My lil brother called me and need help he had a tire pop off the rim on his trailer... It happened after he got it loaded he moved maybe 20yrd and the tire pop off .We didn't want to move it cuz we didn't want to damaged the rim... Lucky for us ...that it happening right behind Quality Auto tire and repair ...so we removed the rim and took it to the shop... At first we were told that it might take a few hours to get the new tire mounted..( Because of how busy they were) my brother trailer was off to the side but in the driveway of the cement company behind their shop... We told them that and he pushed us up to the next one in line.... Was out of the shop in 20 min... Definitely recommend this shop!!!

Passing through town...owner took concern over my small matter (felt a ball on 1 of my tires)test droveto replicateproblem...balanced tire...i was out in no time..Recommend the establishment cause owner sounded like he knew his business well...and attended to the issue...no bs..no trying to sell me anything i didn't need!!Mike!!

Went above and beyond they have my business for life thats foe sure made me feel like i mattered and cared about helpping me and not like they were being forced to put on a show thank you guys keep it up

Crystal and Glen were professional and helpful. I had to coordinate receiving of my vehicle, repair, and payment; all from San Antonio while at work. Crystal and Glen answered all of my questions and helped me complete my transaction from beginning to end. I was able to collect my vehicle same day and drive back to San Antonio. They performed quality work on the repair needed. I highly recommend Quality Auto Tire & Repair to anyone in the area.

This is the most unprofessional auto repair shop I have ever seen and I have seen it all. If you want people to contribute to your business you need to put the customer 1st. The #1 priority at quality is quantity and that's to your bill. There are no mechanics there just part changers. I see no integrity in the service they say they provide. Don't turn your back because they will add and add to the bill. Do not visit this place, disappointment will be in your future.

Always a pleasant experience! Everyone is friendly and professional. If you were to ever have an issue, they will do what they can to fix it. Definitely the best place in Gonzales county to get tires! Shop local people

Glenn is fast, honest and knowledgeable about his business! I would highly recommend coming here versus any chain tire shop.Update: within 24 hours my center cap was gone (busted) when I called back to the shop they said it was already cracked they just didnt tell me. Disappointed in what could have been my go to tire shop.

Glen is a top notch mechanic, if you want to go cheap than find someone that will lie to you. Glen is honesty and he tells you how it is and if he thinks it to your best interest listen to him. He is one smart cookie. He has worked on my car for the last two times and I am happy, happy. He is not rude he just knows what he is talking about it, listen to him....Mary Esparza

Great place. They had to order my tire but it was actually there the next day before the time I expected. They were very nice and didn't charge me more than they quoted me.

Fast, friendly & cheap fixed a flat for me the first time! I had the exact same issue with another tire and rim and I had to take it to a different place 4 times before they figured it out!

Glen and his team did a great job repairing my F350 front-end. Had some tie-rods replaced and alignment. Works like a champ now.

This is a good old fashioned quality shop went to get an inspection knowing my brake light was on Thinking i needed to get them repaired..little did i know it was just the brake fluid was low and Glenn topped me off and passed my inspection and my brake light went off didnt even charge me except the inspection fee great to find a shop like this!

Needed a new tire and called here to get a price on one.. They close at 5 told them I would be 20 after getting there they told me to come on and they would help me.. Because I was after 5 getting there they charged me more money.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....... Glad I never have to use this place again.....

They took the truck to the back and fixed my tires and even put away my spare tire! Took them 20-25 min to do. I was the first customer there!

If you want your car inspected?, the lady there will take your wheels and drive it around the block to make sure your ride is safe

Fix my tire quick and cheapBut somehow they lost a balancing weight off my rim so now I gotta rough ride!Other than that, you would have gotten 5 's

Didn't have the tire I need in stock and about 2 days to get them in. Good service though as I was helped immediately.

Stopped to get inspection sticker and had two bulbs out. They replaced them quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Went here for oil change and tire rotation once. Not as fast as the chains shops, but the excellent service and work easily offset that drawback. I'll be back.
