Mr Webb is a class act. Reasonable rates....I have never been over charged, and a couple of times saved me a couple of hundred dollars by recommending different fixes. Definitely does not try to reach deep in your pocket. Acetaminophen friends all use this place as well!

Well I took my car to a real mechanic and they found 2 wires melted together and some blown fuses, fixed it for $450. Really glad I took it somewhere else too because when I took it to Webworks they told me I needed a new engine because "my vehicle skipped timing and it sounded terrible" the engine sounds just fine. All it was was a short and a blown fuse. Absolutely disgraceful. I'll never bring it back to this shop. If you're reading this and you don't know anything about mechanics, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. They will try to tell you you need a new engine when all you need is a fuse.

This place is extremely honest and fair! They do a great job! We have taken our vehicles several times for different issues ( we have older cars) and have been extremely satisfied! Call John, he is wonderful to deal with!

Took my car in to be checked out and was told that one fuel injector was bad and needed to be replaced $200 job ok that s ok let s fix it but my money wasn t right so I told them I ll bring it back when I had the money so I did bring it back later on and the car sit there for a week and I call to check on the status and was told by the parts worker as he called him self that the car was a piece of junk and that no one need to pull it in the shop to work on and that a wrecker needs to come in and take it off I immediately had to change my plans for that day and leave my work to get there before my car was hauled off somewhere that I couldn t had found it . Never been treated so bad from the company before I ve been there a few times before and this haven t happened before what so different not I ask ?

I highly do not recommend this place! I normally take my sons truck to Stanley Ford but Webbworks said they could get to it ASAP so we took it there and it was a huge mistake. Broke down right after we left the shop then almost broke down again a couple days later. My son barely made it back home. When I called to speak to the manager he was being very rude & sarcastic & stated that they weren t Magicians ect and told me he was busy & didn t have time to listen to me then hung up on me.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Update: the gear box got messed up and while replacing it there were three extremely important screws missing. I am extremely disappointed. I would continue stopping people coming to you. You are very dishonest mechanic!, they replaced something in the engine, I think pistons. Same problem, they replaced the engine, it works but no power, I couldn't even pull a trailer. The light engine came on, they supposedly fix it but more like reset it, same problem, no power and when it's hot it almost dies. Replaced catalytic converter, same problem. I kept letting him know if the engine with "120,000" why there's no power?? You'd think power would be restored. I stopped coming, and I keep spending,even tho the engine has been replaced. I would not recommend this place. Honesty is a gift from God. You made money but you lost me and perhaps more customers when they read this. I am completely disappointed.

Needed a local mechanic to replace fuel pump assembly asap. Drop my vehicle off Thursday at close with the expectation that it would be ready by beginning of the next week. Friday at noon I received a call it was ready to pickup. I can honestly say after years of shops this was the fastest , professional and most clean repair shop. The price quoted for repairs was better than any other shop in the area. Highly recommend to use. Will return for future needs.Service: Engine repair

This is the only mechanic I use because they have never done me wrong. Honest business that does great work at really competitive prices! I recommend giving them an opportunity at pricing the next auto repair you need!

GREAT IN AN EMERGENCY! Amazing service. My wife s van broke down with 5 kids and her best friend on a Sunday. The alternator had gone out. They spent the night in a hotel and the next morning, I called from Houston, and John got them in back on the road! Thanks so much!

Great place, amazing service. Any time I have a automobile issue (car or truck) I take it to Webb Works. Quick fast reliable and they stand behind their work. I have been going here for years and they have worked on 3 of my 4 vehicles. Always top notch . Keep up the great work.

Place does decent work but over prices most of it. I asked for my flywheel to be replaced which is 6 extra bolts "5min" and I got told it would be over $250 more to have it done. I've done this work on my other cars "same models" and it doesn't take more than 4 hours start to finish. I'm not paying $900+ for a 4-5 hr install

I am very satisfied with my visit here, they fixed my car with numerous problems for a very good price. They fixed my AC leak, my oil leak, and replaced my spark plugs all for $600. Other places want triple that! Will do here for all my services now!

So far I've used them 3 times ac work and diagnosis on a transmission issue and I've found them to be more than fair on price and honest. I will be using them in the future.

This was an emergency drive belt replacement as I was driving my husband from Tyler home to Texarkana after a major hand surgery. These guys got us in and out and on our way in less than an hour and for a reasonable price. They were phenomenal. Highly recommended!!!

This shop has earned my trust and future business! I try do my own auto maintenance and repair as much as possible, and I've taken my vehicle to them three times in the last year. Once was for a heater core flush, and the other two issues they diagnosed for no charge and provided recommendations for DIY repairs. I've never encountered an auto repair shop like this one. They are honest and fair...Highly Recommend!

Very knowledgeable , friendly people. I am taking my car there for last 4 years. Reasonable prices. Owner Steve is very nice to people. On couple of occasion i was charged less than what we agreed because they were able to get it done in quick time.

Completely satisfied with the service, workmanship and their knowledge of the problem. I'm happy that I found this shop. I was actually glad to pay the price they quoted, which by the way was $300 less than I was told by previous mechanics, and also, the problem was not what the other mechanics told me the problem was. Great job guys, and thanks for a good job at a fair price. You have a forever customer. Ron D

I am I m missing my right leg I. Lost it due to diabetes have I was inn automotive repair heavy line for over twenty years worked in three differet he shops in frisco Tex s was probably the busiest independent shops in Collin county we had 9heavey mine mechanics 7 people on the oil change side nd we would pump around 100 or better cars through there a day inspection exhaust work timing belts you name it I was only mechanic on patrol all or the were commission I did diaognosticand a working service writer Best money I ever made next my mat job servicing fire pups but I still did oil changes on statinory diesel fire pumps. Fore round 1,000 dollors so my review starts hshops in north Texas ran two of tthem since I lost my leg five years ago it has been difficult to do some of my repairs. My self but I manage to get things done I figured I would get a extended warranty repair contract but they don t have a list for this aera orany area so you just have to keep on calling places Steve took my contact information and is trying to get in touch and if they approve the repairs they will start but I am on my own I live with son but he is busy with his career he is Teaches Cross country coach At Huhges springs highschool even in summer time he is at school every day So he has limited tie to help me do the review starts today if they approve the repair I will take my 2000 Ford Explorer 5.0v8 all wheel drive to have it taken ccare of i canny afford to get it done any orther way I plan on keeping it for the rest of my driving days even if I have to put a new engine in it if he tells me to go some orther rout I can t blame him it took me like fourty five minutes yesterday to get in. Touch with them bbut haven t dropped it off yet I pretty much know the trans has to come out no matter who does it it is still driving Bartley first is slipping when I get in to drive it does ok so I haven t been without transportation. When I called he said he could get to it Monday, so I got it there Sunday, did not start it until Wednesday, and said it would be finished Friday, but it was Monday, within the first 30 miles the check engine light was on, and running was sluggish, I called and ask them about the reason these things were happening, hoping to hear " bring it back we will take care of it, no worry" I explained my situation, of the struggle I have had, and that my son loaned me the $690. For the bill, and unable to work several weeks prior to yesterday, truly hoping I had found dependable trusting folks to use from now on, unfortunately, it's not meant to be. I do not have another $50. Just to change a plug if that's the case , and dont feel I should have to. Maybe I'm wrong, just one ladies opinion, but it still counts.

They fixed my truck 3 other mechanics couldn't figure it out. So I'll be using them from now on. Great people and very friendly. Very reasonable prices also. Thanks webbsworks for a great job.
