Went in for state inspection. They were extremely fast friendly and holesome. I will definitely recommend to everyone in need of work or inspections.

The AC in my 26footer didn't work and they said I would have to take it to another UHaul dealer. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Plus, my son had to go to Brenham to pick it up. This too us UNACCEPTABLE. I'm so happy to be out if there. I wanted to get an early start but with almost a 2 hour delay I had to wait an extra day. Then....Giddings just put the auto transport trailer on but refused to assist with the loading of the car. Poor service all around.

Jimmy at the Bookstore) Uhaul is great he will give you all options and best rates for what you need. Anytime i need a Uhaul i will deal with Jimmy.
