Teena & Ciara were the best. They kept me abreast of all the repairs. They always answered my calls and questions. Their customer service was excellent and exceptional. They were awesome . I would definitely bring any vehicle to them. My vehicle looks brand new again. Thanks guys.

I took my 2019 Nissan Rogue in for collision repair mostly because it s a Nissan Collision Center and they showed a 4 plus star rating. Honestly they should be shut down. They changed my insurance company over 10000.00 in bodywork alone, kept my car in repair for over a month when the repairs should have been done in 9 days. When I went in to pick up my car they actually put used parts, headlight scratched and chipped, and even worse they actually put the fog light ring that was damage and scratched up back on my car. What did they do with my insurance money settlement for repairs. The GM said he would fix the errors, but sadly he failed me as a customer. Save yourself and look elsewhere for your collision repair needs everything I have stated on my experience with Nissan Grandbury Collision Repair is true. I have pictures, emails and documentation of all the issues with this shop and its team.

I asked for a quote for insurance on minor hail damage. I was told an email would be sent the next day. Over a week went by and no email. I called and was promised an email by the end of that day. It has been several weeks with no response.

This body shop is amazing! They kept me up to date on everything relating to my car. The car looks amazing, they did a wonderful job fixing the back bumper. I was rear ended, the back bumper looked awful, it was popped out on the right side, paint was chipped, the other vehicle s paint was on ours, the sensor was messed up. They fixed her up, made her look like nothing ever happened, in just 3 weeks. I drive an Alfa Romeo, so it was very important to me that it looked good and they made it look, not good, but great!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Excellent service and fast! A big thank to Chris and team for the quick repair on my car. I hit a deer and the damage was fixed fast and the quality was outstanding. All parts were pre-ordered and painted prior to dropping off the car. This was very helpful and saved time! The car was detailed when I picked it up - nice touch and very much appreciated!

Philip and the crew at Granbury Nissan Collision did an exceptional job repairing extensive damage to my Maxima after a bad accident. We didn't think it would be repairable, but they repaired the rear suspension and replaced the passenger side to make it look new again. It was not a fast process (delays from insurance adjuster, and the supply chain for parts), but it was done correctly, and to factory standards. Work has a lifetime guarantee. My car looks better than the day before a F350 Superduty Dually whipped a u-turn into the side of us on a busy 2 lane highway!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Was involved in auto accident, needed some repairs and work done on my Alfa Romeo. Alfa Romeo of Fort Worth recommended this body shop and I was amazed with how quickly they got it done! Vehicle looks brand new, they took care of all the hassle and negotiations with the insurance. Dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday, picked it up on Wednesday!! Worst body shop I have ever worked with. Do Not trust them, they will rip you off. Body shop Manager lied to me on numerous times. The worst part is the new owners of the Nissan dealership are just as bad. I worked in a body shop in the 70s this is the worst.

"I am very pleased with the experience I had at Granbury Nissan Collision. I was referred there for my Alfa Romeo and Abel was very helpful and kept me updated on my car. He also helped me get into my rental since I was having trouble trying to find one. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing work done on a Alfa Romeo!

This was a great experience. The service was professional from the time I called to make the appointment to the time the car was finished.
