My low beam headlight went out on my Jeep Grand Cherokee I took it by just to get an estimate of what it would cost to fix it and the next thing I knew they had it fixed...I will definitely be recommending to all my family and friends...Fast, Friendly Service and Fair Prices.

While travelling through Graham, TX this past Thursday, 9/14/23, I had multiple dash warning lights come up on my 2009 Tundra. I first stopped by AutoZone and was told I needed to go to a mechanics shop for the type of scan needed for the issue I was having. That led me to Winder's where they greeted me, heard my issue and quickly grabbed their auto scanner and met me at the truck. Since it was just before closing time, they let me know that they could scan the truck, but couldn't do any repairs at that time. I understood where they were coming from and appreciate them letting know the plan ahead of time. My truck was scanned and I was informed of some of the things that might be causing the issue. I was assured that I could continue with my trip, but at some point would have to get the truck looked at. I asked them how much I owed them for the scan and was told there would be no charge. How often does that happen? Granted, it only took a minute or two to scan the truck, but mechanics shops expect to be paid for their equipment, time and mechanical expertise. I appreciate their customer service, their professionalism and have little doubt that they are a quality shop with values and ethics.

These guys did a great job of repairing my husband s car. The only thing that was bad was the fact it took 4 days. I understood it s because it s a small town and a last minute thing, so it wasn t their fault at all. Everything is working great and as for the cost it was 2grand to change out the rack & pinion, replace plugs and wires, rotate tires, and change the oil. While they were working on it they allowed me to use their vehicle.They came to pick me up so I could use it.I would definitely recommend them

These people get the job done. They quote you a reasonable price and time even sometimes being cheaper or faster than expected. Would recommend this place to friends.Just make sure to check online for expected repairs costsService: Engine repair

Absolutely recommend Winders! Clean shop, good people that are honest and trustworthy...(hard to find) Diagnosed the problem with our truck and fixed it at a very reasonable price! I was pleasantly surprised ... good job Winders!

Very nice a ez to talk to but they can't change a timing belt on a 89 volov 240 super ez and I can do at home but don't have the right size sockets they said they can't do it !!

Great service my son broke down on the side of the road they refered me to a tow truck company and got him back on the road in one hour at an affordable rate
