I went in to this repair shop awhile back. I received an estimate for a suspected bad lifter. I got my estimate as promised. I asked for a quote for a manufactured engine swap for a 2009 Silverado 5.3. Very common engine. 10,000 dollars. Not new, remanufactured. I ve since received estimates from 3500-5000 for the same. Not sure how or why the 10k. Definitely not fair or market comparable from my experience. I went elsewhere and got a better deal for 40% of the price and same warranty. I won t be back.

We had an awful experience with AA Locksmith in Olney and we felt we were out of options. We remembered we had roadside assistance with USAA and it was covered with our insurance so that saved us 125 dollars. Thanks to Ryan at Hysmith s we were able to get our car running! He was awesome with customer service, communication and arrival timing! He not only unlocked our vehicle but also gave us a jumpstart and a small lesson on newer and older vehicles! We not only got help but we learned a few things from this experience! This guy needs a raise! highly recommend Ryan for being an awesome lifesaver and making this process easy! We will call him the locksmith angel!

Love these guys!! About 3 weeks ago, Joe came to my rescue when my truck was stuck out in the woods. I had ripped a tire on something metal and realized that my truck did not have the tools to remove the spare. Joe ended up coming and getting me out of a jam and even though changing a tire isn't a big deal, I really appreciated the fact that he had enough resourcefulness to find me the correct tool to help me get the spare tire off. These guys go the extra mile and that is why I recommend them 100%! THANKS AGAIN!

Bambi totalled my Subaru west of Throckmorton, TX. All airbags deployed and car was undriveable. Hysmith came out quickly and were very sympathetic and professional. Waited patiently while I cleaned out the car, because I figured I might not see it again.

Hysmith customer service is awesome . Not only did they replace my radio that was under warranty they were friendly and professional. They also kept me informed while it was being worked on they also were nice enough to vaccum my car. Thank you for the great job.

Had wobble/vibration upon acceleration on my Ford Escape found these guys online took my car to them. They told me I needed a new transmission and it was gonna run around 7000 bucks! My car only had 59,000 miles on it, no lights or slipping from transmission at all. Took it to another shop. It was my Cv joints and a bad bushing and a bad seal! They replaced and got it done for around 1000 bucks. My car runs like new again! My advice take your vehicle up the street a couple blocks.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Literally THE BEST experience I have ever had with any automotive company!!! I called AAA for a flat tire and less than 15 minutes later Andrew arrived! My husband and I were absolutely blown away by how friendly, polite, professional, and quick he was at fixing my car! It was over 100 degrees outside and yet he was still so upbeat and smiling throughout the entire process.... The level of customer service he displayed is just so rare to come by these days so I m thankful to Hysmith for taking the time to hire such great employees like Andrew! We will always recommend you guys to all of our friends and family!

I contacted Hysmith, based on the recommendation of a close friend, to have them explore the appearance of an engine service light on my dash. Reception was typical, not overly friendly but business-like. I had to call on day three to get a status report and to advise I would be coming by to get items out of my truck, whereupon I was informed that the problem was worse than I feared. When I went to the shop to secure items from the truck, I found the shop manager and mechanic to be very cordial, friendly and informative. After witnessing the problem myself, I had a much better appreciation of the mechanical issues and the quoted expense for repair. All in all, very pleased with the experience.I would only suggest improved communications between Hysmith and their customers. I did not receive any updates until I initiated a call and no one advised me when the truck was ready to pick up nor that a text message would advise me that the truck was ready.Service: Engine repair

I had a great experience, it was my first time using Hysmith. I needed an inspection. Service was quick, polite and the front lobby is very customer comfortable.I appreciate the thoroughness of the follow up service email.Being in Graham barely a year it was great to find such a great place that I have the upmost confidence using.I was glad I found them and very happy to support a veteran owned business. It is very important to my husband who is an Iraq war veteran.We believe our veterans have so much to offer their communities.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle here! I m always satisfied with Hysmith s! They take very good care of my vehicle and are very honest! I really appreciate their detailed check they do when I bring my car in for an oil change, keeping me updated on upcoming service that I ll need like brakes, what my tread depth for my tires is, transmission fluid, all the things that need to be watched and are easy to forget about. And they provide evidence as well like measurements of the brakes and the color of the fluids for example. When I hit a pig on the way home, I was able to send my car to them since we were so far away from places that they would normally send the vehicles to (thank God for that!) and they worked with my insurance company to get everything done and went to bat for me making sure everything was approved how it needed to be!

