Great friendly service and staff they know their stuff n id say if they don't someone in the store that is an employee definitely does or even a perfect stranger who's been there done that with that model of a vehicle is usually in the store when I do go there and is always helpful love u guys keep up the great work and the store is always clean neat and smells like the perfect man place or woman place if ur into automotive or need something automotive

I don't normally leave reviews for instances like this but I would rather do this then show back up there. I came in on a Friday for a battery check and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I ended up purchasing a battery and installing it myself on Saturday. I brought the old one back for core return on Sunday. The you man (I believe his tag said manager) helping me was wonderful. He asked how I paid for the battery and I told him I did some on my card and majority in cash. I asked if I could have cash back for the core. Some girl sitting in the floor that worked there popped off to me before the gentleman could answer my question. She very rudely stated "THE COMPUTER WILL CHOSE THE WAY WE RETURN YOUR MONEY" as she rolled her eyes at me then proceeded to laugh at me as if I were ignorant. I told the girl, "there is no need in you being ugly for no reason". No one was even talking to this girl. I did not catch her name as she did not have a name tag on but she is blonde and heavier set.

Excellent customer service. The entire team was helpful and knowledgeable. Specifically, Cary M and Curt M are excellent employees and good people. They went above and beyond. This was by far the best customer service I have received from any establishment. Given that I have little car maintenance knowledge, I am deeply appreciative.

If you're looking for a part at a reasonable price, than this place will due. However, so will O'Reilly's next door. If you're looking for assistance with diagnosis, such as with a battery or alternator stay far away from this place. The lack of basic automotive knowledge and assistance is a reminder of why H.S. auto shop should be afforded as an elective, and a requirement for all the employees that are hired there.

Had a difficult battery to install and we had the most amazing help from Kaydon ever! We also had some other issues with the car as well and he was very knowledgeable on the situation. Could not have fixed our car without his help! If you ever have trouble or any questions highly recommend him!

I really enjoy doing business with our local store in Gilmer. Charlotte especially is such a joy to deal with, and is always so diligent to help us find and get what we need, regardless of what it is, and how busy she stays. She always makes my job easier. I know I can always count on her!! Thank you!!!

Very ready to help. Enthusiastic about their job it seemed. Bobby and his partner weren't out to make a sale. Both seemed to genuinely want to help. I cant remember her name but she deserves to be mentioned Bobby's partner was helpful and witty with a good sense of humor. I recommend this place.

They are usually the cheapest and most convenient but Double check parts before you leave any AutoZone or you'll be making another trip.

Nice place to get ur auto parts and accessories; I was ask if I needed help but was not bothered and was left to shop on my own Tull I checked out!!? I only received the help looking up something for my truck when I asked for help!!! And; was farewell with a very nice friendly Christmas wishing my best possible!!! I liked the hometown feel here!!!

I was having a problem with my radio fuze and Auto Zone employee was the best! He was very knowledgeable and helpful (I didn't know that there was more fuzes under the hood) Great personality also. Thank you Auto Zone for hiring the BEST!

I haven't been in the store recently my son and my husband have. So far I have found the young woman I spoke to this afternoon, and the gentleman I just spoke to a moment ago to be very kind, very helpful and I really really do preciate that these days. You know kindness doesn't cost a thing and it really goes a long way, so thank you AutoZone and we appreciate you a lot.

Employees were helpful. Store had most of what I needed. The parts they did not have and could not order they were able to find links online for me that I could order the parts. Not happy about one of the customers jumping in line in front of me when the employee was trying to help me. I feel like the employee should have told the customer no I was next. Instead of waiting on them. Employee did apologize to me for the customer jumping in front of me after the customer was gone but I had people waiting in the car and it was the people in the car that need the apology more than me for making them wait longer.

Counter man knew nothing about automobile's kept trying to sell me the wrong part . But on a positive note they have lucas fuel treatment 2 for 11 and a good selection of air fresheners.

On 6/15/22 close to closing time I stopped at the store to inquire about buying tire changing tools the two young men were very polite professional and kind to try and help meGabriel Bowden and the other young man loaned me tools stayed after hours on their on time mr Bowden changed my tire he had to Even go home to get the right tools . These young men are the kind of people that have exemplaryQuality s in life . Autozone is blessed as I was to have them help me. While so many business are giving poor customer service ,and employees just wanting to get paid and not earn their salary. This was not the case here they both went above and beyond their job duties. As a longtime customer of Autozone as in 40 years of doing business with Autozone. Thanks to them and Autozone for the help , huge shoutout of good job young men ,thanks again

They did it again!! Greatest service in town!! Helped troubleshoot issues with my engine light and battery life. Appreciate their patience as Im working on my vehicle and asking lots of questions :)

My 2nd time to make a big purchase at this store (over $1000) both times parts were defective and costumer service was the worst as lack of communication and information I was given was wrong. And of coarse district manager Lonnie won't return phone calls. I will not be doing business with auto zone again.

Behind the counter Bobby is great. Always helpful, smiling and the best at service. If he s not a manger he should be. Riley s and ABC right next to them but Bobby s service makes the difference.

These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of when I had an issue with my car battery. Quality customer service. One of the last places where customer service is still a priority.

I love going to auto zone for their synthetic oil that is on sale once a month. They run a sale every month with great deals. When the brad I prefer goes on sale, I can buy it here and change my own oil for half the price of an oil lube. They also have a friendly and knowledgeable staff that will help you with your auto part needs.

Had an issue with my transportation.neing down and Autozone had my part(s) 8m and ready for me but it was a 8 mile walk for me When I called the on duty Manager, Darlene, without hesitation volunteered to have one of her employees or herself bring it to my home the following day! That kind of "caring for your customers" service I consider going above and beyond, and they have a customer for life! Thank you

Out of state and got a warning from the cops about a broken taillight. Did not even know it was out. Came into Auto Zone and the associate helped me out greatly and even fixed the light. Great service.

If I could I would have given them 0 stars but oh well. I bought a light from them and asked them if they can put it on for me. I was told that it was only 2 of them in the store and their had to be 3 of them for anyone to help me wouldn't even come to look at it. Do you know how many times I go to auto zone and there is two of them in the store and one comes help me. Now I really don't want to say what I think the real reason was but Gilmer is a small town and well. But it will be the last time I spend my money there. But it was ok because I went right over to ABC and they help me no problem and btw there was only 2 people in there and it was not a problem.

It's an okay place. Customer service's all right. If they come outside to help you with your car make sure they know what they're doing some of them kids in their never been under the hood of a car in their life. My wife went there to buy a headlight bulb and the idiot came out and broke it trying to put it on she been better off just letting me do it. Come on AutoZone you don't know what you doing don't even try. If you do thank you for your assistance
