These guys are the best! They helped me when the two other auto parts stores in Gilmer could not. The one actually across the street was super rude. The guy at O'Reilly's actually took the time to look the part up when the other two stores didn't know what it was so I really appreciated that. They will always get my business no matter what and I will always refer them out.

Bobby went above and beyond to help me with a battery situation. He took great care of me and wanted to make sure I had peace of mind. I ve been to other o Reilly locations and they didn t provide half the customer service that this young man did. Customer for life now! Thank you Bobby! God bless!

I stopped in to buy some windshield wipers and had the most trouble trying to get them on. Kristina seen that I was having trouble and came out and asked if need help when I said yes she put them on with no issues in less than 5 mins. Two thumbs up for Kristina, she had the most wonderful customer service.

Always have competitive pricing, but they also price match. The carry good parts like their super start batteries. I got 5 years out of both super start batteries I ve bought there.

Stopped in there to pick up something real quick and went in and two people behind the counter, one lady employee was taking care of a customer and the other guy was just standing there talking to a friend i guess and never acknowledged me, so the lady comes back in and another guy comes from the back and I had been standing there for rite at ten minutes and I had to actually ask if someone was goin to help me and the guy that came from back did help me , I understand the lady was busy but your employee that was talking to his friend needs to provide better customer service instead of ignoring customers.

The very "helpful" clerk refused to warranty a 10 month old super start battery for me, questioning its age and where I purchased it. First, super start batteries are only sold thru o'Reilly's. Second, the date tag was still on it. Third, the o'Reilly shipping tag was still on it. What a goober.

Weekend guys are trash and do everything they can to not help, but if you come in on a business day they are extremely knowledgeable and conversational. Funny sometimes too.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Consistently accurate with parts ordered or in stock requests. Can send my wife or daughter without worrying of unrespectful experiences. # 1 "go to" place for automotive needs.

Curt needs an attitude adjustment by upper management. The rude unprofessional behavior that was exhibited at my visit today has left me speechless. Curt should understand he would not have a job if it were not for customers. He seems to be a miserable old man who should stay away from the public. There are alternative stores to purchase my automotive needs. After being a loyal customer and enjoying the amazing rebates, I will be shopping elsewhere. He will never have the chance to speak with me like I am a fool again.

Stopped here because my new wipers were squeaking when they went across the windshield. The first gentleman I spoke with wanted the other gentleman there to listen to them and see what he thought. He came out and tried to tell me they were squeaking because they were new and they haven't molded to the shape of the windshield yet. It's now a week later and there have been a couple of warmer days, and it's still squeaking on the windshield and not making a place on it. Maybe I'm just a woman that doesn't know anything, but I've never had any other windshield wipers I've bought before do this.

The worst experience I ve ever had at a parts store and I ve been to a lot of parts stores but I will not go back to this O Reilly in Gilmer ever again. And as for as matching the competitions price it does not exist. I stood there for 20 minutes with the receipt from the competitor that had a lower price. While workers at O Reillys tried to say the receipt wasn t real. Then he finally after calling the competition 3 times he said that if he couldn t reach up and pick the competitions part of his shelve then he would not match the price. What a bunch of garbage. I also took a brake rotor in to have it checked to see if it was warped. the kid behind the counter puts a measuring tape on it in one spot then said it was warped worse then anything he ever seen. So I took the rotor to the competition who placed it on a rotor machine and said it was fine.

Big shout out to the crew at the Gilmer Texas location! I am from Oklahoma City and was returning home from vacation with my family when the fuel filter on my RV crapped out in Gilmer. We stopped at the local Walmart where I removed the filter and heal-toe expressed it to O reilly auto parts. They did not have the filter in stock and could not get it until Monday (this was Saturday afternoon). I explained my situation of being from out of town and broke down with my family here. The team at this location went out of their way, even calling their competitors to find me a filter and get us back on the road. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR ASSISTANCES!!!

My wife went here to get a headlight ... The kid behind the counter wanted to help her install it and ended up breaking the one that was already on there cuz he didn't know what he was doing it's one thing to try to help but if you don't know what you doing don't touch it and then a up sold her on the most expensive headlight bulb that she didn't need and then end up costing me more to replace the adapter that he broke trying to undo it I will never go here again

Not the DIY place it used to be. I still shop there but not for Classic car parts. Only for new age cars. O'Reilly's has forgotten about the classic cars in this area. Sad but true.

I deal with these guys all the time for work. Friendly usually have what I need, and if not their always on time with delivery. Can't really ask more from an auto parts place.
