission. The owner was extremely unprofessional. There was a lack of communication with both with us and within their own shop. One day, someone would have a list of what was done to the truck (without our permission or even a heads up) and the next day the owner would say something entirely different had been done. We were never contacted, we always had to call in. And when we did, we were NEVER told pricing or warned what to expect until I flat out asked. There was even a certain part specifically that we knew he was charging us $250 overhead on (buying same brand from same place) that we went and bought and said we would come put on if he decided he needed it. He ended up PUTTING THE PART ON ANYWAYS AND TRYING TO CHARGE US FOR IT. Then when I went to pay and requested an itemized invoice (that he hand wrote in front of me right then) he suddenly changed the story, saying that the pigtail was not the one we discussed, but actually a wiring harness that he put on and solenoids that he was charging the 250 for (again, that he didn t discuss with us ahead of time). We would call and check in after days had passed and they would never have made progress, it would always be we re still trying to chase down the problem , until the very last few days when they decided that now it needed a valve body that supposedly couldn t be found or ordered anywhere at all. We were told it was completely out of stock everywhere and they just couldn t seem to find one anywhere, but at the same time we were being told it s supposed to be here today for 3 days in a row. When calling to checkup to see if the valve body had come in on yet another day it was supposed to be delivered, it had not yet come in and I expressed that I was not comfortable with the situation or the lack of communication and felt that the whole situation was handled very unprofessionally. The owner became irate and ended up telling me that the part (again) would get here that day and should be able to be completed the following day and I didn t have to call constantly to check on it . He then hung up. Fast forward to a few hours later he called and said it was best that we just come pick the truck up, to which I couldn t have agreed more. We (of course) were stuck with a bill beyond what was agreed to, and nothing at all on the truck was actually corrected, it still has the EXACT same problem it was dropped off with, but at that point I think I d have done anything to get as far away from them as possible. I can t speak for any of the other employees, because the interactions we did have with anyone but the owner were actually positive, but the owner himself is a snake. He cussed and talked down to me and acted like a complete child. When questioning him about all the inconsistencies among employees (like one saying one thing was done to the truck and another saying it wasn t) he even point blank lied and said he himself did all the work on our truck but we know for a fact that he didn t because we had previously spoken to the tech that worked on the truck. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Spare yourself the headache of a BBB report and the scc hearing you ll need to address anything with this man Service: Transmission

The owner of this business has integrity. I was upset and already thinking I would never bring my business back because I thought I was getting jerked around but I was wrong. He was having problems getting the parts for my pick-up. When I went to get my pick-up I still owed more money but he refuse to take the remaining balance of the bill. I'm bring my business back here again!!!

The owner is not a nice guy. He was slurring his words and it was 2:15. I felt like I d definitely gone to the wrong auto repair shop. When I originally came in to discuss the issue I was having with my car, the owners son waited on me. Or more like I waited on him. He acted like I was a big bother and he was rude and not a people person at all. Then picking up my car the owner seemed to have had too much to drink again. Jeesh. Save your time, money and effort. This place is a lost cause

Very good people to work with! Reasonable priced with an outstanding warranty. Have had them work on 3 of my fleet trucks and will continue to use them on the rest. David and Aaron go above and beyond to help you!

I'm rating this business one star just to post a review. The owner (David) will make it sound good and give you a date in wich your vehicle should be fixed but he will lie and make exscuses to hold you off it took a month before he fixed my truck when he said it would be done in 4 days. Don't go with this guy i reccomend B & H transmission !!

They checked out my transmission for free even though I decided not to have them do the repair. However it smelled very much like they were smoking inside my vehicle when I got it back.

Absolutely do NOT have this place do any transmission work on your vehicle.Unfortunately, I had them do a rebuild on an 02 Maxima, for around 2k$. As soon as I got the car back I knew it wasn't right.On a cold start, It would hesitate to accelerate properly, before eventually engaging gear fully. I had to have them replace the supposedly new torque converter, this took over a week, even though it should have been top priority since they had supposedly just Fully Rebuilt my transmission. After receiving it back again, transmission would still hesitate to shift at high RPM (5-6k), and behaved oddly.While still within the warranty period for the full trans rebuild, it started slipping all over the place whenever it would try to downshift from either 2nd or 3rd down. So, I brought it back for a second time. Supposedly they replaced the valve body, which only took 2 weeks this time. Guess what? It still did the same exact thing after their supposed repair job. Also, the transmission was not even filled to proper level with fluid by a transmission shop?Now, less than a year an a half after they "FULLY rebuilt" my transmission, replaced 2 torque converters , and "replaced" the valve body, the car will NOT shift from 2nd to 3rd gear at all.This business is selling snake oil, that's it, pure and simple. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else, anywhere else would be better. GUARANTEED

I have an older truck I built so nothing is stock. I started have an overheating. Hey took the time to find the problem and fix it than just tell me to buy a new transmission. It is nice to see a shop that still knows how to do great work

Had David do a small job for me he worked on it as soon as I got there was done in 10 minutes and didn't charge hardly anything. Very friendly guy.

I don't recommend you do business with this guy walked in one day and asked him a few questions and he tried to tell me that two different transmissions were exactly the same hes not very knowledgeable I recommend you take your business elsewhere save your self the headaches.
