First time there. Just stop by to get an oil change. Founded out that the last place I went strip my oil pan. Very upsetting. John and the crew were very, very nice and helpful . He told me to call Auto Express right now and tell them what happened. And I need they was closed. But left a voice message. They said they would fix it so I could make it home in this bad weather . Thank you so much.

This place gets all my stars. Got there pretty late and they still did my inspection for me. Thank you so much. They were also very patient with me as I was with them.

These are a bunch of crooks ! Took my car here and they racked up a bunch of charges for things I did not need for my car. My oil change is usually $60. They charged me $170 for a basic oil change. I will not be back and would not recommend. They could have just done the right thing and been honest.

Was there yesterday getting my car inspected. Tom and the boys where very accommodating, efficient at what they do and very friendly. Recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be referring Grease Monkeys!Thank you Tom and the boys Keith and Janie

My visit today wasforan oil change. The two young men Dawson and Aaron were very professional and kind. They kept me informed on everything they were doing as they worked. I would recommend the Grease Monkey to others and I will for sure return.

These guys set the standard for getting your oil changed. You may pay a little extra but it s worth it. Their communication amongst each other and the call outs definitely reassure you knowing everything is being checked over properly.

Great experience very professional people service is quick and done correctly I have all my cars done at this location for all there service needs and I have never had a bad experience I recommend them to anyone great bunch of guys and company to do business with check them out

Don t go here unless you want to be scammed and uncharged for everything, went to get a vehicle inspection, told wipers needs to be replaced, wipers are less then 3 months old and work perfectly fine. ALL STILL END UP CHARGING YOU! So much for giving people a break during hard times.

This was my first visit to Grease Monkey. I went for a car inspection, and the staff was courteous, friendly, and respectful. I was in and out quickly. I will be returning, and referring to friends and family. Thank you for the great customer service!

These guys are awesome! They came right out when I pulled up. I needed an oil change. They vacuumed, washed my windshield, Tire check, filter check and fluid check. At checkout the attendant took the time to explain their complementary in between oil change service plan. Thorough, fast, polite and professional. I was in and out rather quickly.

The guys always do a great job every time I go there! They are very thorough, and they make sure they top off all your fluids and air pressure as well! Very professional, The new management there is the best I've seen in years!

What a rip off this place is! You go for a simple inspection to get your tags, they get your vehicle in the bay for the inspection & then tell you they won't pass my vehicle unless I replace my windshield wiper blades & proceeded to charge me $35 bucks for blades! Never again.... I knew i should have went to Diamond D!

I have been taking both my vehicles to the Gilmer TX location for 3 years now. The guys work fast and efficient to get me in and out in a timely manner. I will continue to take my vehicles there in the future.

I've been using the Gilmer, Texas Grease Monkey since 2013 before it was Grease Monkey for oil changes and inspections. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful if I need anything for my vehicles.

I have used grease monkey In Gilmer, Texas Before on my Chevy Tahoe. I Would highly recommend this facility to anyone I know. However, today I had a service question. I called and spoke with a young man named Brandon. He was more than helpful, very respectful, very informative and Very patient with me as I did not have a simple question. I had a list of questions that I needed to ask. This is my go to place and I've recommended this place to multiple members of my family. Will be taking My O2 Chevy suburban. 4 wheel drive to Be Serviced. Bumper to bumper in the near future.Service: Oil change

Do not recommend going here for any inspections. They got in trouble for letting vehicles with to dark of tint pass, then I bring my car that has 26 percent tint and their machine is not calibrated correctly and reads 4 percent lower than the tint is. I took the same car to two other places that read exactly 26 percent.
