My wife's car was acting up, and she noticed the brakes were not engaging and the ride was extremely bumpy. We are fairly new to the area, so she didn't really know where to go but needed to get off the road before she got into an accident. She saw West Motors and stopped, as best as she could, to have them check the vehicle. Come to find out, both rear shock mounts broke, and the break line was cut by one of them. They were very helpful and gave my wife very solid and good advice. Being that we have only had the vehicle 2 1/2 months, I had to argue with the dealership about them repairing the damages. They finally took responsibility. The guys at West Motor offered to help as much as they could and even offered to tow the vehicle to the dealership. They went above and beyond to help my wife and I out in a very scary and stressful moment. We didn't get any work done there, but they will definitely get my business when the time comes. It's hard to find honest and good people when it comes to auto repair, but we were very lucky to find them at West Motors Service Center.

Isn't our first time being impressed with the level of service and honesty from here. We had been told MAJOR repairs were needed for our main vehicle at another place in another town. But decided to "risk the drive" here. We were assured the repair was not urgent and not even needed for a while. Saved us a lot of money. Thank you for your commitment to the community and your integrity! Will definitely be reccomending your business!!

I've been here several times over the years for different issues. I've never been disappointed with the quality of workmanship and promptness of service. Labor rates are well within todays standards.

This is the only place I ll take my vehicle in Gonzales, Ron the lead Mechanic is good at his job, patient, kind and professional. Service is Done right and fast.
