The female store manager is absolutely garbage. The gentleman in there that actually knows about cars and parts was amazing. If your manager needs to be there to enter passwords for the customers inside why is she wasting everyone s time putting on windshield wipers while there s people waiting on her? Why also would she tell someone well you need to make sure to let people know if this part is defective when someone was notified it just wasn t relayed to her how is that the customers fault? Everyone but the female manager is amazing & hopefully they can get a manager that actually knows what they re doing and how to treat customers and her employees. Do better lady. wish I got the man s name that helped us out! 5 stars for the man who helped us. 0 for the manager whom everyone seems to have problems with all the time!

I ordered a new key fob from this store in GranburyTX. When I went to pick it up, I asked for help in programming it to my car. Without any hesitation, the store manager went out to my car to install it for me. Unfortunately the new fob didn't work, but DJ went right back into the store and ordered me a new one. He was very pleasant the entire time and very very helpful. I will most certainly return to this AutoZone the next time I have an automotive problem

DJ was very helpful and friendly. He changed out the battery on my elderly mother in laws car quickly and cleanly. Autozone needs more like DJ! Thanks for your hard work!

Victor is amazing!! Very knowledgeable, knew everything I needed, and he also helped me replace my battery, he did it while smiling and it was like 105degrees outside. Gave me several options, and explained why an 850 battery is better than a 650. I have also called this place before, and asked for information and Christian is also friendly and helpful. Very customer service oriented. The store is very clean, and easy to navigate, plus they help you get everything you need. Thank you!!!

Tiffany was great. She had my battery replaced within minutes, helped me diagnose an issue, and demonstrated great product knowledge. I know where to get my parts from next time

Had a battery literally fail on me after grocery shopping. Got a jump and headed over to Autozone 15 minutes before closing. Brian (?) helped me out and got me back on the road within minutes. He was very helpful and actually changed out the battery himself since I was toolless. Very much appreciated and great customer service. Thank you!

Not the best of locations traffic wise but the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I asked a question about something I had never attempted and one of their employees took me out to my car, walked me through the proceedure and then helped me locate just the items I need to do the job. There were more expensive items I could have bought but they only sold me what I absolutely needed!

My husband and I come here for lots of different car parts and have dealt with the same middle aged Asian ish lady. She seems to not care at all about customer service and just stares at you like your stupid while not answering your questions. I have come in here looking for parts that I wasn t sure what to buy and she was no help and at one point just walked away and stood at the back of the store doing nothing while I was waiting. I ended up typing in my own VIN into the computer to look up the parts we needed. Seemed like she didn t even want to be there. I know retail sucks because I worked it for a long time. If you don t want to be there, don t waste everyone else s experience with your bad attitude.

Called today at 3pm looking for a part. The associates name was Alli. I told her what I was needing and had to tell her more than once. I asked to speak to Dyson and she asked me quote; Are you saying I don't know what I'm doing?. I told her no I'm saying I want to speak to Dyson. Everything went quite and the phone hung up. Im not sure what happened but if thats being rude im going somewhere else. I called back after a few minutes and talked to Dyson and he appoligised for her and helped me. THANKS DYSON!

Excellent customer service! Josh went way above and beyond to help me when I came in at 2 minutes until closing on the eve of July 3rd in a panic. He knew exactly what I needed and worked magic for me! He stayed late and made sure my car was fixed. It was a simple, inexpensive part and that didn't matter, he worked until he knew it was absolutely fixed. The labor was not that easy, he just wanted to make sure he made the repair because he actually wants to serve his clients. What is astounding, he's not just a salesman at Autozone, he's a technician selling parts. His expertise, knowledge and dedication to his craft was outstanding. I can't believe Autozone is lucky enough to have him, he could literally work anywhere as he has success in his DNA. Thank you Autozone and many many thanks and heartfelt gratitude to you, Josh!

Needed a car battery, purchased it at your Auto Zone on Hwy 377. Tiffany installed it, I appreciate all the time she took to clean the area around the battery and the cables. Good service is a rarity these days, but I received it today. Thanks Tiffany!!

Stopped by AutoZone in Granbury today! Had the best help imaginable! They replaced the low beam on my Kia Optima, just as I was about to leave I noticed the high beam was out also, went back in and bought that and they replaced it for me. Had a few other issues and they did not stutter, they hung with me till all worked! Tiffany is the absolute best!Lisa F
