My battery went out on a Saturday afternoon. The guys at AutoZone took care of me! Young Robbie changed it out and did an excellent job. It was tight to get the battery out, but he was persistent and made it happen. I appreciate his professionalism, even though he's 16 years old. he's good for the business.

Our battery died while we were traveling. We called ahead to make sure they had our battery. They did and they were expecting us. They had a table on wheels which included all tools necessary to change our battery. They were quick, kind and helpful.

I just recently went to AZ here in Gonzales looking for a specific part. The help inside the store was awesome. Krishina Grant was able to find me exactly what I needed. They didn't have anybody present that could actually put the part in so she called a mobile mechanic. He was able to put in my part and have my car running in less than an hour. The team was very efficient and their store was probably the cleanest I have seen. Keep up the good work guys!

Why I'll never use this store again and if you aren't car saavy I recommend you do the same. The gentlemen behind the counter was too annoyed with my questions, but I wanted to ensure I got the right battery for my car. He pretty much rang up the battery and blew me off to continue his conversation with co-workers. Low and behold it is the wrong battery. I went back in the next business day (it was over the weekend and I went back on Monday) and said this doesn't fit - there is literally a 5 inch gap of empty space and was told it's right (without even looking it up or me giving him my car info again.) I then reiterated it wasn't and asked to return it and I would go get the right one someplace else to which I was told that it couldn't be returned because it had already been installed into the car once. Literally, my husband put it in, said this is wrong, and that was my extent of using the battery. So, no I'll never go there again. There are other good shops with much better customer service and you won't lose $100+ on the wrong item.

Zack at Autozone goes above and beyond to help me out. I was stranded at the Bucee s 12 miles away from Autozone. I tried Uber and drivers in the area. This left me stranded at Bucee s which have been nice enough to allow me to repair my vehicle. Zack stepped up and has a Autozone rep. Deliver the part to me. When time is of the essence Autozone saved my trip to remain on schedule. So if you in Gonzalez, Texas Zack at Autozone gots your six!Thank you Zack

We got our trac off and engine sign on the dashboard in middle of nowhere. Luckily we found this store and all the associates were not only helpful but also friendly, especially Eduardo, the store manager. He fixed our problems easily and truly understood our situation. We are extremely grateful for his support and the team.

Went into Autozone to get my engine light checked out and Randy H (due to covid restrictions) walked me thru with the machine for the check engine light to be read. We went back inside and got the report, which he explained to me what my codes were and which parts the computer was recommending. I then described a problem I was having with my temperature gauge and cooling fan, he offered to look it up for me but I told him I was in a hurry, so he told me to leave my name and number, that he was going to do some research on it and would call me if he found anything. A couple of hours later, I got a phone call from him, he explained a past experience he himself had with a coolant temp sensor, that caused a similar problem, and that he had already checked to see if the part was in stock, so he gave me a price and said he would put it on hold for me if I wanted to go ahead and do it. I wasn't expecting a call back but he was true to his word. He was really helpful and informative. The prices were good as well. Good job Randy and as well to the other employees!

If I lived in Gonzalez, this would be my place to go. The staff and especially the manager went way above and beyond to help me out in a pinch. Radiator busted at 5pm on the way to SA from Houston. All shops were closing but they had all the parts I needed and let me work on it in the parking lot. The last bolt was stuck bad where trans coolant line connects and started stripping. Messed with it for nearly 2 hours in between breaks in the rain. They were getting ready to close and manager came to ask if I needed anything else. He found out my issue he called a mobile mechanic he knew and kept his store open for 1.5 hours just to help. I ended up needing more Trans fluid and upper radiator hose so super helpful that he kept his registers open. I tried to offer him some money or buy his dinner but he adamantly refused. I can't say enough about their service here but I wished this store was closer to me. I'll go to AutoZone from now on when I have the choice thanks to this manager.

I couldn't have broke down at a better place. The Guys here at the Autozone in Gonzales Texas, were able to get me the parts I needed and a mobile mechanic in a timely matter and for a good price! I can't thank these Guys enough for their amazing service! Best AutoZone I have ever been to hands down!

Great experience here! Very informative people and quick delivery of my urgent brake pads and rotors that weren't in stock at the store. Took them less than 24 hrs to get my parts in. If it wasn't for them, I'd be waiting 4 days to get new brakes. I was almost metal to metal.

The service was above and beyond great customer service store is very clean the cleanest I have ever seen everything is so organize They were able to get the parts I needed and got me back on the road very fast thanks to the store manager for helping me and his team very nice

In the beginning I had some unfortunate events with one of the employees here that I took very personal. I was pretty upset with the whole situation.However, the area supervisor reached out to me to figure out what went wrong. After giving my side of what took place Kreig took it upon himself with the help of his team to really go that extra mile. Above and beyond what was expected of then to right the situation. I can't say thank you enough for this one. So I'll just keep coming back instead.

I went in for windshield wipers not sure of size or anything but Keith was quick to help find the correct ones for me as well as washer fluid. Was in and out within just a few minutes! Thanks keith!

Carlos is the best. It was about 10mins before the store closed and my thermostat got stuck closed on my truck and I didn t have my tools with me. Carlos helped me out and grabbed tools to help me put it in after hours. I couldn t ask for better customer service nor would I ever expect someone to be so kind and helpful.

Ok ok ok I dont know Jack about what vehicle lights on the dash mean so i go here when theres a problem.. Bad bad bad autozone yalls customer service use to rock that team u had there no just no. No smiles no friendly attitude no information not even no sales attempts come on the guy who helped me behaved like a robot not even a cool robot a robot who was just doing his job till his lunch break and he was a miserable robot. No no no !!! What have u done where will I go?, wherever it is it wont be to autozone.

This is an Autozone that has my business always. They have the best customer service I've ever experienced from a parts store. They could have easily dismissed us, but they went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. Thanks again AzAP Gonzales, wouldn't have made it to our vacay w/o you!
