Great place to get your ford service done. I have all my oil changes done on my 2021 transit here. I bought my service van here during to economic disaster of post covid 2021 where most dealers have huge mark ups. Bailey sold to me just below msrp and they were very patient with my multiple trips in to build my dream truck. I highly recommended.

Chris Stroud and Bailey Auto Plaza were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were straight forward and did exactly what they said they would do. Very refreshing after several experiences that did not go that way. Based on my buying experience, I would definitely encourage a visit if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Chris Stroud made my day and got me in a truck. This is my 4th purchase from Chris and 7th purchase from Bailey's; and, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from him again. At Bailey's the advertised price is the price. No $3000.00 dealer fees, and they will work with your bank for financing unlike dealerships in the Metro Plex that make you use "their" financing.

my last two trips to ford bailey have been major repairs equal to $4000.I asked about small things to make sure just the major were not the only things addressed. last time a light was forgotten to be repaired so we made a trip back. this time the fluids were not topped off like they stated at my pickup time. I topped them off myself while on the road .I feel the Quality Control area is lacking

Horrible service department... Kept having issues with repairs that were performed, tried explaining what exactly needed fixed, nothing was done. Drove truck 40 miles and it died. Had towed back, they said nothing wrong with it after two weeks of it sitting. Drove 20 miles and it died in front of the nearest competitive Ford dealer. They found the problem pretty dang quick; Oh it was exactly what I told them to check out at Bailey and they didn't.Baileys wouldn't make anything right... Just shrugged it off. They only want to sell vehicles, not actually fix them correctly. I personally wouldn't even take skunk roadkill to be looked at Bailey.

My experience was about a recall &warranty problem with my car. I took my ford focus to Bailey because I was told my transmission problem had to do with a ford recall. This was 6-10- 20. I gave them the code # that was found, they couldn't find the problem also informed me that my vin # was not part of the recall. My car is less than 10 yrs. as well as my mileage was under the mileage as well. Also informed if the problem happened again I would have to take my vehicle to a mechanic who does transmission. Because Bailey couldn't help me. It is now end of July my car had the problem happened again. Took back to mechanic and they came back again the same code. This time I took my car to Jack Powell they checked the code and found it also found my vin# was part of the recall & warranty. My car is now FIXED cost me nothing because what Bailey said wasn't fords problem Jack Powell found it was. Don't trust Bailey when you have a problem. Take your Ford somewhere else.

There s so much to say I don t know where to begin...TOP line here folks....he s delivered cars to me, kept in contact with me, helped friends in need (when Broken down (lol))!! He s bought and sold so many cars for me I can t even count! Everyone there goes above and beyond - they truly have been my automotive support system and sorta like extend family to me!! Love to them all!!!

Stopped in to look at the fusion titanium I seen on the website around 1300 hrs, however the website says sales are open from 10 to 4 and the place was closed. locked up tighter than Fort Knox.
