These guys are awesome! After getting jacked around by the dealer on my 68rfe. I asked around and Gibson Diesel came highly recommended for rebuilding diesel transmissions. I do a lot of my own work but I am smart enough to know when something is out of my wheel house. They not just know there stuff but are honest straight forward and I feel like they have gone out of there way to help. I will update when it is finished and post a video on my YouTube page Rolling Thunder Diesel Performance once it is installed.

Shipping on parts was a bit slow (7 days to ship) and the packaging fell apart causing a few lost parts. I could work around that as I did not expect Amazon shipping. However the rude cursing reply's to my polite pleas for help (only asking for information) is the reason for this rating. With such poor customer customer skills, I warn any potential customers. They may do great work and have great products, I don't doubt that. However consider if you also need fair and respectful customer service.

Devin has got me in and out incredibly quick many times. He goes above and beyond to help his customers! He's very reasonably priced and is always willing to help someone out. I won't be taking my truck or recommending anyone other than devin to others. They quality of work put out by Gibson diesel performance is above and beyond what I could ask for. Thanks for everything you've done!

Devin has gone out of his way on more than one occasion to help us, even offering to drive 2 hours to pick us up off the side of the road. He s very knowledgeable and does what he needs to do to get the job done quickly and correctly!

Any questions I have get answered correctly. knowledge and Understanding of each part he sells breaking everything down to a level everyone can understand. From beginner to advanced Diesel engine enthusiasts msg these guys great prices, amazing products and outstanding customer service!

Great shop. Very positive and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to get my truck hooked up with some horsepower and made sure I was more than happy with the outcome. Recommended to all. No cutting corners here.

Gibson diesel Performance changed my 1997 12v from auto to nv4500. He takes care of customer vehicles like they are his own. Did a great job for me and i recommend his shop.

Devin is always available to help and always answers any questions that you may have. He is straight to the point and tells you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear. One of the best transmission builders out there.

Horrible service, does not stand behind his work. Offers warranties but will not honor. Extremely rude, ignores messages and I will advise anyone to steer clear.

Took forever didn t really respond when inquiring about the truck or really tell me what s going on. Then I asked about meeting up to see what s going on and decided to just write me off and then told me to just get my truck and proceeded to ask me to pay for a job not done the full amount and it ended up being worse then before.

Horrible shop, I wouldn t ever go there again.Dude would never meet his own timelines, zero customer service, shop is ran by one person. Spent almost $9000 and this was my experience there.
