Roger at Reverse Turn is a an honest professional with outstanding knowledge and clean facilities. Fair pricing, honest diagnoses and friendly attitude. The only automotive shop that my wife will go to alone and not feel like she's gonna get ripped off or lied to. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My mom and I went in on a Sunday for our state inspections. We were in and out in no time. So glad they're open Sundays. It's my only real day off. Everyone was nice and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Reverse Turn Automotive has done a great job with both of my vehicles. Owner has so much experience running and managing automotive shops. They don t suggest what you don t need. I will be trusting my vehicles to them from now on. Thanks guys!

Had a clutch issue with my jeep I thought it needed a new clutch or flywheel. They just blended out the clutch pedal and it was fixed. They could have changed me for a new clutch and I would it have know. Very straight forward with communication. Great shop. Honest will take any future work need to this shop

Awesome, as usual, got new front brakes. Rotated tires rebalanced tires on a 2019 chevy silverado 4x4. Great communication great service.

If I could give this place a half star I would. We ve taken our daughter s car there a few time only because it s close to our house. EVERY TIME after they ve fixed it, it s worse. When we say something, they are despondent and crass. We will NEVER take our business there. Save your time and money.

Great local place to get car services and inspections.Update 2024-03-09: I've been using Reverse Turn for several years now and cannot recommend enough. I've had them do all my inspections. They do the oil changes and tire alignments on my gas vehicle. I've even used them to install tires on my Tesla! Highly recommend! Friendly folks there. They get you in and out.

While on vacation, I had a valve stem go bad on a trailer tire. I brought the tire in on a busy Saturday morning. I believe his name was Roger, fixed my tire right quick. Shop looked clean and everybody was exceptionally nice!Service: TiresService: Tires

I'm changing my review they are overpriced, and things they fix do not stay fixed. I have found missing bolts loose screws. One bolt was still laying on top of the part they fixed, so check their work. We paid 1700 to fix our ac in the car, and it still doesn't work. I had someone look at it the other day, and they told me the part they put on it was probably defective.

Called twice for a price and availability for a job and got sent to voice-mail. Then called back and got put on hold and then hung up. Called back again and just rang rang! Girl needs to learn simple customer service and how to follow up.Save your money and go somewhere else!

I ve had a handful of tire issues, numerous oil changes, and a few state inspections handled by these folks and I ve always left satisfied. Good customer service from friendly people, plus it feels nice supporting a local business instead of a big chain. First time customer and I know where to bring my vehicles to get fixed. Rodger went above and beyond to get my 2017 Hyundai Santa fe fixed. Customer service was great and he made you feel welcome. Highly recommend coming here if you want your car issues fixed.

I had a flat on a rear tire and since I d had a tire fixed there before, I took it back to Reverse Turn again. After they d gotten the tire out of the back of my car and examined it, the man at the desk called me to come back with him so he could show me where the problem was. It was in the side of the tread and not repairable, and it was very clear. He looked at the newer tires I d had put on the front last year at a different dealership and determined that his supplier didn t have those tires right now, and he couldn t be sure when they d be available. He then said that he could replace the tire with a comparable one of a different brand that was in stock, but that Sumitomo was a very good brand, and since it s best to have all four tires by the same manufacturer, he recommended I take my car back to the place in Cleburne where I d bought the front tires. He sacrificed making a sale by being honest with me and not trying to make me settle for something that wasn t in my best interest. That s PRICELESS to me, and I won t fail to recommend Reverse Turn for anyone looking for trustworthy service. As an added bonus, their waiting area is clean and very attractive! I will definitely continue doing business with Reverse Turn!

The best service I have received from any auto repair shop. They were up front with the cost and did not try to push other services. They informed me that my water pump was going out, gave me a quote, but did not push me to repair it right away. Plus it cost about half of what the dealership quoted me.

Had fuel leaking from underneath vehicle. Brought it in and Rodger found issue coming from small Crack on top of fuel pump. Job wasn't easy task considering make and model, but it was completed and price was fair . Found me a new local trustworthy mechanic . Ive been there twice great service both times. The waiting room is clean cool and pleasant. My friend will be bringing his truck there for repairs next month. He was impressed by the service and how close it is.

Been here two times for service on my tacoma. I have free service still, but convenience and pricing make it easy to use Rodger and reverse turn. I've used them to replace my breaks on a Ford F350, a starter on a Honda Civic, and plan on using them to replace a transmission on a Toyota Rav4. I like them. I feel they are honest and get it done in time. Thanks!
