We were stranded with a flat tire. Lugnuts were too tight and we couldn't get tire off. B&B came out and helped us. They were fast, efficient and friendly.

Purchased a used tire 9/7 and was told it had 70% tread life, on 9/15 had to purchase a new tire because there was a bubble in the sidewall that discount tire informed me is usually caused by installation. I did see and acknowledge the receipt says no warranty on used tires but this was caused by the install and only lasted a week. I again can acknowledge certain risk with buying a used tire but I would have said no if they d told me I d get a week of driving out of it, and there would be nmarket fiused tires if they were only expected to last a week. When I went back to tell them what happened I stayed up front that I see the receipt says no warranty but I felt I needed to say something and first I was told it had been way longer than a week. He went in and pulled his receipt and said it was from July, I showed him my copy AND a picture of him changing the tire with a date on it to which he said well it s been almost two weeks then, even though I showed him the receipt from DT with the date on it, which tire and what was wrong with it. The response was then that the machine is a couple thousand dollars so it wasn t an install issue and it must be how I drove the truck! He continued to say there s nothing we can do and I said it would be nice if you could ve just said sorry that happened ma am and at that point he still said we don t warranty used tires and even if it was only a week you could ve driven into a ditch or something. I didn t exactly expect a refund but I did expect a little bit of respect and customer service instead of being called a liar and a bad driver!

These guys are always great. They're fast and they get you out quick. I get tired of shops trying to rip me off on the tires and tire warranties they push. I buy cheap tires online delivered to my door, then take them for mounting and balancing at B&B. To have 4 tires mounted and balanced with tire disposal fees for the 4 tires costed $72. I bought 4 tires for the Lexus for $385 on walmart.com. Spent less than $500. Not bad.

Wife got a flat on the way to work, and had to come back home. I got to B&B right before it opened. They got me in and out in 20min. Great service.

Paid $90 to have 5 tires mounted and balanced thought this was high but I didn t have to wait so I was ok with it. One of the valve stems was leaking took it back to have it replaced and out of courtesy asked what I owed them (thinking that the first $90 would have covered this) the guy said $3 I was ok with that however they charged me $20 I asked why and stated that I had already paid $90 for the job and this had been leaking since then the son said he checked with his dad and said that s what it cost. Buyer beware get a price upfront and don t expect them to stand behind there work.

Someone recommended this place for roadside service for a big truck I called at 6:56 AM was told they did not open until 8 AM so I call back at 8 AM, 8:01 AM, 8:02 AM, and 8:05 AM and my Calls were screened nobody ever answered bad service don't worry I will not ever call you guys again

Great shop. Great customer service, always friendly and professional. This is the only tire shop I use in Granbury. I always get the all steel spares for my work trailers from him, oilfield can be pretty rough on tires especially during frac operations. He always has what I need either new or used and the used tires are always in excellent condition and the tires are priced to sell. I have also had tires repaired as well or I should say re-repaired do to a leaking patchbi had put in at another shop in town. It never leaked air again and that was when I started only using B&B Tire. I highly recommend B&B Tire shop for all your tire needs. They'll take good care of you there.

Tow truck dropped my van off at 5am. I arrived about lunchtime to find the tire had been replaced. $35 for used tire. Highly recommend.

I was an out-of-town-er with a shredded trailer tire. I found B&B on googlemaps. They offered a very competitive price on a set of four trailer tires, and they got me in and out quickly. I was very pleased.

Quick flat repair on my Tundra. Patched from the inside after dismounting the tire. This is the right way to fix a flat. Good work.