I had an alternator go out in a residential area where I parked. I had it towed to their shop to replace it. Being a van with a side mount engine I needed help to fix it. They did a great job listening and checking everything as they fixed it. It has mower power, a/c blows harder, transmission changes faster it runs better than it ever has. And sound from the engine had been there since my dad bought the car 8 years prior is now gone. I had A/C issues with my pickup and Hysmith Auto assessed it and completed the work in a day and half it was a labor intensive job and they completed it with professionalism and in a timely matter.They had great customer service and were reassuring throughout the process.My only complaint is that they found additional repairs even after assessing it for an estimate a day before completing the repairs. Which made the repair more costly.All in all, a great company and great service.Service: A/C installation & repair

My fan went out on my car while driving and it ran hot. I called AAA and they sent help. They informed me that they were implementing social distancing, that I'll need a ride home. I let the rep know that I didn't have a ride. Long story short Mr. Bobby with Hysmith Auto/ partnered with AAA called to verify he was on the way. I told him we (my 2 year old son) and I needed a way home. He was so kind and told me no problem! What a relief! Mr. Bobby was so professional, punctual, helpful and customer service was through the roof! I HIGHLY recommend Hysmith Auto for all of your emergency car needs. Thank you Mr. Bobby for helping us on today! You were heaven sent and I'm most thankful for you! Guy's if you are in need of a tow and or emergency car needs contact Hysmith Auto! I called for roadside assistance for my car that wouldn t start. When he arrived he was extremely professional and helpful. The battery was dead so the car couldn t go on neutral and he took the time to figure out how to do it along with towing the car out of my garage. He really went above and beyond. My tires were also flat and he stayed and assisted while I used the air compressor. He wanted to make sure everything was good before he left. I would use this company over and over again.Service: Battery

Great immediate care! I was in town for just a few days and needed car care quickly.my message on a Sunday night was returned within minutes and they got me in first thing Monday morning. They drove me back to the house while they did the work, and picked me up when it was done. They were honest, showed me pictures of the before and after, and very thorough. Thankful for this Christian business available to us in our time of need.

My 80 yr old mother has used hysmiths auto over the last few years. They have been a Godsend for us. They go above and beyond. Prices are good and customer service is the best. For anyone needing repairs for their elderly parent, it's such a blessing to know they are taken care of. I trust them wholeheartedly. WOW, this is a wonderful establishment. Very very ,prompt, professional and pleasant. They have my business for the rest of my life along with my friends business. I just can't believe that this was an automotive business. Jimmy Moreno, the Service Manager is very thorough with all of his explanations. I'm amazed with this place. Thank you guys so very much. Have had my oil changed several times here. The staff is always very polite and well versed in their job. Would recommend Hysmith for any and all of your vehicle needs.. And when I have my oil changed they clean my windows, vacuum my vehicle as well as there 40 point inspection service...

If I could give zero stars I would. I got my car towed in because it wouldn t start. They insisted I needed a new battery and terminals and told me that alone would cost $400 but that would not include any other labor/work. They said it would probably be in their shop for weeks. I told them to just park it out front and I would come get it, my friends had it fixed within an hour. All it needed was a $10 fuse. Great way to lose a customer.

I'm "on the road" a lot with my job, and I need my car to be in great condition all the time. Hysmith's service technicians have always used professional knowledge while performing routine maintenance or evaluating and repairing a problem. I like the way they will discuss the repair and price with you before hand with no surprises after the fact. A record is kept on all services and repairs on your vehicle so they are aware of its background. I feel like "family" anytime I call for an appointment or drop by to see if they have time for an oil change! I trust Hysmith Automotive with all my car needs !

Had my 2013 Ram 1500 serviced here for some engine work, great bunch of guys and gals. I'll admit I'm OCD about things to do with my vehicles and they did a great job putting things back together as if it just rolled off the factory line. We moved to Graham recently and, unfortunately, had a number of auto problems at one time. A friend recommended Hysmith Auto. They were great to deal with, particularly Perla and Jimmy. They promptly tackled a major repair, as well as a number of less urgent maintenance needs. We were satisfied all the way around and found them to be courteous, professional and efficient. The team at Hysmiths is absolutely the best ever! I took my car in for an alignment and they went above and beyond to fix it, despite the fact there has been previous frame damage. They are very knowledgeable and explained in detail the process and what needed to take place.I will always use Hysmiths! We had to have our vehicle towed to a dealership for repairs. We called several tow companies, all of which were closer to our location that Hysmith's. We chose Hysmith in the end due to their price being $100 cheaper than their competition. I spoke with two employees over the phone who were very helpful and professional. The tow driver delivered super quick service, and was also very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Hysmith for towing needs, and will also look to them in the future for all of our other automotive needs.

I want to let you know that everyone was extremely helpful in helping my girlfriend with her car. She was super stressed out but between your employees and myself we were able to help her achieve what she was needing. The repairs are underway and she was very pleased with timeliness and efficientcy of everyone.
