I got a quick appointment and i was quoted what I thought was a fair price. My back passenger door wouldn't open. He explained exactly what happened and how to fix the problem so I likely won't have the problem again. I was back on the road in less than hour. I will call him if I have any more problems.

Great mechanics and dont just tell you what the problem is with your car. They show you and give you your options for fixing it. Scott is one the nicest persons you can meet and a straight up honest man! Highly reccomend!

This place is awesome customer service in point very honest and trustworthy needless to say I found my forever mechanic in gladewater tx and he saved me from getting royally ripped off I love this place

I'm extremely upset with this company. we brought our truck in and they diagnosed the issue, kept the truck for five days and when we picked up the truck everything was the same, it still had all the same issues. when we told the receptionist lady she was very rude and completely unhelpful. I'm never going back to that shop again.

I do not know who answered the phone, but that lady was very very rude. I would definitely never go here nor recommend it. I would rather pay someone else more than deal with belligerent people.
